Very good experience, was told there was no appointments available today but could drop off and I would be worked in. I dropped off my truck at 8:00 and received a call saying it was complete by 10:00 and cost a few dollars less than quoted. Matt was very good to deal with!!

And made an appointment with Plaza Tire to have a wheel alignment and two new tires on the front. I set there 40 minutes or so before car was even moved. I set there another 45 minutes to an hour before car was done. A few days later I get an e=mail Stating that the technician recommended I get a tire replacement. I go out and look at my 30 day old tires on the back ???? I see nothing wrong with my 30 day old different band tires.

Even though they were covered up, they still worked me in. They prepared me for a long way, so I knew what I was getting into. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to fit me into a nest appointment. I would easily recommend the south side, Plaza Tire.

Great service, work good with me. It did take too long. Almost 6 hours. They had to go to Mayfield to get tires. They should have a Warehouse close by.

Went in for a oil change and a alinement, next day my car was overheating and my coolant was empty. The checklist they sent me was not done right or even done at all. I have a few problems that I know about but the checklist was marked off as good. Now I have a coolant leak from my car overheating.

I've gotten tire service from several places in Paducah and I believe Plaza Tire Service is the best. They are friendly, helpful and fast workers. This is where I will get all of my tire service from now on.

This was a very nice experience. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the counter was efficient and pleasant. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I waited 2 hours for my car to have an oil change when NO ONE was before me, and everyone after me was getting their vehicles. Worked on before me, when I asked why it was taking so long they said it was the way the appointments where when I knew they was false, they couldn't even tell me the truth about my work order getting skipped over

Very knowledgeable and professional. Was upfront on what needed to be fixed on my vehicle and went over it thoroughly. Went over the costs upfront. Would highly recommend.

I am grateful that they found the source of my issue, and rectified the problem. However, I am a disappointed that they charged $28.00 for a tire repair, indicating that I had half of nail embedded in the tire. Their cost was almost twice what I paid for the same problem only 6 months earlier at another company. Probably won t use them for service or tire purchase in the future.

I called to make an appointment for service, tires and new brakes I was able to get in the next day. Dropped off my vehicle and didn t have to sit and wait on it. Very easy process and friendly staff.

Got run over a curb on my way home. Stopped at Plaza Tire to see what the damage was. Only needed another tire. I have lifetime replacement on tires. Got in and out shortly. Everyone was very nice and explained everything to me. Get all my tires here and also have a lifetime front end alignment.

Great customer service. I'm new in town and called several businesses to get pricing and ask questions. Plaza tire immediately had the best over the phone service and the best price. Their great customer service continued in house. This will definitely be the place I continue to go to.

I was a walk in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Everyone was very nice and efficient. They got my car done in about an hour. The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of a 5 star because of the cost. I know everything s going up but dang. Well anyway the plaza tire store on Irvin Cobb drive did a great job. Thank you

I dropped my truck off after work after getting a flat on my way home. I got a call to go over pricing at 7:40. At 8:22 the work was done. The price was good especially given how everything has gone up so much and couldn t ask for better service. I highly recommend them.

We have all our cars tires and alignments done here. They are fast, friendly and help in any way they can. I had an appointment for 8 a.m. and couldn't make it till almost 10 a.m. and they worked me in, and was still fast, friendly and understanding!!!

I called a day ahead to replace two tires on my vehicle. They were courteous, helpful and found my tires in stock, placed a warehouse order for them. I was able to come in the next day and have the work done, quickly and with no issues, despite not having any formal appointment. I would definitely recommend them!

Stopped and to buy one new tire handed them a TPMS valve so they can install it while they have the tire broke down was very surprised when they charged me $25 to program it seems to me somebody should have mentioned something like that that there's going to be a charge especially what I went to Lone Oak Plaza Tire had two tires put on the front and gave them two TPMS and they didn't charge me anything to program it

Arrived at shop at 9:15 am got checked in and waited. Several customers came in after me and were tended to before me. I was there for over 3 hours for a flat tire and i have the premium protection plan and alignment protection and asked to put on rack for alignment that i paid for in full in August when i bought the tires. That service was not performed as requested, however my tire was fixed but was asked to come again at a later date to get that done. Im not pleased with the service today and "will not" purchase any more products or services after todays experience.

Routine tire rotation and balancing uncovered the need for brake replacements all around the vehicle. Plaza Tire took care of all brake work while I was there with no need for another appointment. That was great timing because we are planning a long trip in just a few days.
