We just bought a very nice SUV from Ray And I must say it was one of the most hassle free experiences I've ever had buying a car. Ray and Roy were amazing to work with, the car Had a little issue, Ray addressed it immediately fixed it perfectly and we could not be happier. Thank you to a fine Christian man that does business with a Christian ethic. We will definitely recommend them and will do business with them if we ever need another vehicle. Thanks again Ray and Roy for treating us like family. You guys are the best!!!!

Just heard final word from a dear friend of mine who bought a truck a few months ago and it's been in the shop since about a week after she bought it and making payments on it and now she has to pay to try to get it out of the shop and you would think with her and her family being long-term customers that they would take care of them but I guess that's just how businesses ran nowadays make the dollar forget the respect, have a gut feeling more people are going to be writing reviews as people are hearing about this. Buyer be warned.

Should ve known betterDO NOT SHOP HERE - Heard decent things from people in the community about this business. Went there to buy my first car by myself - went with a 2016 paid 8k in cash just to find out the ENTIRE ENGINE NEEDS REBUILT. Seller must ve fixed the check engine light before it was brought in because it was 6 weeks after purchase my car started breaking down. They sell everything as is because they know they re all trash cars. How am I supposed to respect a business that sells literal garbage to hardworking citizens?

Moved here from Utah and was looking for an affordable vehicle. I was very pleased with bud once I got there in the morning he didn t try to upsell the car like other dealers would especially the car I bought was low mileage for the year which was my main reason for wanting the car not to mention I found out later that bud had told other customers the car was already for someone else so he turned them down on that car which again dealers would never do. They just want to sell a car. So back to the story I only went to look at the car didn t get to test drive it due to being busy all morning. But came back later and test drove it. Mentioned to bud I m on a budget and he worked with me with the price and we were both satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. The staff was very friendly. Again with reviews on here it really depends on the vehicle you purchase and the year make and model are all factors. I bought a 2006 vehicle so I know it s an older car and with older cars could come problems but that s what you get with buying used vehicles. So far I m happy with my purchase and would come back for my next vehicle(hopefully we don t need to purchase one soon but if we do I would come here again)

I plus Several others that I know have bought cars from him and had to take them to be worked on within a short time of buying them. In some cases, costing quite a bit of money. The cars when you buy them do have as is.But, I did not realize that was junk as is.

We bought a 13 town and country drove ok no check engine light when we got there. Payed for it got key and came back to get it after they closed the engine light came on right away (they must have cleared it right b4 we got there) so it has a miss on number 1 cyl and bad converter. And don't shift into 4 gear right. And bullet hole in windshield was raining when they were open so missed that and fact it's been wrecked bad in left front so we will not buy there again or our family

I love the service you get here and the vehicles are in great shape !! Ive known ray (bud) for a long time and we wouldn't shop anywhere else for a dependable ride!! Thanks for everything bud and roy!! :) i always go home happy!!

R H is no longer in business and the only place that could be even semotely close to that is Resistant Roofing and check these guys out because they showed up first and got their bid in first and from what i can tell with how they did on my mom's roof i will highly recommend them. And make sure you give Danny at the front a double thumbs up for being so so very helpful and it also is helpful to be such a total smoking hottie cause she is why they do so well!!!

I am very upset at the service I ve been receiving. Every one is Rude to me when I call about problems with my car. Also my car had been at the shop for 2 weeks starting Wednesday. He kept saying he ll put me in another car. But no one calls me back. Even with my car being with him I didn t even receive a call back about the problems with my car. The communication is literally a Zero. It s said because I hear many people tell me if your a woman he will not put in much effort to help you.

My son is buying a truck from Ray Mullen Motors. The gentleman who owns this establishment has been working with my son with outstanding patience, understanding and grace. Mr. Mullen understands that there are things in life that are not expected and can cause someone to be late on a payment. Even though he requires said payment he is not aggressive about it. He takes the time to communicate with each buyer and work with them on making a plan that best suits everyone so that he can get paid but the buyer can keep their car. He truly gives every opportunity to make things right before he repossess the vehicle. I am truly impressed with Ray Mullen Motors and I am grateful for the help he has given my son and his wife.

I have been dealing with Bud for years and years. He has never steered me wrong! Every car I've purchased has been amazing for a used car. Of course cars have issues and things go wrong but he has always been super nice. He sells his cars as is, and still makes it right if something goes wrong on the short hand. The payments are super affordable and he is very understanding if you are late, as long as you STAY in contact! I'll never buy a car from anyone else.

