I go here for tires, oil changes, and any other truck needs I have. These people are the best and very honest. I am always impressed with their knowledge and wonderful service.

What a great team they have here! Always quality work and great customer service. I drive all the way from Nashville to have my cars serviced here . Aleshia, Robert , Neil , James and Zachary get 5 stars from me ! Great prices and service with a smile. You don't get this in Nashville and that's why I come here. Thanks guys for everything you do for me and my cars !!

I waited all week for wheels and tires to be installed. When I got there for my apt, the price was 5x what i was quoted. I left with less time on my life, nothing else. First time here and Will not be back ever.

Good people. They were recommended by Holiday Inn. I stopped while driving through town & they checked my air pressure & adjusted it - free & with a smile & a blessing. May this business be blessed

Lady in office very rude the man told me to bring my tire in today and He would change it no problem and it's not the customer's fault that you only had one worker working hire some help thank you very much learn customer etiquette stay over a little and make your customer happy been coming herre for years you lost a loyal customer here get someone else in that office that knows how to talk to people she don't want to work then leave so the customers get better service

Dishonest. Shady business practices. Avoid at ALL COSTS!Went in because I had a tire from a Nexen set bought from Paducah Tire (PT) with a slow leak. They brought out a tire and said that my alignment was bad and that my tires were all in bad shape. I had purchased them at Paducah Tire on their recommendation. The lady told me that they don't sell those tires, even though they had reommended them to me. Red Flag. I shouldve left then, but I was in a bad spot and wanted to support a local business. She said that they didn't keep records on cash sales, another red flag.The lady prced me for four GOODYEAR tires. She mentioned that they would be good tires because they were Goodyear. I paid at the time. No receipt was provided except for the credit card receipt. No iremized receipt was offered. I scheduled to have the tires put on at 11 a couple of days later. They tell me that the van would be ready at around 3. I went by after work to get the key. I wouldn't be able to actually pick up the van until after they closed at 4:30.When I get there, I notice that the tires are not GOODYEAR but Fortune, a Chinese brand. I asked the mechanic and he strraight up lies and says they are a GOODYEAR company. I call Goodyear and do a Google search to confirm that Fortune is not a Goodyear company. The technicians are, at best, ignorant about the products that they sell or, at worst, intentionally misleading their customers and providing lower quality products than promised.When I inquired about this, the technicians said that the office lady was not there and they didn't have any receipt or paperwork. They were very rude and laughed in my face when I mentioned that the Goodyear dealer qouted me the same price that they quoted me for actual GOODYEAR tires. They are selling Chinese knockoffs and claiming them to be Goodyears. Shady business.I was going to leave the van overnight so the tires would not be driven on. That way, they could change them without saying that I drove on them. After thinking about it overnight, I decided that I don't trust them to work on my van at all, so I picked up the van early the next morning from PT.I tried to call the next morning and couldn't get through. After reading online, I found that without warranties on the tires, which PT did not provide or offer, that it is extremely hard to get refunds on tires that have already been mounted. I was going to look PT up on BBB (Better Business Bureau) but they aren't even registered. Another red flag.Avoid thi place at all cost. Go somewhere that is reputable and backs up their products with some kind of guarantee. Go somewhere where the technicians know how to treat customers and can at least pull up a receipt. We spent $750 for a set of Walmart brand tires that I hope are decent when we were promised name-brand Goodyear. Please don't make the mistake we did.

Fast friendly service was very satisfied. Had a tire put on a trailer rim was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Best tire shop in town in my opinion. 5 star all the way

I did not end up purchasing here, they did not have my tires in stock. But the lady I talked to on the phone was very kind and offered a recommendation for where to check next.

Called and asked if I could bring my car in to get it checked out they were friendly and said yes. When i got there they were waiting and ready the problem was diagnosed within 10 minutes. They went over and beyond good service for me. I highly recommend them. Prices are reasonable too.

We ended up with a flat tire on the way from Illinois to Nashville for a concert. They got us in immediately and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Great service and kind people!

I called this store once and asked for some assistance, and the manager was very rude to me for no reason. I do not recommend this business, as they are very rude to even loyal customers, and they do very shotty work that I can do better in my back yard. Every time I have brought my car in my check engine light has come on due to low oil because they do not know how to do their job. And they hire felons(if that matters to anyone) long story short, bad job done by bad people and I do not recommend.

Stopped in to have 4 new tires and front break pads put on. Turns out when I get in my truck and go to pull out of park lot I had no breaks at all. Ended up costing me an additional $600.00 because I had to take vehicle to dealer to have breaks fixed.Would not recommend ..

