At Randy transmission. He's the first person that I have ever worked with on a scheduled payment on a vehicle. That I don't even like which is a ford And they are willing to work with me. And I know how he feels about doing that kind of stuff cause I own my own business as well. And I was Larry of doing it too. But I had seen great reviews with his business. So that's why my wife's car little big hind. But at least I know from what I've read. It'll get done properly. And he's working with me and I appreciate it. I will honor my word. And I will make sure it is paid off all time. Thank you Randy's transmission. You help me a lot. I will be back, especially the car turns out great.

Great service without even having to walk in. I reached out via phone call and was not able to reach anyone. upon listening to the voicemail I heard the option to text and I reached out with my concerns. Despite my vehicle not being able to be worked on there, foreign car problems, I was given a general diagnosis over the phone which gave me a better lead than I ve had talking to 4 other shops in town. This is one of the first times I can say it s unfortunate we couldn t do business, but I will definitely consider this shop for future car needs based on this one interaction.

Excellent customer service. Placed an order with them and they forgot to put two items in the shipment. When I called up they apologized and had them shipped that day with next day service. Highly recommend them for parts.

Finally a honest mechanic! Called with a transmission issue. He told me a quick fix that took 15 minutes and $30 bucks that I could do myself worked great! He told me that there is no reason to spend money on unnecessary repairs. I would give 10 stars if I could. Excellent!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Dropped off a 2011 Ford E-350 with a seized transmission - Tommy rebuilt the internals in-house and had it ready, as promised, within 4 days. Great value and very upfront with his estimate. 1,200 miles later and the van is shifting great!Update: 2 years and 50,000 miles later - transmission is still going strong! Thanks again for your great work!

Tommy took great care of my 2004 Ram 2500. My truck decided to let go of the front drive shaft and in return cracked my front half of my transfer case. I am new to town and i felt very comfortable bring my truck to get repaired at his shop. Well after a being sold a car and transmission going out in less than 2 months, david taylor of mayfield don't recommend them. But I do highly recommend Tommy and Randy's transmission he was happy to help me get the wife's car back on the road and at a price lower than everyone in town. While he didn't really work on my transmission, he diagnosed the issue, and verified to me that our only option thing forward was to replace the transmission. Most folks know that honesty is a valued trait in mechanics, and I got an honest opinion here that helped me make a smart decision for my family, and save money.While he didn't work on that truck, that day, he'll work on my next one. I highly recommend Randy's transmission. Avoid a dealership or general mechanic if you know you are having transmission issues. Tommy is an expert with transmissions. His shop is always packed and for good reason, he's the best in the area. Took my 2005 Jeep in and he had it diagnosed in a day. When a company work Vehicle breaks down as you know it can cause tons of problems at job sites not having the proper tools and equipment needed. Tommy did a fantastic job on getting the company vehicle fixed properly and running great again and did it in a timely manner that didn t cause us much hassle on job sites due to not having it available. We brought in our sons 1994 Dodge ram to Randy's and they got the job done! This truck had so many problems with the transmission among other things and Randy's was able to fix them all and didn't break the bank. I highly recommend!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Glad I went with Randy s Transmission!! I remember the name from as long as when I was a kid and knew they had been around for While. Glad I chose Randy s, they have a good team over there and it shows in the quality of work they do. I can t say enough good things about this place. Any place that saves me money, fixes my vehicle and gets me back on the road Is ok in my book! We were heading to nashville started having truck trouble. We thought it was the transmission called serveral places all denied us. Called randys transmission Tommy didnt hesitate told us to bring it in he would look at it for us. We were there maybe 30 min and back on the road only thing we had was a misfire he was kind enough to stop doing what he was doing and get us back on the road. Very bad experience spent 2000 dollars to not even make it home. He won't stand behind his work so basically he stole 2000 dollars from my family so I would just pay someone else they might possibly do it right but this shop wont
