We purchased a brand new vehicle and were driving it home (Missouri to Alabama) when we encountered an issue with the engine. We were advised not to continue driving and found Royal Oaks to be the nearest dealership we could safely get to. This was 5p on a Friday afternoon, I wouldn t want to be stuck at work either but the staff there were so patient and helpful. They had us pull the vehicle into the service department, even went so far as to troubleshoot some issues with my husband, staying far later than they normally would have. They were patient, kind, and understanding. I wish I had gotten their names but I was in our older vehicle with our kids. They not only fixed the issue but continued to communicate with us on the status of our vehicle. They followed up with the dealership that sold it to us. They followed up with GM customer service and, once it was fixed, coordinated with GM to get our vehicle delivered directly to our front door, nearly 240 miles away. We are so grateful for them and will recommend them to everyone.

Barbara was so kind and helpful. She called me before anything was done to my car to give me heads up and quotes, and answered all of my questions. I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance, and to replace a blown out tire, and all of the work done on my car was completed in a timely manner.

Did not buy from .sales person was nice but person in charge of financing was very rude. Very pushy. Only worried about the payment you want and not the interest rate or even the cost. Did not like answering questions and was very loud and would not let the sales person do his job, always talking over him like he was not good enough to sell the car. NOTE: on their website nothing has a listed price and they will not tell you how much the vehicle is until they run your credit. Asked a few questions about some fees on purchase order and he told the salesman to get me out of there .this man is taking advantage of people that are not looking closely at the numbers. There were fees and cost on the purchase order that they could not explain. Don t be taken advantage of by these people. I do not conduct business this way and will not buy from a company that does . I feel sorry for the salesman working under this man .you can rest assure royal oaks I will tell everyone I knowNOT TO BUY FROM YOU!!!

Had a check engine light on, needed an oil change as well. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and changed oil. This was all done with professionalism, and politeness as well as efficiency. All things I appreciate at a car service department. Will most certainly use their services again.

I am extremely happy with the experience I had at Royal Oaks Chevrolet! Not only did the staff help me to purchase the car of my dreams, but more importantly, I was treated like a human being and not just another customer. Sales Manager Daren Mabini truly listened to me and took time to understand what kind of car I wanted and needed as well as what I was able to afford. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I got an amazing deal and was comfortable and informed throughout the whole sales process. The Royal Oaks Sales Department has a one of kind manager that is sincere and goes out of his way to take care of their customers.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR DEALERSHIP IN MY LIFE!!! Warning, Long Review:Salesman need retraining in sales and customer service/interactions. Bait and switch mailers sent to your home address. Said I won 1k or a TV. When I got there they tried to sell me a 9 year old truck for 41k. Payments were over $1,200 a month.I kept asking the salesmen for the full price of the truck but he wouldn't give it to me until after they ran my credit, which I didn't even know they were going to do. No one ever told me verbally that they were going to run my credit. I told them my credit score because I just purchased an Explorer for my girlfriend across the street at Ford less than a month ago. They switched salesmen on me 3 different times when I kept telling them no, it was to expensive. The last salesman, I believe his name was Irvin or Edwin; he said he was inventory manager, called me "SELFISH" because he felt like I wasn't appreciating their time once he figured out I wasn't going to buy the truck. We actually got into it a little bit because we were both pissed at the situation. Even after this he still tried to get back to selling me truck truck. I told him, "I wouldn't buy the truck from you if you gave it to me for free!"He tried to embarrass me on the sales floor in front of everyone by yelling to my original salesman, "Hey, GET HIM OUTTA HERE!" Like I was being thrown our of a night club by bouncers or something. The orginal salesman still kept me for 5 minutes still trying to sell me the truck.I checked my credit the next day after I left. They ran my credit through 11 companies and my credit score went down 17 points. If it looks and acts like a snake, it probably is. I will never go back to Royal Oaks Chevrolet for any reason and I will let everyone I know my experience at this dealership.

