The young lady that helped me was very nice but as far as the service no .. I have a jeep renegade that I d 6 months old and less than 4000 miles had to be put in the shop for a starter malfunction .. I have always had the worst experiences with this service department,now let me just say I have always had great experience with the Chevrolet side of Dan Cummins . I should have never went to the Jeep side .. I was not offered a vehicle to drive while mine was being worked on under warranty and was not kept informed about anything. Every phone call I made was told the same thing oh that part isn t in yet up until the day it was fixed .. I can t wait to go back to a Chevrolet

I took my 2022 jeep compass in for an oil change. I had a coupon for that oil change plus a 16 point inspection. By the time they added an additional quart of oil to the bill. The engine is a 2.4. That made it 6 quarts of oil I got billed for plus an additional charge of shop supplies. I didn t save anything. It was absorbed by the additional charges. Then was told I needed to replace my cabin air filter. It was replaced 8 months ago. And I was charged $55.07 for that. I have the receipt But this time they wanted $89.99 plus tax. The air in the tires was low. But according to the 16 point inspection. It should have been checked and air added if needed. Then I had to pull over and ball up the trash that was left in my car. The plastic was left on the seat and steering wheel. And their placard was hanging from my mirror. I just never know what I m going to get charged when I go in. They asked for my review of their service. And this is it.

They have always been very professional and on time with my vehicle. I'm actually a name not a number with them. I'm greeted by name when I enter the service department and thanked upon leaving. I got no updates on my vehicle the entire time My car was there which was a couple days, eventually my car was taken to another dealership and the problem turned out to just be that the air pump wasn t connected

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!!!If you care about your family and want somewhere who cares for their customers, I d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a service department/dealership.I dropped my brand new Grand Cherokee (also got from Dan Cummins) off for a problem with the power steering. It was diagnosed that the gear going into the steering rack was broke and that parts were a week out and that I would be back on the road shortly after receiving the parts. I kept getting the run around/lied to on when my vehicle would be done. I would be told on a Monday that my jeep would be done by Friday, once Friday comes, I get told it will be ready the following Monday. This went on for 4 weeks after originally being told I d be without my jeep for a week.NOW ON TO THE BAD PART!!!After I finally get the call that my jeep is finished and ready for pick up, I arrive to the dealership to find interior covers laying in the back seat and my floor mats wadded up and thrown in the back. I decided to overlook the interior being a wreck because of how long it took to get my vehicle back, so I decided to leave without saying anything and put everything back myself. As I am leaving the dealership to drive home, I notice an awful clanking coming from the front right strut and an annoying chattering sound coming from the floorboards. Before deciding to take my jeep back to this awful service department, I figured I would look in to the sounds/problems myself.NOW ON TO THE WORST PART!!!I get under the jeep all to find stripped screws in the carpet sound barrier that runs the length on the vehicle, bolts that hold the front crossmember are completely loose (may have been holding on by 2 threads, not even finger tight), and a metal S hook hanging on the strut (for what I assume was holding a light). Simple, easily spotted things that were overlooked because it was carelessly put together because this was a poor attempted rush job.After talking to the dealership on Friday/Saturday to let them know the horrible quality that their service department puts on the road, I was told that the owner, Josh, would be in contact with me as he was out of the dealership on that Saturday. I NEVER heard back from him. So I get in contact with some managers and the COO, Tim. I am continuously told by both that they are so sorry and so on about my experience and that they would make this right and get back in touch with me. Needless to say, it has been two weeks since I talked to them and have not heard anything from back them. I figured that the COOs word would be worth something, but once again, I was wrong. There is absolutely not a care one from this dealership for their customers, once the vehicle is bought and the customer is out the door. I had to contact this dealership every single time to talk to someone, no one ever called me concerned about my dealings with them once being notified.In conclusion, this dealership had my vehicle in for a steering problem and continually lied to me about when my vehicle would be finished. Once I pick the vehicle up, I find that it is not put back together and that they created two more issues with my vehicle that I had to fix myself because I have zero trust in their service department. What makes me the most upset is that they put my jeep back on the road for myself and my pregnant wife, endangering my unborn child, to drive knowing that the vehicle was a rush job and had bolts that were loose, metal S hooks in the strut, and stripped screws. There was zero verification by a manager/tech that the vehicle was finished. You could drive 1 mile down the road and hear all the awful noises from inside the cab. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU CARE ABOUT QUALITY/SAFETY OF YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY. Myself and my family have both been customers of this dealership for a long, long time. This is the absolute last run in I will have with them, their lies, horrible quality, and false promises.

