One star is due to Jeff at the front desk. Has a very bad habit of lying. Have him on record that the appointment was good and the part was there, went to the appointment the same day. Upon the family showing up no part. He's done similar things like this before. Didn't rate right away to give a proper chance to fix behavior and maybe it was an off day. It's continuous.The work seems good, the customer service and all the lies is what is bad. Dustin the technician was great, and helpful.

Brought my son's car in to have transmission and engine replaced. I bought each on eBay and had them sent to the shop. Talked to Jeff about what was going on. They got my car in immediately and started working on it. They had my car back to me in about 3 days and at a very reasonable price. Everything so far is working great. Thank you all.

On a weekend trip to Nashville for a wedding our Jeep started to misfire, we knew we couldn t go any further. The fantastic team at Supreme took care of us at 4pm on a Friday night! We were in and out in less than a hour with a new fuel injector. Another reason to support local small businesses it s were good people are.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience today 10/3/23 at Supreme! I had exhaust work done... Great price.... Great service and I'm hoping we have found our new "family" mechanic shop!

These guys are awesome. New to the area so just had to start down the google list. Started with the closest to me. They were my 5the stop but from now on will be my first. All the others didn't want to bother with it or wanted 3 times what they did it for. I definitely will return. Very fast getting me in and out and half what I expected to pay. Everyone there I spoke to was friendly and nice. Awesome place

I was Going to post on Facebook but it seems that they don't use their page that much. So I will post on here In hopes that they see it when I originally Took my car to them just for a diagnostic, they came back gave me an estimate in writing And they was well below other shops or mechanics. So I went ahead and set up a appointment for them to work on my Explorer and While they was looking at it they found another issue on my vehicle.This other issue I was originally told was due to my brakes and needed new brakes by a different shop, They (Supreme) described the problem to me without me telling them about the the issue since thats not what I had taken in for. It went for converters that was out and they found this issue on thier own.I told them to fix it and they did and the difference it made to the way my car drives is huge. My vehicle drives so much better now. I will be back to them . Great service around .Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I've gone to them twice and BOTH times they were knowledgeable and responsive. VERY transparent & fair. My last visit was in response to a check engine light on a BMW. They diagnosed it as a faulty injector and replaced it within an hour. I drove 900 miles that same day. No engine lights, no problems, just amazing. It is rare that you find someone to put THIS MUCH TRUST in to accurately assess, repair, AND BE FAIR. THESE GUYS ARE ALL THAT and more!

This is a great place to take your car, I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They keep the price fair and they don't try to stick you with costs you didn't have in mind. They never make me wait very long, usually I have been able to pick my car back up the same day I brought it in. They'll even do things for your car that you wouldn't normally expect a muffler shop to do. Their mechanics are sharp and they know what they are doing. I try to go here any time my car has a problem.

Wow! What great service and fair price.My wife and I were on a trip when a leak started in our exhaust system on our Toyota Sienna just as we entered Paducah to rest for the night. Supreme Automotive was the first shop that answered the phone the next morning and had a spot for me. Thomas answered the phone and quickly fit us into their schedule.We were in and out in no time and the cost was very reasonable. If we lived in Paducah I would be a loyal customer going forward but since I live miles away I can only highly recommend them to others!Service: Exhaust

Experienced exhaust issues on a Saturday evening. Googled exhaust repair, got Supreme Automotive Mechanics, and went to see them the following Monday. Firstly, it was literally across the street from my garaging address. I knew to get them as they were first opening up, to at least get a diagnostic and an estimate. Second of all, he obliged my query and promptly handled my concerns. It was not as bad as it sounded(partial pipe repair). Long story short... I was given a price and they had time to repair it!A happy and satisfied customer!

Previous owner of my truck cut the exhaust off under the cab and installed glass packs causing exhaust to be extremely loud inside cab. Supreme had to cut some bad exhaust off and rebuild 3/4 of of my dual exhaust so it stuck out the back like its supposed to. Looks and sounds great. Fair price. Completely finished in s respectable time.

Alvey Automotive referred me here for an exhaust issue. I came in at about 8:15am and was out the door by 8:45am. They were very efficient, effective, and respectful. The pricing was much less than I had expected as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are ACES. No muss, no fuss. Up front about the cost, and affordable. They let me drop off and pick up my car after hours (I have a weird work schedule). I'll DEFINITELY be back, and would recommend them to anyone. Good, hardworking, HONEST bunch!!!

I'm a single women that had vehicle problems, & was looking for a good place that would not rip me off and do good work. I found Supreme Automotive and I need to tell you that not only did they fix it in a fast timely manner , they fix the problem with a reasonable price and was very compassionate and had a lot of professionalism beyond compare.I would defiantly recommend this place for all your vehicle needs.

I was in Kentucky for a short vacation and had an exhaust problem these fellas went out of their way to help me so I didn't have to drive home 400 miles without a muffler. I would highly recommend them.

First I went for a drive shaft then after they fixed it it was just something after something in a 2 mouth span and never got fixed they say they said it would never. Don t go to them they will fix what they need and mess something else up just so you will come back

I made an appointment to have my catalytic converter fixed. The appointment was February 28 at 8am... when I dropped the car off I was told that the shop had only scheduled a diagnostic appointment so we rescheduled for March 6 at 8am. I dropped my car off at 8 am and was told it would be fixed by 1pm... around 11 I recieved a call that the part they had ordered had shown up damaged and it would have to be overnighted. I asked when my car would be finished and was told by lunch on March 7. So I rented a car for one day. At 11 am on March 7 I called to verify they had recieved the part. I was told at that time yes the part had come in. I stated I had to have the rental car back by 130 and was told by the shop that it wouldn't be ready. I then told the shop I would extend my rental until 4. The shop stated it wouldn't be a problem that my car will be done by 4. I arrived at the shop at 3:45 and my car was still not done. My car didn't get finished until 4:30 pm

I'm from out of town visiting my daughter and she needed some work on her car. I took her car to Supreme and they fixed her car and I had it back in less than hour. Regardless of the severity of the problem I would take any of my vehicles to Supreme. Thanks

They are the very best Muffler piping engineers in the area I highly recommend recommend they not only work on your vehicle cars trucks but also custom race Vehicles as well specializing in specialty exhaust definitely five star highly recommend
