They did a great job repairing my car. I was very apprehensive because of issues I have had with Paducah Ford s sales department, but their Collision Center outdid themselves.Patrick stayed in communication, kept me informed of the process and progress, and the quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations.I went here because it was a Progressive preferred shop, which were limited in my area. I thought this would be a constant headache and I would have issues with the quality of the repairs and I wanted Progressive to back me. It wasn t necessary, the Collision Center was good and fair. Hitting a deer is never fun, but Patrick s communication and the quality of their work got my vehicle back like new.
