Melissa and all the folks at WKy Golf Carts are just the BEST!!! They sell fine, top-notch products, but even more importantly in my opinion, they service what they sell promptly, efficiently and always with a smile. Top shelf, class operation all the way.

We absolutely loved Doing business with West ky golf cars. We are from out of state and needed our cart repaired while here in Kentucky. Melissa and her staff was a absolute pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend using them.

I would recommend West Ky Golf Carts over any other EZGO dealership around the area. I live in Clay, Ky. and shopped around and you get more options for your money and no high pressure sales. Melissa was very professional and we had good laughs and conversations while I was there waiting for a few ad ons to be installed.

We absolutely loved working with Malissa. She is so kind and outgoing! This is a family owned business run by her and her parents. She will do whatever she can to try and make you happy. She knows what she sells and knows it well. When we looked the 1st time and didn't really know exactly what we were looking for. We were looking for a UTV and visited other shops, but ended up back at W-KY-GC. We just appreciated Malissa's outgoing personality and her eagerness to try to please. She's not pushy either which is always a big plus! We ended up buying a 72v Bad Boy Buggy that she got from her mom's shop because she thought that is what would fit us best since we would use it for hunting. Once I drove it, I knew that's what I was looking for. Thanks so much to West KY Golf Carts and Malissa!

This place is horrible! I called them and talked with a female named Melissa, I told her i needed my rear shock bushings replaced and that my husband would be bringing the golf cart to them. A week later my husband picks it up and brings it home. The next day I take it for a drive and realize right away that my rear shock bushins had not been replaced at all. So i called Melissa back and told her of my findings. She told me that my golf cart does not have rear shocks only front shocks. So they changed my front shock bushins. So I sent her a picture of my rear shocks. I told her my front shock bushins were not bad and did not need to be changed.When she realized my golf cart did indeed have rear shocks she got very rude with me. However, when I let her know I would be contacting the BBB, she changed her tone. She then told me to bring my golf cart back up there and they would fix my back bushins and just charge me half the labor. I told her that wasn't ok with me because it cost me $20 in gas every trip I take to their shop. Then she said she would not charge me any labor. I told her i would talk to my husband and see what he wants to do. Needless to say, my husband said no, we will never again take anything to West Ky Golf Cars/Carts. So my daughter's boyfriend Ronnie and I just replaced the rear shock bushins today and as we are working on my golf cart we see the front shock bushins have not all been replaced. Just the bottoms were. Which literally takes 10 min. So they charged me $76.00 for an hours labor and another $15.90 for 2 sets of shock bushins and did not even put all the bushin on my golf cart. So i called the owner of the store. Her name is Marilyn. I told her everything and emailed her pictures of the front bushins that they supposedly replaced even though I told them I wanted my rear bushins replaced. I told Marilyn at the very least I wanted the $76.00 back that i was charged for the labor. She got very rude and refused to give me the money back. She said that I could bring my golf cart back to them and they would fix it. I told her i have already fixed it and that my husband and I both agree that we don't trust them with our golf cart. So please take your business somewhere else. These people are thieves and do not take responsibility for their actions. I would never recommend West KY Golf Carts/Cars to anyone. They have 2 stores/shops. One in Paducah and one in Marshall County. This was my one and only time doing business with them. I hope this helps.

Melissa was very nice and really helped us decide what we wanted. Have had our cart about a year and still happy with it.

my 70 year old neighbor brought his cart in cause it did not run and got burnt for $27 dollar fuel pump -that takes 20 minutes to install for a #300 dollar bill- wow told them i did my own fuel pump and would take care of them for parts cost only -greed greed greed shame on you
