I called an hour before they closed to make an appointment to get some new tires and I actually got to get them before they even closed. They had my tires on and ready to go by then time I got the paperwork signed. Cameron was thorough as to what needed to be brought with me on the phone so I was prepared when I got there. When I got there he was very pleasant. This is my favorite place personally to get tires.

Just passing through. Needed a special test tire mounted for last minute work. Some places won't touch it. They did it, and they did it fast. Great customer service. Great attitude all around. Thanks a lot!

A friend suggested RNR Tire Express to me. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had to order the tires to fit my car. They arrived in a timely manner. I would highly recommend RNR for great prices and great service!

Polit guys, clean n friendly, they got tires changed over in a great timely manner.Tim Scoggins was person helped me get correct tires for truck, gave me all info I'd need to keep up maintenance and rotation, balancing, I felt very confident in what he sold me and the follow up. My son in law and daughter sent me to Tim Scoggins and I felt I was in goods hands, and the price of tires was amazing. For yall to offer payments is so great for folks like me that on ssi 934.00 taken me 6months to save for tires, and I was able to save 1,200.00 and the price was 800.00, so yall helped me save 400.00 extra I normally wouldn't have, so thank yall so much for coming to paducah, ky. .If you ever decide open one in Local illinois, Brookport, illinois is looking to have businesses come in help build a town. Your employee Tim Scroggins is from here and he has brought alot business ur way, he post on our local page on fb n friends n family. We would love to invite yall if possible open new store Brookport, il. These guys were awesome! They helped me find what I was looking for and although we couldn't get what I was after, they continued to help me find something that worked! They were very friendly, helpful, and quick. Definitely recommend!!

Very courteous staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nice to be able to purchase net set of wheels and tires even tho credit doesn't warrant it. The rent to own option is a little expensive but enables those who have had financial difficulties to still be able to purchase needed items.

Bought tires from the guys (Tim) got a screw in my tire. Was expecting to have to pay for the repair. Nope,told me it was covered since we bought the tires there. I love his attention to detail. Even brought me the screw and added that my tires were in good shape I just might want to rotate them in the future. That s why I come back. Thanks Tim and the guys at RNR!!

People are nice, place is clean, and have some decent deals. Watch the fine print on the financing. And check your vehicles after. This is our 3 time here and it was because we need tires asap. Something happened to one of the machines and my wheel was left with 3 scuffs and gouge out of another spot. Then I wait 3 hours before they told me about. I thought they had it done when the guy came into the waiting area. Wrong...I had to wait to get my stuff put back on. Payment was due on the 20 and we haven't even got the wheels on the truck. On 21st they were calling for the payment.

We had a nail in our tire and called them within an hour of them getting ready to close. They told us to come on in and they would take care of us. They were very nice and even stayed past closing to make sure the tire was repaired. Great service!!

Cameron did an amazing job of making sure my tires got ordered in a timely manner with quick and reliable service! He made it a fast and comfortable experience for me and my son while we waited for our services to be completed! We had a screw in our tire and another local establishment turned us away . We called RnR and they were so nice and helpful! Got us right in , fixed our tire and even stayed past their closing time to make sure we were ok ! A plus service!!

this is my second contract with RNR. They are worth going back to. Tim was very kind and has fantastic customer service skills. His presence over the phone is very professional and he is very knowledgeable in his line of work. he went above and beyond for me and has made me a repeat customer. Tim explains things every well, so you can t go wrong with RNR- Paducah!

I am satisfied with my purchases at RNR. I delt with Dustin while I was there and he is informed and very courteous. All the patrons there are nice. I'd recommend anyone to check for themselves. I am sure they will have a good experience also.

Forgot to post this review back when we paid off the bill. They are extremely disorganized with paperwork and be very careful of doing the rent to own on tires. They don t charge it on the same day every two weeks as they state in their contract which flagged my account for suspicious charges more than once and charged more than what the paperwork said in the end. It is convenient, but that comes with a price. Buy your tires outright or shop elsewhere.

Don t go here if you have a tire that you need mounted and balanced . I guess they are sued a lot for doing this as the person behind the counter told me.I have 9 vehicles, three tractors and four trailers. I will never go here again.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I purchased 4 new wheels and tires and less than 6 months later I went to have them balanced and rotated and when I left my car was shaking so bad I called and was told one of my wheels were bent I didn t have this issue before taking it in so I decided to go have them checked elsewhere Plaza Tire showed me I needed two new tires and TWO of my wheels were very bent. I called and was given the run around. I emailed corporate and ended up purchasing 4 new tires from Plaza and used my Factory wheels and returned RNRs tires. I was offered two new wheels and tires after purchasing new ones from plaza a little too late! And so I requested a refund and was told by Breanne Bergman she would work on getting a resolution and a week later I had heard nothing from them and asked again about the refund (it is advertised they will refund if not satisfactory) and I was told per purchase agreement they could give me two new wheels and tires again this was way too late for me and I was told she would work on getting a refund AFTER I explained I had already bought new tires and returned the others to RNR. I have absolutely never dealt with such poor customer service. Not to mention it was DANGEROUS for me to be driving with the wheels and tires in that condition and RNR knew that when they sent me out of the store the day I was in and nothing was ever said to me regarding bent wheels or tires needing to be replaced until I called back about my car shaking and they still only disclosed one wheel was bent! They attempted to tell me the tires were worn due to them not being rotated appropriately however they had been rotated regularly just not at RNR everytime!
