Matt Lacy at Hutch CDJR was amazing at helping us buy our vehicle! As we are out of state, Matt worked so hard to get us the best deal. Within a week, we had signed papers for our new Chrysler Pacifica and the very next day it was delivered right to our door! We can t thank Matt and Hutch enough for helpings us find and get into our perfect vehicle! Highly recommend if you re in the market!

This man worked miracles today! Got me into my dream SUV, I never thought I would be able to see this day with my low credit!! But Matthew did it!! He didn't take no for an answer and he got me into this SUV. I'm still in shock at how AMAZING this man is and how he went so above and beyond, he even delivered it to me today! I am thrilled that I chose Hutch, and more greatful for Matthew and his knowledge and persistence!! Keep up the amazing work Matt!! I couldn't be happier!!!

John from service and his crew helped me when I stopped in after service 5 hours away in Indiana that resulted in a broken power steering line. They worked with me and got me up and going in a few hours and dealt with the other dealer so I wouldn't be responsible for their mistake. I cannot say enough good about this dealer and their amazing staff.

We love hutches. We looked at several car lots that wasn't friendly or helpful. We came to hutchs and they was really great. Super friendly and helpful. Blake was a great host and treated us like family . Everyone was just so nice and helpful and we love our little jeep. We'll visit them again for our vehicle needs.

This company is EXTREMELY misleading with their online pricing which is all smoke and mirrors. For starters, I attempted to contact this dealership about 3 times with no reply or call for a few hours. FInally after I received a call, I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to this dealership and talked to the salesperson about a truck I found online for The Final Price listed. (Keep in mind I called and asked about a specific stock number truck, at a specific price with specific financing terms offered.) After running the numbers with my trade in and speaking with the sales manager, the sales person came back with a price that was over $12,000 higher than advertised on their website. The company would not budge on the cost claiming that there are rebates and incentives that are not included with the financing offers available. At one point I was even told that if I were trading in a competitors vehicle (Chevy, Ford), I would be offered an extra $2000 incentive. I pulled up the listing online and some of the incentives include: A Hutch Discount (almost $10k), National retail consumer cash, retail bonus cash, Chrysler capital bonus cash, engine retail bonus cash, and something called Great Lakes bonus cash. None of which, actually come off of the price of the vehicle and could not be coherently explained why consumers werent actually eligible for these without a Sub-Prime interest rate. So essentially in the end, I was offered a little less than factory MSRP for a vehicle and all they could say was Im sorry, but we dont make any money with the financing offers and you would be better off taking that rather than the incentives that get the cost closer to the online price - This was from the general managers mouth. I was livid after this interaction and will not be going back to this company for any business whatsoever. I understand the value of good customer service and online ratings. If I could give a 0 star rating on here, I would do so in a heart beat. This was the epitome of a poor customer experience.

Perfect service.A few days ago i got my Nissan from this dealership. our financing prosess was so fast, and we got perfect service. we live in WV, and they were so nice to bring the car to us. Thank you so much - I recommend this place to anyone.

If there was a no star option that s what they would get! They are such liars & complete rip offs! Was told so many lies & i am not stopping until they make it fair. They hung up on me & all I wanted them to do was fix the issue, but they said, they could not. Yes they can! I have rights & will use them! Go elsewhere & do major research.