We really like the Chevy Trailblazer we purchased, but we're disappointed with the deceitful vocabulary(down payment assistance, salesman never used the word loan) used by the staff that resulted in not only a car payment but 2 additional loan payments for the next 2 years. Thankfully with a few adjustments in our lifestyle we might be ok, I doubt that's the case for most people. Beware cause the salesman said that was what the dealership trained them to say. UPDATED: from 3 stars to 5. I just want to say that the General Manager, Matthew Hall is awesome. He patiently listened to our story and is doing everything in his power to rectify the issue. I truly appreciate the effort and I'm excited to continue doing business with Royal Oaks. Feeling thankful, grateful, & Blessed.

I'm great full that your dealership has able to diagnose and repair my truck in a very short amount of time. I am truly grateful to Mr Parley Estes for his help in this process and his willingness to give us a ride to our work site.

Please don't buy any vehicle from this dealer they are crooks! They will lie to you & are misleading in their dealings. Especially a used one. They are all "As Is". The cars people trade in are never serviced or checked out. They said the car would be serviced & detailed cleaned before I left (it was not). I asked when they serviced the car to be sure & check the brake pads & oil (they claim they did - it was not).I paid cash but somehow ended up being there all day long waiting for the car to get serviced & detailed. When I test drove the car about 5 mins. on a secondary street, the car ran fine. When I finally got to leave I got on the interstate & in less than 10 minutes (after the motor got hot) it started missing out & I thought I was going to break down right then & there. All the bells whistles, & check engine lights were going off!I immediately turned around at the next exit & drove back to the dealership, explained the problems & was told there was nothing they could do. It was "As Is". OMG!!!They were then about to close & no one was available to look at it. They did say bring it back in 2 day days & they would run diagnostics on it. I was afraid to drive the car but they wouldn't let me drive the car I traded in because it was theirs now, nor did they offer a temporary one for me to drive.I went back the next day....Long story short after they did the diagnostic they wanted to charge me over $1,100 for service & repair on the car I just bought. All the plugs, ignition switches & the air flow system had to be replaced. They even waned to charged me for the diagnostics. They wouldn't discount "anything" that the car need to be fixed. But they did offer a temporary car for me to drive while they were fixing it. No thank you! I think you've screwed me enough! My salesman looked me in the eyes & said he looks out for women, & wouldn't do me wrong. He said he has a mom, 3 daughter, & his birthday is on mothers day. Even showed me his drivers license to prove it. What a pitch to use to make an elder, disabled woman trust him! Just for a sale & commission.I truely believe in karma & God. What goes around comes around.Buyers beware - Royal Oaks will rip you off!

The service department is phenomenal. You are treated with respect and courtesy. If need be, they will go above and beyond to keep you as a repeating customer. And your vehicle is run through the car wash after being serviced.

Today they were having an eliminator sale. The promo was $79 down or $79 a month or $79 out the door for the vehicle. It said doors open at 8am.Well the whole thing was a scam. The doors opened around 8:30 but only for us to be let in to "register". They wanted our driver's license, social security number and phone number. They then did a soft pull on your credit without telling you. Then we all went and stood in another line to be let in to look at the cars. That part didnt open until after 9. When I asked a couple of the sales people which cars were $79 out the door the answer was we don't know until you pick a car and we go run it by the manager. The whole thing seemed to be run by the general manager and all he did was act like a hype man the whole time. He made it seem like they had some great deals for everyone. But again I say it was a scam. It was to get a bunch of people in to try and get them to buy a car they couldn't afford. Now I'm sure I will get bombarded by flyers from them but truly they are just a bunch of slimy used car salesmen that prayed on a bunch of people that really could of used a car for $79. I knew this was a long shot when I went. I figured they might have 5 cars for that price if I was lucky. But it was just a trick to get people in the door.If I could have given less stars I would have given this negative 5.

Keegan Joslyn was a great sales person. He made me regret waiting so long to search for a new vehicle. He was willing to work with me me by sending me texts with good propects so I didn't waste a day off just looking . He took into consideration my needs and was willing to send me vehicles that may fit them without the pressure of someone trying to up sell me into something I wasnt comfortable with. He now has my business for life. Thank you Keegan for just being a real person, for just being you. Highly recommended talking to him even if you are just shopping around. He made my buying experience better than I could have ever expected!

I was really happy until I realized they allowed me to drive away in a vehicle with no transmission fluid. How to you detail a car and not check the fluids. I could have died going home. That transmission could have stopped at any moment and someone could have plowed in to me. I could have been extremely hurt or killed. I am grateful I got the car I am grateful that I was approved. I did sign an As-Is agreement. But how are you willing sell a person a potential death penalty with no remorse or warning knowing it had no transmission fluid in it.

