I've been a loyal customer at Plaza Tire for several years, but unfortunately, I had a not-so-great experience today. The tire installation that usually takes 30 minutes to an hour ended up taking an hour and a half. Additionally, the employee, Mike, who checked me in seemed a bit frustrated when I mentioned that I preferred to wait for my car instead of leaving it. I observed how he interacted with the other guests and noticed that he was quite friendly towards them. I'm not exactly sure why, but I think the tire installation cost of $170 may be a bit on the higher side. Perhaps it's because I didn't purchase my tires from them, but I'm not entirely sure.

Purchased 4 new tires for my Tahoe. The staff was friendly and the customer service was outstanding. They did a great job quickly so I could get back to work. My Tahoe drives so much better now!

I had an appointment at one plaza tire for just a tire rotation, and it was taking them way too long to even put my car on the rack. Canceled that appointment and called another location, and they got me in instantly, worked me in between appointments, and got me out of there in a shorter time that I waited at the other location. Service was great and I will come back.

After calling 4-5 places and no one being able to do a front end alignment after a leveling kit and shock replacement at another business, these guys said they could work me in the schedule when I finished the other. Arrived around noon, they jumped right on it and started and was finished in a reasonable time frame. Friendly, professional and took care of me quickly and had me on my way.

This was my first time going to Plaza Tire on Hinkleville Rd (or any Plaza Tire). I had an amazing experience! Paul was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer. I find that to be a rarity at tire dealer-type shops. So thank you, Paul! Also, the price on my tires was amazing and these new Summit Ultramax tires ride like a dream, which is how Paul said they would compared to the hard Westlake tires I came in with on my car. All around excellent service and I will certainly be back for my future tire needs.

They shouldn t even get a star but I can t go any lower. This place use to be amazing. And now it s ran into the ground. Called this morning to make an appointment for around noon got told that s fine and bring it on in by Joshua. Got there right after noon and was told it s a 3 hr wait.. and that I didn t call this location and Joshua was standing right there never said a word.. what s the point in calling and making a appointment to have something done when they don t put you down. Wasted time driving to town and gettin a ride set up worst customer service in a many years

The customer service reps were very kind. The person who brought the car to me was extremely nice and helped me get my husband, who is disabled in the car. Service way beyond expectations.

Had appointment at 10 am and I was there by 9:30 and it was 10:30 am before they got me in and then it was after 12 pm before I got out. Plus they didn t reset my screen on oil and I had to go back tell the guy and person that came out couldn t get it reset he had to go back read his computer I guess but he finally got it reset . What the point having appointment if they not getting you in on time . Because I have a busy schedule also.

I got a basic wheel alignment and they got finished quick. I didn't receive a bill or anything else or a have a technician say anything to me about the questions I asked him to check, but hopefully my wheel alignment went good.

Had two tires that needed to be replaced on my trailer. It was a pull off the road and make the switch asap. The guys at Plaza made it happen. Very pleased with the service. Thanks!

I was greeted by Kyle who helped me get setup. I was disappointed that when Paul checked me out price was different from what was quoted. $294.38 but was $304.38. Then upon getting into my truck all tire pressures were different. The new tires were 21 and 37 psi. This is after the tech did the 19 point inspection which I really don t believe Plaza Tire does. Also I went back in to ask about getting correct tire psi and the tech said all tires were at 35psi but my truck requires 40 psi per tire. So I m just a little unhappy with this experience. Finally, I know that help is hard to get but when I was in high school changing tires air pressure knowledge was a must.

The guys saved the day for me! I have a dually truck pulling a 5th wheel. At our campground my friend noticed I had an inside flat. They worked me in on a Saturday and replaced two tires! I can head home safely tomorrow! Thanks Paul and staff for taking such good care of me and getting me back on the road! Excellent service! Joe Ward

I have had my car there 7 times and spent over a $1000 on brakes...had to have my car towed in yesterday because they forgot to put a bolt back in to hold my calipri and it fell off...they did repair it ...however they didnt replace where it rubbed metal to metal on my wheel.. I will never go back..had they fixed it the first 6 times correctly this wouldn't have happened..I think they should reimburse me for the trouble..I guess I should consider myself lucky we didn't crash and I was able to get it pulled off the road.

While traveling to North Carolina, we stopped in Paducah for the night. In the morning we discovered we had a flat tire. We luckily called Plaza Tire Service who immediately helped us with our situation . They recognized our travel emergency, fixed our tire and with little delay we were back on the road. Thank you so much for your kindness and superb service. I can sincerely say you are in good hands at Plaza Tire service.

Had an appointment at 8 am I showed up at 7:30. I was told it would be about an hour and my vehicle wasn t finished until after 11.It was the slowest tire change and balance I ve ever seen

The folks at Plaza Tire Service were beyond helpful. They got us in and out quickly when we had to make a pit stop for new brakes and rotors while moving across the country. Everyone was pleasant and went the extra mile to get us back on the road, helping us get our trailer off and back on when we couldn t lift it in our own.