Great place to purchase a used car, my fiance and me I went there the other day and left with a vehicle that we were interested in. Car runs great, great AC nice looking car for a cheap down payment. Thank you guys we really appreciate it I see bad reviews on here but in my opinion it's a used car business every now and again there's going to be something that happens doesn't mean it's the owner's fault, he did us right even let us make a starting down payment and he let us owe him the rest of the money until the end of the week. Some things you just can't blame on the car dealer my dad is a retired car dealer he was a car dealer for 40 years and nine out of 10 people will tell you they respect the hell out of my dad there's always going to be one person that disagrees because something may have happened with her vehicle just go talk to the owner just go talk to the people before you put them down

I have bought 2 cars from Ray (Bud) Mullins the first one I had the only problems I ran into was the 2 bulbs burning out at different times which Bud fixed both times. The 2nd vehicle I bought I m currently driving. I have had 0 problems with it besides getting oil changed and new tires which is normal after 2yrs of driving. My SUV only had 86,000 miles on it. My entire family has cars currently or already paid theirs off. He has ALWAYS been fair and keeps his end of the deal. I recommend Ray Mullins to anyone who either don t have the credit or just don t want to deal with the BIG Car Lots And their high payments. He has you covered he does in house financing or will get you financed.

Started out as a dream! Even recommended to family and friends in the beginning. Wonderful people and then our transmission fell out after 6 days of owning the vehicle!!! The car was gone for 2 weeks. The next day all the censors went off for the tires. The same week the coil packs went out. The same day we bought the car the side of the window flew off while driving down the road, it was glued on with latex. We traded in a paid off Dodge Avenger for the explorer. We left to go on vacation and to get away from some family and we were one day late. Which he knew someone was coming in to pay the payment. And he stayed moving away is like grand theft auto kind of hilarious to even think about it that way when we told him we were going away for a little while in the beginning of the sale. So he gps our location after speaking to us and entering our house without our permission in Kentucky he towed the car with all of our belongings inside still. Without any type of notice! We came outside and they were taking it and he told us we couldn t ghet our things out until it got back to Paducah because that s what happens even after saying we would pay the towing fee here as well. We will be contacting an attorney due to krs laws. He is the worst to buy from or have any business with. I would never recommend him as a business choice. Please go somewhere else. Save your money and your cars. I genuinely thought he was a great guy despite all of the negative comments people told me. I ishiukd have never ignored them when they were warning us. I even helped him get cars back when they owed him almost a year of payments. I could have completely understood him doing this with notice if I owed him months on end but one day late...one day!!!!

I bought a 2008 Ford Ranger from Bud in 2013, other than bulbs in the rear burning out and a new battery ( three years later)Best vehicle I've owned. Bud even sent someone to help me when I locked my keys in it. I recommend him to everyone.

HORRIBLE PLACE.RAY , Bud , or whatever his name is , is a very conniving , money hungry individual. He sold me a 2006 Nissan Altima. Came and reposed it because someone called and stated I had no insurance . While I did . When coming to pay the repossession fee . Bud saw that I had more money and tried to raise the payment and charge, after stating to him that wasn t the deal made he cursed at me threw my money back at me & told me to take my business somewhere else ! After asking for my down payment back he said he wasn t giving me any money back. I wouldn t recommend this place to ANYONE. However Car-Mart on Clarks River Rd Is GREAT if you re working with a budget or anything

My 18yr old son tried to be an adult and go buy a Good car. These people sold him a POS when car over heats. Has thumping and clicking noise. Then has blowout on tire. By accident my insurance deleted tne wro g car off my insurance they came and pucked up car. His pmt was 5 days late. When we went to clean out car and return keys the owner. Cussed at me and my son droppi g the f bomb and threating us. Not the customer service youd expect out of someone in that type of businesss. Wanted back the ck he had put for down pmt guy threatened and cussed us again.. Yes i stopped psyment on ck. And told the man he was wrong for his attitude. Followed us outside calling us white trash. Wow.. Is all i can say.. Sir look in the mirror..

Amazing place my family has personally bought 3 of his vehicles never has any problems and will work with u on anything he can if u need a car or need work done to one this is the place to go as long as they are open they will have my business I'm only 21 so hopefully they will be open for many years to come not many good people and car business like bud now days

Got a truck from there and less than 8 months later we had to replace the alternator..no big deal. Then the entire engine had to be replaced and it cost more than half what we bought the truck for in the first place. We got screwed big time on this deal and just had a baby. Bills are tight already then we only have one car bc of this and having to figure out what to do...we won't be buying from there again.

Bought a car from here out of state. The guys lied about condition of the car and told me everything I wanted to hear over the phone just to make a sale. Classic sleezy used car salesmen lot. Would never recommend to anyone.

Less than a year ago we bought a 2002 ram 1500 pickup and within the first month we had to get a brand new radiator because the one that was in it had a massive crack down the side of it we have replaced 4 of 8 sparkplugs they we're still factory never been changed after about two months we ran into the previous owner and found out that this vehicle had a cracked header the brakes are still factory never been changed the heater core is out the a frame is out ball joints are out front and rear end needs to be re done and when we bought it we were told it's a good one that he had it completely re done said everything was supposed to be new and withing a month all this started popping up so if anyone is looking for a vehicle DO NOT GO TO BUD MULLEN

The BEST used car dealership in Paducah, hands down! Probably the reason its the oldest car dealership in Paducah...built in 1952 as a Buick Dealership. Go see the Mullen's, great people!
