My grandmas car has been there since November of last year, the motor blew up 2 months after we got it and we still to this day have not got the car back it s been nothing but hell trying to get the car back it s always a excuse I try to call Cody in parts and he never answers I have to talk to somebody else about my car I called earlier this week and was told it would be ready by Friday and now I get a call saying it will be longer I m over this I want my car back they have had my car longer than I have had it nobody can call and tell me anything it s a fight to speak to somebody about it, just never go to royal oaks SCAMMMM

Nothing wrong personally everytime i ve been to royal oaks it s been good business, my son on the other hand has shown me videos on social media of a young girl who works for this business driving around all day posting different cars, I don t know how others think but me personally I understand people looking for cars and test driving them but your own staff having fun joy riding them? Doesn t look very good on your business.

I will never ever buy or purchase any thing from them again their flyer was a lie and when I took it in for a battery and a headlight they said it was not covered and I had only had it less than a month and no road side assistance

Short version;My Wife and I have kids with special needs. We decided to get a second vehicle. Our daughter was in a bad situation and might have had to be taken 4 hours away at the drop of the hat. Bought a vehicle and had to take it back within days for an oil change. They reported two error codes were active. Said the tech would speak to me if anything was wrong. Nobody did and sent me on my way. Two days later on our way to Louisville problems arose directly from the error codes. I was told to bring it back. My Wife was treated horribly. We were lied to, given a loaner with virtually no gas. Then replaced with another days later on empty. Every time we spoke it was a lie. We were without our vehicle for 5 days. They refused to keep their word at every turn. I was told work was done that never was on things that don't exist. I have a technical background. I have worked retail and service jobs. This was unacceptable. They were hateful to my Wife. Their service department lies and commits fraud. Beware 'Barbara', Jordan Knott, Jake Sims and pretty much everyone there. You cannot trust anyone or anything there. They are all smiles and will deflect all concern and placate you with empty promises. All they had to do was be honest and everything could have been avoided. Scheduling an appointment could have resolved everything at the manufacturer's dealer. Instead we were misled and taken advantage of. Unprofessional, untrustworthy and inexcusable. Beware.

We visited the service department here for an oil change. The people was nice, the waiting area comfortable,but the wait time was long ! Our appointment was at 10am, arrival time was about 0945am,and they did not have us ready until almost 3 hours later.The people was friendly and professional, but be prepared to wait.

I ordered my part it took a week to get, no biggie, when it arrived it wasn't what I ordered, waiting now a week for Heath or Keith to process my refund and waiting for a shipping label for UPS to send back parts. This refund process shouldn't have taken no more than an hour to process, yet it's been a week and still no label, no refund processed in a timely manner so I guess it's tine to contact the owner. I well know this should not take this long. When I called today, Dec 2, 2016 Heath or Keith told me he would process my refund within two hours that was 9am, still nothing! If you want good customer service I would buy from somewhere else, I not getting it here.

Definitely did not have the experience I was experiencing nor wanting. I will not throw the woman under the bus for she said it was her second day but the manager Jake Sams (I m sorry if i got the wrong last name) does not have any good customer service nor respect. I dropped my car off to get looked at 10:30am and did not even receive a call until 4:30 about what was wrong. The woman told me with everything added together i was looking at $2,200 atleast and was not explaining anything, she told me i should go to another mechanic so I would be able to get a better price. The Jake man could not look me in my eyes or explain anything to me the woman told him the prices were outrageous and he just got frustrated, I called my mother and all of a sudden the price dropped to $1,900. They didn t even check out everything i needed to be looked at I have a imapala which makes a ticking noise and they didn t even look at it. If I ever do return to royal oaks it will not be anytime soon.

This dealership contacted me about a car I had for sale. They had me set yoo am appointment for an appraisal and although it was public knowledge the payoff on my car they offered me $4000 less. Don't bother reaching out to someone just to waste their time

Last time I had the oil changed, they left tools under the hood almost causing major damage. Then they wanted me to drive back across town to bring the tools back. NOPE

Contacted them to see if a truck on their website was still on their lot. They said it was and I drove 50 miles to get there only to find out it wasn't. They had used the truck for a loaner and had put 5500 miles on it . They still considered it new and wanted new truck price for it.

Ordered a hood liner for my Corvette. Sent it out in a timely matter, but arrived damaged. Inquired what to do and no answer or communication and to file a claim, I have to have contact. Long story short, I am out 120 bucks! Lesson learned!!!
