Guys did an awesome job on my corroded brakes. Really appreciate the A++ work. She stops on a dime now. Issac was great at keeping me updated and clued in. This whole shop was super friendly the whole time even while being extremely busy. 10/10

I had a few issues with my TPMS after getting new tires and rims. Issac and his crew ensured my vehicle was taken care of. The price and customer service is unmatched!!!

1st time customer and very impressed was met right away asked me the right questions had quick answers and got my information instantly. Offered some suggestions and had exactly what I needed at a better price than I had found anywhere. Truck was taken in immediately and tires mounted and balanced quickly. Even pointed out some maintenance items that needed attention. Will definitely return again and recommend to others. Thanks

I ve been going here for quite a while even going back to when it Vanzants. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. They ve always been friendly and never seem to fail to you if there s something else wrong with your vehicle. They just want you ti be mindful that something needs to be repaired. I think that s good thing. Kelly Canter has been there for a long time and he s always been a straight forward person with me. Jason also is a great guy even know I haven t known him for very long. Just an overall good group of workers.

I was on my way from Alabama to Illinois when my tire blew out and I had to put a donut on my car on the side of the interstate. I got back on the road looking for a tire place late in the afternoon on a Saturday. Plaza Tire Service was the only tire place that answered the phone. They were super friendly on the phone and even friendlier when I got there. Got my tire fixed and got me back on the road.

Went in for front end alignment, got right in, found other things wrong with tahoe and was notified of it, got alignment done quickly, the guys there are very professional and would recommend this location to everyone

I had a tire going flat pulled in the guy said there was something in the tire. He checked them and told me I needed new tires also. Without an appointment he worked me in as the store was extremely busy. Got my new tires and an oil change done, and the staff was apologizing for the wait for all the other customers. They were very courteous and I was very grateful that they were able to fit me in. Great staff they were very attentive to all customers.

My son and I were on a cross country road trip when the car alignment felt off.The first tire place told us we d be fine, but we didn t trust it ..so we went to Paducah Transmission who referred us to Plaza Tire. There staff was so backed up we would have had to wait until the next morning, yet the District Manager stepped up and offered to change it himself. What incredible service and generosity to go above and beyond for two travelers they will likely never see again. If we had to have a road trip emergency how grateful I am to have been in this helpful community. Many thanks to Jason Turner and his friendly staff for making this little hiccup easy.

Issac and Jason at the Park Avenue location both went above and beyond to help me. Both, in identifying the issue, and in finding the best possible price on the expensive part that was required to fix it. I will never go anywhere else.

The Jason s are awesome! I had taken my car to another plaza tire, in front of the mall, to get an alignment because the steering wheel was shaking. My steering wheel was still shaking a week later. The good plaza tire, across from McNabb, is where I went next. They drove it, asked me questions about it, diagnosing it. They explained it was a broken tire belt and that the other plaza tire physically couldn t align it with a broken tire belt. Also, they said I needed new brakes. They gave a 10% discount, didn t charge for labor on brakes and did an alignment for free. They also made me feel totally comfortable! The other plaza tire had totally ripped me off.

We were passing through the area and picked up a nail in our tire. Though they were quite busy, they were able to work us in. The work was done quickly, the waiting area is nice and clean (and cool!!), And the price was fantastic. Thank you very much for your help.
