They probably do great work, but I wouldn t know, they sold my car out from under me to cover the cost of the tow bill and storage. Problem is, they did it knowing I was getting the run around from the insurance company, and they sold it for twice as much as the bill i owed. They also sold it for scrap after I told them I didn t want to lose out altogether on the $32,000 car! They weren t worried about me, only themselves. When I ask them about it, they basically tell me tough titties , well, fine, but here s your review then. BEWARE

Took my SUV in for front bumper and headlight repair. Did a wonderful job, looks brand new and corrected all my sensors! Went above and beyond on the repairs and had it done in a timely manner. I just got my 2012 Honda Odyssey back from Randy s Body Shop. I m more than happy with them and of course the body work. I was constantly updated via (Randy s Body Shop) text as my vehicle s progress. They allowed me to modify a part of the bumper (before they started on the job). The paint job was great and body parts fit perfectly, plus they cleaned the interior of my vehicle Amazing. As to would I recommend Randy s Body Shop to others, of course I would.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently wrecked my car in June. Randy s went above and beyond with helping me. They fixed it to the point it could be driven until they could fix the rest of the body work. While they had my car in the shop, they let me drive a loaner car instead of having to continue and rent one from Enterprise, they also texted me and kept me up to date all the time. I m thankful I chose Randy s. I can t say enough good things about them. Randy's did not actually do repair work on my car, but I did have/ choose to deal with them because of using State Farm, and in several ways Randy's was a pleasure to deal with ( Not so much for State Farm). Randy's was booked out several weeks which I cannot hold against them. Because of my limited-rental-days situation their insurance liaison man "butted" my car in line for a diagnosis, Which turned out to Result in a total loss , which is why they didn't actually repair my car. Everybody was responsive and helpful, including the mechanic who let me borrow a wrench to take my bike rack off my dead car. Voice dictated resulting in strange capitalizations.

Have used randys body shop since i began driving 50 years ago. Always polite, curteous, does exceptional body work. Ive never had any problems with any repairs. .

The team at Randy's is superior to none. They have technology in their body shop that will rival the vehicle manufacturer, and send their people off for professional certifications and training. The work they turn out is awesome because they are some of the best!

Had multiple panels of the front end of my car replaced and the job was not only done earlier than I expected but they also did a phenomenal job. A similar event happened a year or so back and the business that I had it done at, let's just say I was unhappy and I'll leave it at that.. Meanwhile randys did everything perfect. No markings, paint is perfect, the panels looked like they were put on so perfect they look OEM,They even cleaned my car on other exterior panels that they didn't replace. They also detailed a little bit on the interior, doing 10-15 minute jobs that they didn't have to do. The amount of detail and effort put into a job like this is unparalleled to none and I can't recommend a place like this more to anyone looking for a body shop.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Took my Tahoe to Randy's because I hit a deer and my friend recommended that's where I take it. I have to say they did a very good job fixing it correctly and in a short time. I was very surprised when I picked up my vehicle that it was spotless inside and out. They did a very good job cleaning it up. I highly recommend them to do bodywork on any vehicle. They will have my business from now on!

Very lacking in customer service. The front desk guy seemed like he didnt want to give me a quote. I brought my minivan in to get a quote for a door and fender repair. I was quickly told that it would be very expensive and that it would take a long time etc. He had asked if this was an insurance job or cash and i said cash. I guess they figured i couldnt afford to have this car fixed. I walked but called uo there to speak with a manager or owner and was placed on the line with the office manager who upon hearing my story responded by saying that she did no believe me. I would avoid this business.

They took care of me in every way from making arrangements for me to get my truck from the shop after hours to helping me get my rental back to enterprise. Very professional and courteous staff and everyone takes pride in their work with great customer service. The work done was amazing and too, they detailed the inside if my truck which was a nice touch and unexpected. Everything was great all around, A+.