Helped my daughter who lives in Paducah buy her first car/Jeep She is only 20 but got herself a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. She was beside herself and overwhelmed with joy. These guys are extremely affordable and extremely friendly. It was a great experience and only took 2 hours. That meant a lot to me driving down from Henderson and needing to drive back the same day. It was a good experience for my daughter so she understands a little better about financing a vehicle and how it affects your credit. Maybe you have a young loved one who needs a car? This is the right place to go. We only cosigned for her and let her experience the rest. They were great and patient at helping her understand everything. Great place to go.

I had quite an enjoyable experience with the staff. Everyone I spoke with was both warm and inviting. Conversing with them helped make the time pass by as we were waiting on all of the paperwork to get wrapped up. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase their next vehicle!

Class action anyone else??? I am suingLiars thieves. They did it to me they will do it to you. The warranty that was included in the purchase of my vehicle was snuck in. When I called Nathan, their finance man- he laughed at me- offered to cancel the warranty- told me they ll sell plenty of cars anyway. These people are horrible- they do not care. They ARE the stereotypical dishonest car salesman. And they will exhaust you- after being there 6 hours and sneak in extra money. Then they will laugh at you. Save yourself shop elsewhere.

I bought a car from there the sales rep said a co-worker of his drove the vehicle and said it shifted hard but, when my dad and I test drove it it did fine except one time during take off and the sales rep said it could be a motor mount. I bought it on Valentine s Day and had it 2 weeks today and the transmission is out and I was driving it when it went out, the check engine light came on and I lost power almost got ran over by a semi coming up behind me. I keep hearing it s my transmission fluid but why wouldn t they check that before selling the cars?!? Ima single mother of 3 and now I have no vehicle I have called and left a message and no response from them. Very irritated I get I bought it as is but could ve at least checked the vehicle thoroughly before selling it.UPDATE: it is 03/12/24 and also I have still not yet heard anything from these people but I bought a new trans for my car it s at the mechanics now round about $5,000 to have it fixed with parts and labor. Will NEVER make a purchase from these folks again!

I went in for a routine oil change as it turned out I needed some cabin filters. Barbara and Service is wonderful about telling you what everything s gonna cost so you have a good idea of what your bill might be as your service goes on.. Barbara is always a delight to chat with and take care of my car. I trust her.

Brought vehicle in for safety recall. Dropped off at 10:30am and was told to pick it up at 4pm. Called at 4pm to verify work had been completed. It wasn t. In fact, the part wasn t even in stock. It hadn t been in stock for 3 days. No phone call to let me know, just a Surprise! You ll just have to inconvenience yourself again next Wednesday and figure out how to get to work without a vehicle. Update. 1/3/24. They ended up making it right. They picked up the vehicle from my workplace, did the repair, and returned it.

Place is a total scam!!!! We bought a $62,000 Tahoe from them 7 months ago. I bring it in for an oil change. I am a woman and they tried to take advantage of me. Told me it was gonna cost $1200 because I needed a water pump or something. I call my husband and ask him he comes and checks it out and nothing and we took it to a friend who has a shop and couldn t find a single thing wrong. CROOKS!!! That s how they treat paying customers. Can t imagine how they treat people who haven t purchased vehicles there.

what a joke of a business, absolutely sleazy scam artists. they will feed you paperwork and divert your attention elsewhere and try to get you to sign for things that do nothing but put money intheir pockets, brought a car on trade and they literally said "do you have gap insurance? you should drive this into the lake...we will make a deal, I will personally dispose of this vehicle for you" then offered to pay off my existing vehicle to get me in a new one... got my paperwork and the $27,000 car was now financed for $47,000...I only owed $13k on the old car...THEN they signed me up for a $3000 downpayment plan they said would be factored in to payment, that was a lie, so on top of a car payment they tried to get me to pay an additonal $150 a month for the down payment plan THEY SAID WAS FACTORED IN. such a joke, they only care about making a sale and then want to "praise God" and tell you how blessed you are. I will steer as many people away from this company as I can in the future
