Keith was extremely nice and helpful! They took care of my vehicle quick and gave great suggestions on what work needed to be done in the future. I would recommend this plaza tire to everyone for their vehicle service/maintenance needs!

Don t ever use these guys! Took my ram 2500 in for an alignment and after 2 hours they called me and said it was fixed and they told me it drives perfectly. Picked it up after hours and immediately I noticed the only thing they done was straighten my steering wheel. I had to have it almost towed to a mechanic shop. They severely damaged my front end. My sway bar link is damaged beyond belief. I just want to either this company to pay for the damages they have done to my truck or refund the $120 back to my card. Will never have my money or business again!!

This is the best location for Plaza Tire I ve been to in the Paducah Area. Great service, fast and fair price. Donnie treated me with respect, for me as well as my wallet and my time. I greatly appreciate the services the provided today. 10/10. I will be back.

I have used Plaza Tire for my auto maintenance and tire needs for about 15 years now. They always provide great service. They are honest and friendly. The Lone Oak store General Manager Donnie Whited has always provided A++ service and customer interaction. I highly recommend them!

We stopped at Plaza Tire Service after we had a tire blow out while traveling through Kentucky. Two people recommended Plaza Tire to replace our tire. Donnie met us at the desk and he was knowledgeable and professional. They changed our tire, checked for other damage, and we were back on the road quickly. The customer service was wonderful.

I have used plaza tire for several years. I usually go to the one in west paducah. Went in to get new tires one day in lone oak, left the store and got a call a little later from an employee. They told me my tire pressure sensors werent working and wondered if i wanted them replaced (they were working just fine before i came). And also my front brake pads were so worn that they were almost to eat into the rotors. Said they had 1mm left on them. I Told them not to worry about the sensors or the brakes (i have a guy that does my brakes or sometimes i do my own). So i get my car back and the sensors are working just fine. Then a couple days later i buy some brake pads and take off my front wheels to change the pads, and my brake pads have almost as much on them still as the new ones i bought. Definitely more than half their life left! Aggravating since there is no way you could confuse that with almost rubbing into the rotors as they told me. And also put it on the invoice that i needed front brake pads. The sensors i could see not reading right when they take the wheels off maybe. Whatever.. i have had good experiences with plaza on west side before and they have took care of me. Wonder how many people they take advantage of per day?

Pulled up with a flat RV tire at 5:30 AM on a Saturday morning. The moment the staff arrived they got right to fixing the tire. The lugs were so stuck on that he pulled out the big tools and went way above and beyond a standard tire change. I went to pay and kind-of expected some additional service fees for the extra time rendered. However when I went to pay it was only the normal tire change fee. I wish this place had a shop in my home State so I could continue brining my vehicles here for service or repairs.

They gave me a really good deal! I paid for three tires and got one free! The gentleman out front was quite nice to me and the work was done pronto! I feel much safer in my SUV now. I highly recommend Plaza Tires. While I was there they also checked my front end alignment and brakes for free. Both were fine! As promised by the front desk gentleman, that I would love my new Falken tires, I surely do! My SUV drives and rides smooth as silk. No more shimmeying at 80 mph! Thanks Plaza Tires!

Needed 4 tires, found them on their website and the price was same in store. I was recommended some additional services but declined. I was given a full report of service done and recommended services with details about the current state of my vehicle. I walked in and out in less than 2 hours

Always very professional and courteous! Donnie helped me today and got me fixed up even though the shop was obviously very busy. Donnie has great customer service skills and excellent job knowledge. Tony assisted as well. Tony always has excellent customer service skills. Tony has superior job knowledge. Thanks to all the guys at Plaza. Seems as if Plaza would be in a bad position if these men weren t there serving the public.

I would like to commend the gentlemen that were working on 8/14/23. I had a flat tire leaving work and had to have my car towed to their facility. When I got there it was close to closing. They said they would try to fix it but it had a big piece of metal in it and could not be fixed. The other tires were getting bad too and they suggested that I get a new set. The manager gave me a quote and set me up with your Plaza card so I had time to pay them off. All of the employees stayed late to put a new set of tires and none of them complained. They worked well together and had me on my home within 15-20 minutes after closing. I am so appreciative that they would do that and get me back on the road in no time. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Appreciate my new tires! Amazing the difference! Can feel them grip the road. I got blessed with the buy 3 get one free deal! think they need to let me go in the back next time and offer tire maintenance to show me how how to put them on!

Had the front rotors on my truck replaced today. The men were thorough in their inspection of my brakes and identified the issue quickly. They communicated with me through the entire process and got me back to the office quicker than anticipated. I ve used Plaza for tires and brakes for many years and on several vehicles and I ve always been pleased with their service and price. Friendly staff. I give them high marks and recommend them without hesitation.

I was so impressed! Was driving from Missouri to Tennessee and got a flat. The guys in the shop were so sweet and fast with the tire changes and I feel like I got a very good price on the deal. If I was a local, I d be a lifelong customer for sure. Dakota and the whole staff treated me so well. Can t say enough good things.

A good place to get oil changed.They have got like the one on Hinklevill Rd.Last 2 times ive been to the Lone Oak Rd location,they find something other than what i go for.Thats the reason I stopped going yo Hinkleville Rd store

Very fast and high quality work. They were able to get the tire I needed same day and mounted and installed next morning. I have taken other vehicles there previously and will continue to take all vehicles there in the future

If there was a way to give this Plaza Tiree more than 5 stars I would. This is the only Plaza Tire my family goes to because they will get you took care of here. They will work you to the best of their ability. If they don't have what you need they will get it in with in the next 2 days but most of time it's the next day. They are super friendly and will make you feel at home and welcome there. Great job guys on our vehicles every time.2 year later review-One of our original people at plaza tire got promoted and someone has took their place. And I believe this person isn't treating everyone the same. If you all could have a higher up contact us that would be great.Update on last review-Problem has been took care of. Thank you.
