Had to do new tires on my camper trailer. I called around a few places to get quotes. Despite already having the wheels off and the tires purchased, a few places in town wouldn't let me just drop off the wheels/tires for an install. Those that did would try to upsell me on some useless services. I brought them to Purcell because they were very matter-of-fact, and didn't require an appointment since I was just dropping tires off for them to deal with when they had time.The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone; no hidden charges or upselling. They even loaded up the wheels into my truck bed for me.

Corey was great! I came in for an estimate for 4 new tires, no appointment. But within no time I had a good deal, good tires and a great experience! This is the place to come for honest and friendly customer service, plus quality products. I highly recommend!

Went in yesterday bc brakes had gone out on our car and the diagnoses a few other major issues. Were very affordable for what needed done. Got the car back today and drives better than when we bought it! We ve always used Purcells but they WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND anything we could ve expected or deserved.

The store and rest room were so clean. Corey was beyond nice and professional and when I needed a new battery he explained to me the cost and time involved. I am on a fixed income so not having a lot of extra things to pay for is a blessing.The guys in the shop did a great job and left my car clean. Being a woman I appreciate not having to worry over being taken advantage of. Purcell you have a very good man in Corey. Thank you. New post for Purcell's and Corey Green: Honest, tells you like it is, good or bad. Does everything they possibly can to help. You simply can not ask for a better group of guys, or a cleaner place to do business. Ty, you guys for another awesome visit

Had a set of tires that I brought in mounted and balanced, and an alignment done. Very satisfied with the price and service performed. They charge what I consider typical for those services, while other shops I called were considerably higher.

On our way from Wisconsin to Atlanta, our tire was quickly losing air. Purcell got us in immediately and repaired our tire so we could be back on the road. So friendly, reasonably priced, and even allowed our dog to wait inside the A/C where he received lots of pets. They were wonderful!

I was shopping round for a set of Goodyear eagle sports for my BMW 528i, dealership went above to get the tires next day at a great price. Very professional, quick and clean facility. When the time comes I will bring my other cars here as well.

Absolutely outstanding.. Staff went out of their way to explain everything and not ONE attempt was made to over sell me anything, which is very uncommon these days. I will be returning for all my vehicle needs.

I am very impressed by the exceptional service I received from Mikey, Jacob, and the crew at Purcell Tire and Service Center on Hinkleville Road in Paducah. I had a spot on my run flat tire where you could see the cords, making it unsafe to drive. I called several tire dealers and no one had the tire in stock. Mickey said that they had the tires in their warehouse and I could have them put on the next day. I had a 3:00 appointment, and the tires were there as promised. They took the time to examine the old tires and explain the uneven wear. I had already requested an alignment so it was not a sales job. It took a little longer than expected to get the alignment done right. Both Mickey and Jacob stayed after their closing time to finish the job and test drive my car. During my stay in their waiting room, I observed the same care for other customers. Great job guys!

The people at Purcell's are so nice and helpful. I had to stop in late one afternoon because my car was smoking. They took my vehicle right back and fixed me up quickly! After they were so nice then, I decided to go there for service on my brakes and an oil change. Let me just say, the first time was not a fluke, these guys are genuinely good people and so helpful. I trust them and appreciate the way that I am cared for when I go there. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks Purcell's!!

I had a good experience here. To my advantage there was a cancelation and I was able to get into the shop rather quickly. From the ti.e me car went in and came out was less than 45 minutes. The crew were really respectful of my time. If I ever need work done on my car when in town I will go to Purcell again.

100% recommend Purcells for any car needs. My whole family goes here and have for years now. I have had multiple issues with popping tires, but my most recent being yesterday. I got my car to the store for them to assess. I was immediately waited on where they were so kind and helpful. I was told an upfront price, as well as what all they would be doing. They gave me an estimate of when my car was up next and how long it would take. My car was out in under 45 minutes, where they then pulled it up to the door and swiftly checked me out and I was on my way. I am a 20 yr old female and sometimes fear doing things like this on my own but I felt so safe going here. Great business they are running here, so good I had to applaud their work.

The personnel interaction was overall good. The employees are super nice. Mikie is very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop when they replaced my tire. The damage protection plan is well worth it!! However, upon getting in the back of my car, I discovered that the spare tire was not returned to the proper location underneath the rear of the car, it was just put back in my cargo area left for me to deal with. That was disappointing to see.

Mickey and the other young man who helped us were awesome! We could not find any other dealer to find us the tires that we wanted. Service was excellent! When you are spending $1,600 for tires on a dually, you want this kind of service. We had been to four other stores searching for the right tires. Purcells will have our business from here on out!

I have been with Purcell for over 15 years. They take care of all my tires, oils, and vehicle needs. Outstanding customer service. Cory is always helpful and very polite and understanding.....even with all my questions.There is no other place for me!!!!

I tell ya what, these guys are the best in town! Very comfortable and quiet atmosphere while you wait. Super nice and super professional techs. I used to go next door to that plaza, until they charged me for services I never received. So I went next door to Purcell and haven't looked back. I promise, these people are awesome! Thanks to Mike C and the boys for always taking good care of my JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE!

A neighbor friend recommend Purcell's. He knew Cory and said he was trustworthy and knowledgeable. I have been VERY pleased with the kind and honest service I have received. I had done business with another local business for years, but after they sold out to another company, the personnel gradually left or was let go. I did not feel as comfortable and trusting in service after those changes. I'm so thankful for the recommendations of your establishment, I feel the same confidence I had for years with the previous company I did buisness with. All these words to say " thank you for taking care of me and my car"!!

I m from out of town, travel for work and had a slow leak in my tire. They had me in and out within an hour. They were professional, courteous and very prompt. If I lived in the area I would be a customer for life. Thanks guys!!

For over 10 years now Purcell has been servicing my vehicles. Corey and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. Whether it is an oil change or placing on new tires this place is my go to. Thanks Corey, Mikey and staff of Paducah Purcell for taking good care of us.

Corey explained and showed me what was wrong with three of my tires and my serpentine belt. He also explained the dangers of an S Belt breaking. The tires I bought have been great so far. Because of the kind of car I have, Purcells could not replace the S Belt and recommended a good place to do it. I always have a great experience with you guys.

I got 4 new tires and my oil changed while i waited with my newborn in the lobby and they got everything done in a timely manner and fixed 2 of my lugs that were stripped and one didn't fit. They told me a few extra things that were going to need fixing but said when i come in on my next oil change and free rotation that they will check it again for me. Corey and the team were great. Will continue to do service with them!

Always friendly, when they say your vehicle will be ready at a certain time it is. And if you have another issue they are very professional in giving you details plus the cost up front. We just love them and recomend our friends and family to go there. I have had occassions when I needed to drop the vehicle off and they would run me to my job. The manager and staff are always so nice. I can't see us going anywhere else.December 14, 2021. Another GREAT visit to have oil change.Mikey and Corey are just the nicest people to talk to and work withOn getting your vehicle service. Thank you Purcell for having suchAwesome employes.Oct. 12. my battery died! Called to see if they could help me that day and they absolutely could. They installed the new battery and did my oil change.I totally trust the work at Purcell and recommend them to co workers, family, anybody that wants a trustworthy place to have their vehicles worked on.

I have the absolute WORST luck with tires and these guys are Always courteous and professional with me. They re very flexible and willing to work with timing of appointments (within business hours) and always do a good job.
