What an amazing experience I had buying my 2022 Toyota Tundra from Perkins Motor Plex. Taylor was extremely helpful and fast to respond. Before I could even ask Taylor began recording a custom video of the truck to show me since I don t live in the area, within minutes he uploaded it to YouTube so I could watch it and even share it with friends. Unlike most dealers the no haggle price was actually worthy of it being called a no haggle price where you are completely satisfied with paying that set price. The price they gave me for my trade in was better than anyone in my area could even get close to. They even drove it to Nashville for me to cut two hours off my trip. Scott who drove my new truck to Nashville was very helpful, nice, and showed up at a great time for me. I couldn t get over how clean the truck was on the inside and outside, they did a great job detailing it compared to other used lots I ve dealt with. If I told people this truck was new they would have no reason to doubt me. I drove 7 hours from Winston Salem to purchase this truck and I would do it again for the great service I received. Thanks to everyone at Perkins Motor Plex for the great car buying experience I had, I will happily tell all of my friends and family to purchase from y all.

I really enjoyed my car buying experience at Perkins Motor Plex. I worked with Taylor and he made sure that I was 100% aware of what was going on and encouraged me to ask any questions and answered them honestly. Laken was also really pleasant to work with. She made sure to explain how the banking side of things worked and again was willing to answer any questions I had. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Randy Eason had the car I was dreaming of shipped down from the Nashville lot on the very first day I met him in Paducah. He added some extra perks and made me feel special. The Honda CRV is super clean and drives smooth and quiet. The perfect car at a reasonable price with no haggling. Exceptional customer service from Randy, Laken, and Adam. No wonder they received a Readers Choice award. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PERKINS MOTOR PLEX. Don't hesitate to visit.

Always a wonderful experience! Would not purchase a car anywhere else. We purchased two almost identical forerunners. They are both in exceptional shape. Great customer service and superGood Quality used cars. Our 4th time here Always perfect! Jayson It's always really courteous and helpful highly recommended.

Recently bought a 4Runner from Perkins living out of state, and it was a fantastic experience! Great deal, delivery and traded in my vehicle as well and they gave me a good price for it! There were some minor things that I discovered upon delivery and that they missed, but they were very apologetic and paid for everything to get fixed at my local dealership. They serve well and are fair and kind to work with. Taylor was so kind! Highly recommended Perkins!

What a great experience! Eric was super accommodating. We were driving 2.5 hours and wanted to ensure the car was in good shape before making the drive. Eric sent us a video of the car explaining all the details. When we arrived the next day he had all the paperwork ready to go. Very smooth process and great company to do business with! We purchased a family SUV (sorento) from Perkins and had such a wonderful experience. They drove the vehicle to us and we did the paperwork from the comfort of our own home. No haggle, no hassle. The two men who brought the vehicle were very kind and helpful, as well as Randy who answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend Perkins!

I've bought dozens of vehicles in my life and this was definitely the best experience I've ever had. The vehicle I purchased was reconditioned to look almost new. My salesperson, Eric, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I was given a very fair price on my trade. I did go elsewhere for financing and warranty but both were offered to me from Perkins at reasonable prices. Delivery guys were a hoot and so nice and kind. I just overall loved this experience and wouldn't hesitate to buy all my vehicles from these people. Thanks Eric and team!!

Just purchased my second vehicle from Randy! We found a truck that was on a Perkins lot out of town that we realllllly wanted. They went and picked it up for us!! The process was so easy! Both times! I got everything done before even stepping a foot on the lot. Just had to show up, drive it to see if I liked it, and take 10 minutes to sign some papers! Boom! Out the door, keys in hand. Thanks again Randy!

They are amazing from start to finish! They helped me out so fast on the car I wanted and even had it shipped to me with all paperwork and everything was done in a few hours. Texting was the big this for me. We would have them answer questions about the car while I was working so it was so convenient. The car drives and looks beautiful! You all are above and beyond fantastic! Eric helped us and he is great! So fast and knows how to get the job done! Thank you , you have a lifetime customer now!

Buying from Perkins was a smooth and easy process! They had a finance offer for me within 20 minutes and the delivery was quick considering it was the day before a holiday and it was delivered early the day after the holiday! And I received a beautiful 2020 Cherokee Trailhawk!

We purchased a Toyota Highlander from Jayson at Perkins Motor Plex in Mayfield. The entire transaction began on a Saturday by text and phone and ended the following Wednesday with our purchase. The process was smooth and we are very pleased thus far. The sales transaction was smooth with no pressure, and the finance guy who helped us at the end was super friendly and helpful. The vehicle we got from the dealer was hands down the cleanest used vehicle I have ever purchased. I didn't have to do anything to it when we got it other than wax it, straight from the dealership. We will consider Jayson and the folks at PMP for all future transactions!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a truck from their Mayfield location in April. I then purchased a Car from the Paducah location. The car we noticed issues before we ever even made it home. We took the car to a repair shop about a week after buying the car. Had A TERRIBLE experience with their garbage warranty company. I was out a car for over 30 days before I ever could even make the 1st car payment. The car had less than 20K miles on it so absolutely no reason for all this to start going wrong. New turbo & New short block later we hope this fixes the problem. We still don't have our car back. I have made more payments on the car than I have been able to drive it. my truck also just hit 50K miles on it and my torque converter goes out and ruins my transmission. Now they want to rebuild the transmission instead of putting a new one in since it is under the 60K mile mark. Have been told this happens very often. Sure does seem like they purchase cars that have been underwater, stolen ect from auctions and cleans them up real good to flip them. WORST experience I have ever had with dealing with somebody who stands behind their vehicles.

Eric went above and beyond to help me find the right car. I was very picky and looked for multiple weeks. I walked away with my dream car that I would ve over looked if it wasn t for Eric. The entire process was easy and stress free! Highly recommend Perkins and Eric!

My wife and I were due for upgrades. I found a van for her and a truck for me online using auto trader. Both happened to be Perkins! The truck was in Mayfield and van in Paducah. I called in, talked to Randy about them and what my trades were. In 30 minutes he had the numbers worked up, and the truck was being delivered to Paducah so we could see both same day! I was blown away by how quick they were. It was the quickest I have ever gotten in and out of a dealership. I would recommend Randy any day to work with. Perkins has earned my business for the next time we are car shopping!

Skeptical to buy from a "used car lot". However, the best easiest car buying experience we gave ever had! Great service, easy conversation and negotiation. Our vehicle only had one key fob. They made arrangements to have a locksmith drive to my office from 50 miles away to make another key fob and covered the cost! We will definitely return as needed and would encourage others to do the same.
