Bought the $79 Groupon for $59. Had nothing extra done and they charged me an additional $18 because they said I only paid 60 on Groupon. I guess they don t know what a coupon is!! Idiots!

Always friendly, and quick. They do try to upsale, but that's any business. They are the only place I take my car to have an oil change.

The workers were quick and extremely kind and helpful. After I had asked about getting a tire rotation the main guy took a tool to my tires and told me it wasn't necessary and didn't want me to waste my money which was so rare to hear from auto guys! I will most definitely go back for my next oil change!

I think Earl is doing a good job, and he was friendly and helpful at the Valvoline Car Care business in Paducah. I used this quick oil change center only because I couldn't get into the place I normally go to in Princeton, KY. Plus, I didn't realize how expensive it would be to go to Valvoline. It costs me over $107, and that's about $45 more than I pay getting the same things at my usual place in Princeton, Kentucky. I'm not complaining, just sharing my thoughts.

They did a great job, very easy and I got to sit in my car while they changed it. Staff was very polite, calling me sir and Mr. Jennings and very respectful. I normallly go to my dealership but I couldn't get in without appointment so I went to Valvoline

The process here is very meticulous and they don't suggest stuff you might not need. I replaced my air filters about a month ago and while they were checked, there was no garbage about needing to replace them.Each system was checked and confirmed checked by two technicians so everything's curvy when you leave the work bay.It's fast, professional and precise as well as competitively priced, especially when they send coupons regularly.Top marks!

I have a Kia Soul with a 4 cylinder engine. It cost nearly 80 dollars to get the oil changed using the mid grade synthetic blend. Not the highest pure synthetic. They did check all fluids and tire pressure. They didn't have my air filter in stock but did offer to have it brought from O'Reilly which is across the street. Do they seem rather expensive? Yes. Do they offer outstanding service and professional? Yes.Plus, you can stay in your car while they do the service.This is the place next door to Culver's.Recap ..... great service, fast, professional, organized. If you can afford it, you will probably like the place and use them over and over.

These guys were amazing. Always fast and thorough. Changed my oil Topped off all my fluids. Checked everything it seems. I had a tail light out, he fixed it. I've had a headlight out forever. An appointment the next day to finally get it fixed. Was told was going to be hard to get to and was going to cost me almost $100! These guys fixed it right then and there for 1/4 of the price. I have used this location several times. He knows my history. Never tries to push services on me. I never even left my car! Thanks guys. You've got a customer for life.

I am very satisfied I have used them twiceWhat I like about them they are nationwide while I'm in Louisiana I can get my vehicle serviced.One of my vehicles I had my transmission serviced along with my fuel system flush.Which I recommend. Most recently my vehicle was damaged during a routine servicing. I'm currently having to success with Valvoline accepting liabilities and offering a repair. I've went here since they opened and never had an issue. After speaking with several people, others are also having bad experiences. I understand accidents happen but one should accept liability. I only want my vehicle back to it's operating condition as it was when I pulled into their bay! Will update...

Very fast service. They told me that my serpentine belt was cracked and I need to get changed. They don't replace that there but they gave me a print out about it. I'm so glad they told me because I had no idea it was cracked.

I literally watched a car finish with their service and pull out as I was pulling up. I was able to pull straight into a bay and the oil change was literally done in 10-12 minutes without having to leave my car. 10/10 will be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I came, I arrived, I was serviced, and I learned new car lingo! I spent alot of money but I've learned that these guys are better than those "WallStores". Plus I love thre cameras/ hate the restraining in the cab staring at my headliner!

Had my oil changed here. Paid extra for better grade of oil. Drove my truck a few miles and heard knocking. Mechanic found that they had stripped out my oil plug then instead of replacing it, they rigged it so oil leak didn t show with a random washer. Also used lowest grade oil. Very fast professional service, from extremely nice and knowledgeable guys. Great find is that they also offer their oil changes for purchase through Groupon saved me over $40.00 on a full synthetic oil change through them And well over $50.00 had I gone to the Toyota dealership, and now I'm good for 10,000 miles. From an economy oil change to synthetic you can get over half off buying through Groupon and then all you do it show the code on your phone to the guys at Valvoline! Beyond impressed and satisfied!

Go somewhere else. My oil change for my f150 with synthetic oil was $120.00 and ofcours they dont tell you that until after you sit in line for 1/2 an hr. I've never heard of a basic oil change costing that and I didnt even get the most expensive oil! I would recomend Walmart service center they've always been good and great price that's where I'm going back to.Service: Oil change

I don't really know much and the guys there didn't shame me. My car is new to me and they explained everything as they did it. Wxplaining what type of oil I needed and why , how many miles, how to check it. What's it supposed to look like. I'm so grateful.

I went a few weeks ago and the staff seemed to try to scare me off by telling me there would be a 45 min wait when there was no one in line and with a 15 minute oil change advertisement. So I waited... and got in the bay in 10 mins. Then they told me they just didn t have my oil and they would next week... I came back today and told the employees to check if they have my oil before I wait in line again and they said yes. Waited for 25 mins got in the bay then they told me they didn t have my oil AGAIN! As I was leaving the man smiled and said you re not coming back...... this is not how you get customers!Service: Oil change
