I can't say enough nice things about my experiences here. Twice inside of 6 months they have sorted out issues on my BMW. Where other shops had given up or just didn't want to fool with it. Charles and his team took the time to.properly diagnose and fix my vehicle.we will continue to take our personal and business vehicles there from now on.

They're great with my vehicle and very reasonably priced. All the staff there is very friendly and I never have an issue with the work they do. This is definitely a place you leave beyond satisfied.

Very quick, efficient and pleasurable service! We were referred to them after getting hit by a wood block on the interstate and needed checked over that everything was okay. Very cute office with wonderful staff who addressed the issue right away and had us back on the road feeling safe again. Highly recommend Prestige!

1. Very nice people, hard not to get along with.2. I was charged just under five hundred dollars to fix a starter on a 2004 grand marquis..........To fix a starter AND a water pump it cost me around eight hundred. I think that was rough, but I don't know cars. It did seem steep to me.3. It took them 2 days to LOOK at the car.4. Check engine light remained on.....The car made it home and drives fine but I wasn't really impressed either. I like my guy in Chicago better.

My daughter broke down on a Sunday in Paducah on her way home to MO. This is the business she called for towing. She couldn't have picked a better place! They towed her vehicle to their shop for repair while leaving her at a safe restaurant so her friends traveling behind her could pick her up. We drove down a week later to get the vehicle, fully repaired at a reasonable price. Very very nice, honest people from the front office to the garage to the tow person. I highly recommend Prestige!

The services provide here are great! They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is repaired correctly. The staff is amazing, friendly, and welcoming. Great customer service! I highly recommend this shop. I ll take my vehicles here any day for any issue and trust the job will be done. My van died on the highway and was towed here by AAA. These guys did a wonderful job diagnosing my problem, got the (used) parts to fix it (van is a 2003), fixed it for a reasonable price, and I am now home, 1000 miles away. I would highly recommend them. Was more than appreciative.

I needed prestige to jumpstart my truck's battery on the parking lot of Lowe's. They arrived fast and took no time to get me going. I had the business email me a receipt the next day and State Farm roadside service is even going to reimburse me. Win Win

We had towed my car there and when they went to get it off the mechanic put a whole in my bumper to hook a chain to it and they pulled it off with a four wheeler which caused my bumper to come off, they didn t even fix it. We took it there to have a clutch change and they mixed new and old parts ( I bought and brought all brand new parts ) and they charged me for parts and labor. They also knocked out a piece of my exhaust and did not fix it. After it was done they put about 150 miles on my car from driving it around town. They also fried my alternator and did not fix it. They quoted me about $600 for them to change the clutch and by the end it was nearly a grand and I left with more problems than I came with.Service: Transmission repair

Wonderful people! We were traveling and on our way back to Texas when we had a water pump go out, these wonderful people got us back on the road in half a day, also giving me a ride to the hotel and bringing our vehicle to us! Great staff!

Great people here! I was from out of the state and they looked at my van on a Friday afternoon so we could keep heading home. They could have charged me for a number of things but said my transmission over heated and blew out the vent. It had cooled off and I should be fine to head home. Very honest people here! Thanks

This Auto place is Outstanding! Courteous , & very good work . We were stranded in Paducah last night on 5/07/19Our truck left wheel was making a noise the night before we had to drive 6 miles as we pulled our camper to get off the road!We spent the night in our camper & asked a person in Walmart who to go to he recommended Prestige so we showed up at 8 am when they opened to pursue getting it fixed ( thought it was a break or something)They drove us back to our camper rt away called us less than an hour later & said all the lugs were loose on the wheel ( didn t even use a wrench to get them off ) the hub was damaged as we drove it 1500 miles with the lugs loose apparently but no problem until that night!We had our tires rotated 2 days before we left to go South and Tuffy s back home Never tightened & checked the lugs ! Charles from Prestige also checked the rest of the tires to make sure they were safe! God Bless!We called another place & they put us off said maybe tomorrow Charles had our vehicle back on the road at 11:30 !! He also said Make sure you turn that bill in to Tuffy s they should stand behind their work !Thank You Prestige David & Cathy Meyer / Wisconsin

My jeep was dropped off before vacation and SAT a week without even being looked at..the kicker was how I shouldn't have been charged and yet charged THE SAME AMOUNT AS MY WARRANTY COMPANY...fishy business with this company and I would go elsewhere..he has messed over people and is gonna get caught doing so...this is THE WORST place to go for anything and I will never recommend this company again..Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Transmission repair, Air conditioning

When my van broke down they made sure the problem was fixed and in a very timely manner being a mother with three children it is very difficult to be without a vehicle but they made it was fixed and I wasn t without one for long!