Needed 2 tires patched immediately fr my cuz who lives out of state nd they were quick nd reasonably priced nd got her in rite away. Tires patched in no time. Excellent service highly recommended.

Highly recommended. We were traveling cross country and needed a patch ASAP, and they got us fixed up and back on the road within minutes of arrival. Very polite and helpful staff.

Got some tires swapped on some wheels. Great price and they had it done in a reasonable amount of time. Most place wanted me to drop them off so they could do them when they got ready. Its first come first serve here which worked out great for me.

These people are the BEST!! We were traveling and needed tires in a time crunch (headed to an out of town funeral) and they got us two gently used tires and had us on our way within 45 minutes! Great people, I would highly recommend them!!!

Excellent service! You will not find this level of service at the big box stores or most other national brand tire shops in Paducah. The prices are some of the lowest in town!The technicians are knowledgeable and they care about customer service. I ve been a customer since I bought my first car in 1996. That s over 20 years of consistent service!

We were traveling on vacation and discovered a problem with one of our tires. Not only did they have my hard to find tire, but Robert and the crew stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure our car was fixed and we could continue our travel. They were great!!!

sincerely friendly and when given opportunity they extended greeting then kept the same demeanor when confronted with what may have been a slight on their part then honored what I believe was beyond their initial "word" and never seemed as if it was about my fault or if they just actually wanted to make sure id no longer worry with the outcome after leaving.. for a first time customer with maybe an out of date request it established my continued business

Probably not your most up scale place but the employees were super helpful and nice. I was out of town and needed a tire. They had it and put it on for me and was way cheaper than anyone else! I was thrilled they had my tire used and in great shape so I saved even more money! Thank you so much!

I stop by Paducah tire service to see if they could work on my vehicle & to find out where the noise in the rear of my car was coming from? It only took them about 15 minutes to find out what was wrong with my car & after spending hundreds of dollars @at Linwood Dodge they didn't know where the noise was coming from but they put new back brakes & lube under my car, rear rotors, they also replaced rear control arms and front sway bar links but still no release of hearing that no noise? Paducah tire took the time to Analyze my problem & @ no charge, it was my Dry shaft & it was about to fall from under rear back of my car. How was the visit it was fantastic & they did a great job. I will be going back for them to work on my car.

4 grade A used tires less than 350$ to put on balance and dispose of old tires. Great people great service thank you !!!

If you remember the grungy old tire shops of the past, then you will reminisce when you enter here. BUT....if you want to be treated fairly and the same as anyone else, then this is your place. Here's an example; I needed a specialty tire that I had to order online. Then I had to find a place to mount and balance my new tires. I called numerous places. Each place was gouging me to do the job since I didn't buy the tires from them. I called Paducah Tire and for $20 per tire....mounted, balanced, and installed on my truck! That price is up to HALF what I was quoted elsewhere. So......is it fancy? No. Are they fair? They were with me . They would have received 5 stars but they only had 1 person working the counter so there was a bit of a wait. Other than that, I say thank you Paducah Tire.

I just called to get a quote for two tires and the person who answered the phone (Zach? Zachary?) answered with such attitude. I couldnt hear him on the phone, he got irritated because he had to repeat himself I assume. Then I believe someone different was on the phone after I was took off of hold. They gave me the price of two used tires after I specified two new, and when they said used when they were giving me the pricing, I asked if they had new. He said "yeah, we DO" and i asked if i could get the price of those and he went "yeah" CLICK im back on hold. They get back on the phone and he goes "its 105, for them NEW" i said okay thank you, and CLICK i was hung up on. I seriously wont consider purchasing tires here now. If you dont enjoy your job please do not take it out on the customers (or potential customers) all I needed was a quote...

Called to ok having a car towed there for repair and they said to bring it by. $70 to a towing company to get it there. After looking it over they said they had to order a special piece of equipment to use. . Next day, machine arrives and it didn't help so they had to order another machine. Didn't help again and they couldn't tell what was wrong. I was told they had just bought the place from previous owners and they didn't have the equipment to diagnose or fix the vehicle. They suggested I have it towed AGAIN to a better equipped shop. If I had known this, I could have saved $70 and went somewhere else! I was furious. I will NOT be returning.

I'm not from Kentucky, so this place was a pleasant surprise to me. Now, I don't use anyone else for my tire needs (and believe me, I go through them pretty quick).They run everything exactly the same way that they must have when they opened decades ago. No computer systems to deal with, just a guy managing everything the way he is comfortable with.Last time I went in because I had a tire puncture and they had me patched up and on my way in 20 minutes for $14.00. Back on the road in no time.They also don't insult you by trying to up-sell you on garbage products that you don't need. Simple business ethics the way things are supposed to be.
