I'm only rating the work that was done and the man who came out to fix my window. He was done fast, waited patiently for me to get off work so he can do the job, and then cleaned up all the broken glass from my back seat and floor. He had such a pleasant attitude.

Filed an insurance claim for the back glass on my Honda Civic. Insurance directed me to Safelite for the repair. I had an appointment scheduled, but the morning of I received a call saying they had "misplaced" the glass and that they would call to reschedule once they found it. That was almost a month ago and since then I haven't been able to reach anyone about it. I tried calling but never get through, and I even tried contacting Safelite corporate only to be told to call the store.In the meantime, my car hasnt been drivable. I'll have to go out of pocket to a smaller shop. Absolutely and utterly useless.EDIT: After writing this review, Safelite suddenly created an appointment AT MY HOUSE for 3 WEEKS from now! Not only was this incredibly invasive to pull my address and just create an appointment, but it was done without anyone ever contacting me. And it would have been over 7 weeks since my original appointment time! Their service is so below the bare minimum that they have actually lowered the bar.

We called Safelite Monday to book an appointment. The scheduler said a tech would be out Tuesday to replace our glass. Waited at home all day Tuesday, no tech. Called Safelite back that afternoon and was hung up on 4 times. Finally got through and was passed from rep to rep until one finally told us that the lady ordered the glass the day before, but did not enter any of our info or schedule the appointment. They then schedule another glass service to come out and replace it, then charged us MORE than the quote we received on Monday! Very displeased.

Ol Timothy took care of our broken windshield this morning. The reason I mention this is because when he showed up this morning he said you do know there s going to be a out of pocket expense and I knew that was not correct because it is a commercial policy he was very patient and waited on me in dealing with me and talking with my insurance company. Way to go Timothy appreciate you

I live way out in Palmyra, TN southeast of Clarksville thinking that a technician from the Safelite Clarksville location would repair the crack on my windshield, but it turns out that Timothy from Paducah, KY Safelite was sent to do the job, and he did an excellent job. The crack was the size of a half dollar coin and it is now nearly nonexistent. I appreciate Timothy driving all the way down here and bringing with him profesionalism and excellent windshield repair service on my truck. Many thanks Timothy .

Great experience getting chips fixed on my truck's windshield and my wife's cars windshield. The employee was very professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Safelite to anyone needing any auto glass work done.

I had an appointment scheduled for between 12pm and 5pm. It is now 5:15pm. The appointment was to fix the mistake made by the LAST technician. No contact with the technician today, could not get an answer from their "customer service" number. NEVER USING SAFELITE AGAIN!!

Technician showed up at the scheduled time and did the job fairly quick. He was very friendly, very professional. I would definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Paducah Safelite did an amazing job replacing the windshield on my Cadillac. I went online and scheduled an appointment and within 2 days I have already had my appointment and have a brand new windshied. Very friendly and helpful guys working in the shop as well. Simply amazing experience.

Safelite came to my vehicle location and had the windshield replaced quickly with no leaks , smears or smudges. The installer explained what he needed from me and described the process with competence. I suggest them for glass repair.

I have tried calling just get hung up on through the automated response. I have tried the website and it will not accept my Vin number! How am I supposed to get service when the website not working and there's no person to talk to?

All these phone numbers associated with safelite are robot answered and that is an utter joke. I miss the day when you could call a business and actually talk to someone on the front desk. Also, that stupid robot keeps trying to send me text messages when I clearly said "NO" when she asked if that's what I wanted. Zero stars. I'll take my car to the Ford dealer because at least they have real humans answering the phones.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They no call no showed 3 times, and I just got a notice that they ll see me in two weeks. Completely unprofessional. Seeing as ice called multiple times and the manager was supposed to call me with a solution to their horrendous work quality, guess that solution is to schedule a 4th appointment 6 weeks after the first appointment was scheduled. Avoid this business and their total lack of professionalism.

Extremely fast, I was a little discouraged they didn't match my tint of my window but at least it's no longer cracked. I would highly recommend.

Very hard to reach a person to ask questions about service. They will not install any glass that you don't buy from them directly. Didn't use thier service and would not recommend. Call Jack Morris Autoglass. I was connected to a person instantly and was in and out in no time.

Our windshield was damaged by a large chunk of asphalt as we were driving through Nashville. We needed to get to Paducah by night, so we made it there ok after vacuuming up what we could (fortunately it didn't rain!). The technician was out promptly in the morning for our replacement, and our windshield was good as new less than two hours later. He vacuumed the interior and took care of all the glass fragments, and washed the window too! We were on the road as early as we would have been without the service. We appreciate the professionalism our tech displayed, and he did a fantastic job!

I was taking a road trip with my kid and a rock hit my windshield from some of the road construction that is going on and had to get my windshield repaired. If I had to wait too long this meant wasting a day of vacation. "B" from Paducah Safelite Worked a little extra to get us back on the road....very Knowledgeable and Courteous....Big thanks to "B", Safelite and State Farm.

The tech, Brian on a satisfaction rating scale of 1-10, would definitely receive a 10+. He represented your Safelite company extremely well.
