I remodeled a rental house and bought flooring, countertops and cabinets. They screwed up and got us the wrong color countertops, also one of the cabinets was wrong size. They gave me a discount of 10% on the flooring because of the screw-up and when I had several boxes leftover they wouldn't take the return back because I got a discount. Do yourself a favor and buy your material elsewhere, not worth the hassle.

I have remodeled 2 of my kitchen with the cabinets and bought my flooring for both houses here as well. Charles rocks !!! Great service! Great products!

Thought I wanted sheet vinyl for my flooring. Loved what they had but they didn't have enough for my project. Switched to laminate click-lock planks and with Memorial Day Sale, it was super affordable. I was shocked. The sales associate was very helpful, polite, and guided us to what we requested.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! Absolute worst experience with EVERY member of the staff, and so called manager of the store. Sales associate ordered the wrong dimension cabinets, and tried to blame it on us. We had already paid for the incorrect size cabinets($436). They placed another order for the correct size cabinets and when trying to pick them up they tried to charge another $430 on top of the $436 we had already paid! $866 for TWO cabinets!!!! They tried to say a tariff led to the price increase... we had priced these cabinets less than 2 weeks before. Absolute scam! When talking with the manager he refused to give us our money back and came up with a number for us to pay in order to take the correct size cabinets. Ended up paying an extra $180 for their mistake! Save your time and money and DO NOT SHOP HERE! Find somewhere recognized by the BBB. Feel free to look them up on Facebook and read their most recent reviews.. they speak for themselves on unprofessionalism

Charles i think was his name gave us a great deal on flooring hands down beats anyone's prices!!! Ill b going no other place here on out! Friendly ppl! Dont waste ur time searching other places like i did

Was waited on promptly. Sales person (Randy) was helpful in answering all of our questions. Store was clean and well organized. Great shopping experience.