I was so pleased with Randy's Body Shop. They fixed a small fender bender and you can't even tell it had ever been bumped. Plus they even detailed my car while they had it. Very professional staff and very friendly! Was greeted by the receptionist upon walking in the door and she promptly called an estimator who looked over the car and took the time to provide an estimate even though we did not have an insurance agent look at the car at that time. Getting the estimate ahead of time saved us valuable time when the insurance adjuster did show up as he had something to gauge the claim against.

The staff at Randy s went over and above to help our family when we had a shattered windshield while traveling on a road trip. Each of them cared for and attended to us while quickly and efficiently getting our car back into driving condition in less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!!

We were very impressed with the work on our car. We received text updates while the car was in the shop. And when we picked up the car, the woman who handled our paper work was friendly and put us at ease. If you have the misfortune of hitting a deer, as my wife did, and you find yourself in the Paducah KY area, I suggest you have your car towed to Randy s.

Gave two stars because work was good and car looked great but they charged way over the estimate that we were given. Estimate was for $2400.00 and finished job was $3382.58. Almost $1000 OVER the estimate. They claim extra work done like finish sand and buff, you don't know you're going to need to do that when you give an estimate. They claim $500 Was insurance deductible, what if I wasn't using insurance and how do they know my deductible amount. Was I supposed to guess that I should add my deductible to the estimate? They wanted to see the check from the insurance company before they started the work. The estimate the insurance company used was more than Randys estimate. It was $2830.86. You think that maybe that's why they came up with the extra charges? I won't take another vehicle to Randys Body Shop Inc.

I needed a power window motor replaced. Randy's took care of it in a timely manner and when I picked the truck up, it was cleaner than it had been in years. They had removed a place down the side of the truck that I had tried several ways to remove with no luck. They went above and beyond what I expected for the repair that I took it in for. I only do body work business with Randy's Body Shop.

Overall the body work was good. Lifetime warranty will tell.Seems care was taken with paint and finish.Complaints: Not enough care to detail.After few DAYS between time told was complete aand I was able to pick uupHeadliner was ocvered in greasy hand prints.-trim pieces iinside back of cab not installed(laying in back. )-after market features I had installed left in mess, not like found them.Backup camera didn't work. WAS TOLD WOULD TAKE CARE OF . But after rude comments and having all time world, alteady decided to check out myself . Lack of care and respect with others property. Felt like they had their chance and been without truck for too long.I still think a good business.Kept in comact through process, etc.I guess its asking too much for a business to operate by the motto I use in service ind, treat it like it was your own ..T

The only nice one there was the receptionist, everyone else was rude. They did get my estimate quickly but only from where I parked it. They didn't move my car or look under it or anything. They didnt even put how much to replace the airbags in the car when it was clearly visible they would have to be. Next time I think I'll take my car elsewhere

I met Brad and Terry during the home stretch of an 18 hour drive to St. Louis Missouri from West Palm Beach Florida. I was in an accident in a place I had never been to before, by myself and my car was jam packed because I am moving back to STL. Terry pulled up in a bright yellow tow truck and was very professional and extremely courteous. He let me ride shotgun back to the tow lot after hours because there was no way I was going to take my eyes off of my car, ankle immobilizer and all. Brad was super dope also! I waited outside his lot while I was waiting for my ride to arrive, coming from 3 hours away. Dressed like I drove from Florida in shorts and a t-shirt, it got cold outside quick, Brad let me grab a hoody out of my car and hangout in the office to watch TV and small talk until I was on my way, all while I wearing a Stone Cold Steve Austin T-shirt that says Don't Trust Anybody in giant print on the back Although I obviously wish it never happened, I'm very thankful to have met these dudes. Reviews all sound like they do phenomenal work, too bad I just needed a tow truck, live in St.Louis and doubt my car can be saved! I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners recently. Although I do not live in the area, if driving through I would definitely take my vehicle to Randy's. If you can judge a company from the owners down I would say this place is a home run for all your auto body repair needs. Just don't hit a deer on the way there! Yes they fix that too.
