Very helpful went in there with a nail in my truck tire I didn't want to pull it out in case it leaked they came out with a squirt bottle squirted it after they pull the nail and it didn't leak and he sent me on my way thank you

Great customer service. Todd called to update us on car and tell us about another issue that promptly needed to be addressed. We really appreciate that, instead of going on and doing it. We will definitely be going back and recommending to others

Would give more stars if I could! We were on a road trip from Florida to Colorado and the treads on our tire was minutes from coming off. They were able to replace our tire, mount, and return the vehicle for a reasonable price within 10 minutes of our arrival. They even checked the tire pressure on our other 3 tires and corrected them to make sure we were safe. Kind people and good vibes. 10/10 would be recommend and come again.

I come in to get my oil changed regularly, for tires, and to get my vehicle inspected if I feel there might be something wrong. Todd Triplett always makes sure everything is looked at and taken care of. Him and the crew there are really good people. I highly recommend going there for any of your vehicles needs.

First Class operation, first class people. Couldn t have been a better experience, they repaired my tire super fast, even during their busy time. I was in and out in 30 minutes, thank you so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Purcell for any of you automotive needs!!!

They were very efficient. They had me in and out of there in under 35 minutes. They were all very personable and friendly. Over all a great experience. I will be back and I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you all for being so kind.

These guys were great!! We blew a tire on the interstate, and was able to drive on a donut tire to the shop at 45 mins til closing on a holiday weekend. They jumped right on it, changed all four tires and within an hour we were back on our way. Great service, nice folks, and thank you for getting us rolling.

The Crew at Purcell s is first rate. If I have a problem I just tell them to fix it based on what they would do if it were their own vehicle. The wife recently went in with a slow leak in a tire. It turned out to be a nail in a sidewall that could not be fixed. They replaced the tire and got her back on the road in time to take our granddaughter to her gymnastics class. A few months back we had a battery issue. They replaced the battery for about what I would have paid elsewhere to install it myself. Due to the great service we have become regular customers.

Did good on my oil change. Wasn't a fan of the kid that kept reving my truck like diesel isn't $5 a gallon. That made me rethink coming back. I don't do that to my own vehicle let alone someone else's. But overall desk service was good. They don't lie or beat around the bush.

I had six tires put on a medium duty truck. They took their sweet merry little time with it. Guys were standing around my truck on their phone instead of working. When they were putting the lug nuts back on, I noticed that we're not putting anti-seize on the studs, I asked the man behind the counter why they were not his response to me was" they torque them, They get plenty tight without it and will not go anywhere"

I had a car emergency first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in with no troubles.They had my car diagnosed with an estimate of repair costs in about an hour with my car ready to go by lunch.I am very pleased with their service and quality performance

Communicated to me the issue and got it repaired for exactly the estimate. Was a water pump and everything involved with that. Tires, brakes and oil may be their bread and butter, but the are definitely equipped to do more. I was very satisfied with the work and customer service.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is when I later looked at the bill it had checked I had declined the warranty on the tires. There may not be a warranty for the tires I purchased, but I was not informed either way so it left me wondering.

These guys were great! The blower on my heater wasn t working at all.The problem ended up being way more detailed, and they didn t want to get into such a large job, but they were able to get the problem fixed for now! They let me know they couldn t guarantee that it was completely fixed and barely charged me anything for the work they did! Very fair and nice! Definitely recommend

Initially ordered the wrong tire. Re-ordered and called me the next day. Was there less than 30 minutes and new tire was balanced, mounted and spare back under the pickup. Very fast and efficient.

Arrived at app time 8am job was completed and on the road Alitalia after 10am. Price for a alignment was very good, all employees were friendly. I would recommend their service. 4 star is as high as I go, no ones perfect.

The tires I wanted had to be ordered. They received the tires quickly and arranged a convenient time for me to drop the vehicle off. It was ready for pickup within a couple of hours. During the service the manager contacted me to ask if I wanted an issue they found while replacing my tires corrected. I did, and it was ready when promised. I will be back.

The service at Purcell's on the South side is always professional. They take pride in there work. They listened to my needs and provided a written estimate of repairs to be discussed. Once the repairs were approved then completed they notified me in a timely manner. A good honest local repair shop.

I had two tires blow out and got towed to Purcell Tire. They got new tires on super fast, for less than I expected. They were professional and polite and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. An all around good experience!

This place was unbelievably helpful. Gary and Kendrick were extremely friendly and very competent. On our long distant journey the tire light came on. Unaware of what to do we found Purcell Tire and we re very pleased with there customer service. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again guys!

I once went to buy tires, only to have Gary tell me I didn't need them. This spoke volumes to me. When I did need tires I got them at a good price and with individual advice as to what was best for my car. I was in and out in a bit over an hour. Such great people to work with.

Had my vehicle in for an oil change. They noticed a blown shock and replaced both sides on rear. Completed the job quickly. Excellent customer service. Austin has a great crew!

On 9/09/2021 , my husband & I priced tires at Purcell s the day before & had them on his Jeep the next day!!! Staff was polite, helpful & they did a great job. The tires are fantastic. We appreciate Purcell s & will continue to shop there!!!

The guys at Purcell Tire were friendly and efficient. I came in with a tire leaking air, with no appointment. They were apologetic that I had to wait, which was expected as I showed up unannounced. The wait was not long.Good hometown service! Thanks!

Todd at the service desk helped me in every way that he could! He was amazing!! And the guys in the back were so quick with my oil change! It's the fastest service around!