The CDJR service department is always so helpful and friendly! My AC compressor was going out of my vehicle, they got me scheduled for service in a very timely manner. The part was on back order, which was no fault of the dealership. Charles kept me up to date, called me as soon as it arrived to get me scheduled for the repair. Dropped my car off and it was done in a few short hours! I highly recommend the DC CDJR service department as well as my service advisor, Charles!

I purchased my vehicle at Dan Cummins a few years ago. I take it in for routine services there as part of the lifetime power train warranty they offer. After my latest $200 oil change (it was time for required filter changes), I left and almost immediately my service 4wd light came on. I have never had any service engine lights on in my vehicle before that moment. I drove back to the service department the same day with still less than 50 miles since the service and the gentleman working said it s not related but you should get it checked out. You never know how a business truly is until something unplanned or unexpected happens.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Service seemed up to standard. Did not like that the Dan Cummins Chrysler/dodge site charged me over $20 more for the same oil change service compared to the same service I normally get at the Dan Cummins Chevrolet dealership. But the Dan Cummins Chevrolet dealership was booked up . Probably won t substitute service to the dodge site again for that reason.

Overall good experience, bought a certified used Chrysler Pacifica and our sales representative Carlos was very helpful and attentive. Glad to hear my vehicle has the lifetime powertrain, I also purchased an extended warranty on the electrical. Had some issues with a dash light regarding the auto stop start function out of the gate. Had to return 3 times to resolve the issue but they finally got we done. Anyway I would recommend this place, the staff is friendly and was grateful to hear Christian music playing in the lobby.

I called and made my appointment to get my oil changed. I requested over the phone that along with my oil change and tire rotation I wanted to have my tires flipped on the rims to extend my tread life. The lady on the phone told me that I would just have to tell the service advisor that at my appointment. When I told them at my appointment what I wanted done, they told me it would take longer because I wasn't scheduled for that. It also took 40 minutes past my appointment time till they took my truck in to start the service. I will say that the service advisor was friendly and professional.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The CJDR service department needs that same attention as the GM service department. Wake up Cummins compare the two. Booked and appointment for an Oil change and to have the recall looked at on my 2022 Ram over a week in advance. We then drove the hour to dealership to keep our lifetime warranty. They had us wait for 3 hours !! When we got our truck back they didn t even look at the recall !! The service department waiting area was smelly and dirty. When we told them we were going to Walmart during our 3 hour stent in the waiting area the service writer said, so do you want to reschedule ?? What !! We drove an hour to come to our appointment!! This oil change was a 5 hour ordeal!! Oh and the best part we provided the oil and filter !!! Literally all they had to do was drop the oil replace the provided filter and refill!!!! And they didn t even look at our recall. This place is a joke!Service: Oil change

I love the personal touch but it is sometimes hard to get the vehicle to Paris or Georgetown for the oil changes and rotation of the tires. It needs to be told to the clients that there's no other "recognized or certified" agency other than yourselves who can provide these services to get the warranty.

Shaun Evans and his service team changed out a transmission and wheel bearing on our 2020 Dodge Caravan. His handling of the details of all the repairs as well as putting us in a sweet rental car was a great experience for my wife and I. I have never had a major repair done at Dan Cummins but this one has given us great confidence in their ability to take care of their customers. Went in with my 1 year old Jeep with 21000 miles was told needed all new brakes front and rear 2100.00 bid .so took to another dealership and had only one rotor slightly warped on front left so for $400.00 he replaced both rotors and brakes by my request only needed one rotor in reality.rear brakes was fine no issues like new Brakes on front was still like new but with replacing rotors I felt that replacement to be for bestIf you use their service be sure to get 2nd opinion for sure.What was frustrating me was last year I bought 2 new vehicles total over 100,000.00 and not to be honest with me to exact problem was very frustrating plus trying to take advantage of peopleService: Brake service & repair
