Worked with Mitch Hookam March 2024 buying a 2024 Ford Explorer and he was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable, but didn't waste our time. We would give him a rating of 10 in every category. We would ask for him to help us if we decided to replace our truck. He was that good. We love the new Explorer. Thanks Mitch.

We had a great experience with Paducah Ford. We started looking around when we felt like our local dealer was playing with us a bit. We knew what we wanted when we reached out to them and they gave us an honest and painless experience. They delivered our new truck to us (and I m writing this from the passenger seat!) within a week of purchase from out of state and continued to check in to make sure it was a great experience. We broke our own rules to always negotiate because the price was where we wanted to be and unmatched in our area. We re thrilled with them.

I purchased an F250 six months ago and planned on buying a fifth wheel trailer. Life can change on a dime. I injured my neck and had to have surgery fusing most of it and limiting what I ll be able to do. I contacted Allyn Moore and explain to him my situation and told him we longer will need the F250 and would like to trade back to a F150. He said he d help me to come on the the dealership.He spent a lot of time showing all the options of the big selection of trucks they had until I found the exact model, color, and motor I wanted. His vast knowledge of all the trucks and different options made choosing so easy and a pleasant experience. No pressure what so ever and he made sure I was totally happy and felt I had got best deal possible before he would even start any signing on paper. The whole staff were very accommodating and I ll definitely buy from them again !

I met the best salesman today at Paducah Ford!! His name was Luke Braden he was helpful, respectful, very knowledgeable about the SUV we purchased. He also made a dream of me come true!! Luke, I will never forget the act of kindness he showed me. You made us feel special. Keith was AMAZING at Paducah Ford Lincoln and Mazda and helped me through this entire process, and stayed positive through everything. I m sure I was very stressful and irritating, but Keith was sweet and helped me find the exact vehicle that was right for me. I told him my budget and all the details I needed, and he found the exact vehicle that he felt I would love. He was right! I cannot express how grateful I am to Keith Sizemore! He reassured me every single time I had any doubts, and I absolutely loved that he actually cared about his customer. He really seemed to have cared to put me and my family in something safe, and that was the best part about it all. He cared! New vehicle buying experience from out of state.Five stars for Allyn, my sales rep. He was easy to work with, no pressure tactics, and great follow up to make sure everything went well with my Lightning purchase. Not to mention, they had the best price in the country for the vehicle I purchased. The rest of the team I encountered was very friendly and easy to work with.Trade in was straight forward, and although we did find a minor issue upon bringing my car in that slightly lowered the trade in value; it really was an oversight on my part, and they managed it in a fair fashion which I was grateful for; especially for someone who drove a couple of hours to get there.We had a minor hiccup with the new vehicle I came to pick up; but they figured out a game plan, and went out of their way to make things right. The way I see it; it's easy to get 5 stars when things go right, but I'm more impressed by a business that can handle a problem well and do right by the customer.I've had some follow up questions, and Allyn still gets back to me promptly with what I need.Out of state buyers, I wouldn't hesitate to trust these guys if you plan to make a purchase from them.

Did not have a good experience. Found a vehicle I was interested in on their website and it took 4 days to locate it. When I was headed there the salesman informed me an employee had it and was I REALLY interested? When I finally got to drive and decided I did REALLY want it and partial financing for 60 months another nightmare. The salesman was not there and the financial person printed up the loan agreement and terms without consulting us. He did it for 72 months no competitive rates AND tried to convince us our payment options were two that included $95/mo or $105/mo EXTRA for warranties. It took a few tries before he would tell me our base rate without the extras. Also when we got home we found a crack in the windshield. I sent my complaints which were to be turned over to management BUT SURPRISINGLY NO RESPONSE!! I love the Bronco!

During my visit to Paducah Ford the staff were very friendly I had a great experience there. If your going to Paducah Ford I would recommend seeing Mike Felker, he s very dependable. He worked with me to close the deal for the car I needed and stuck with me to make sure everything was alright. I appreciate all his hard work and honesty and it shows he s a good man also a great salesman that deserves your business and I will definitely become a returning customer in the future.

I had my car serviced for fuel issues and very slow acceleration. We were told the fuel pump that is "in the tank," as well as faulty sensor, had gone bad. After the service and a "test drive," we were told the car was good to go and normal. Unfortunately, the car immediately produced the same issues once I left the dealer and got home. Once I took the car back to the original dealer I bought from and then a reputable Ford dealer to fix it, I was informed that Paducah Ford told me wrong about the fuel pump and that the fuel pump that was "fixed" was broke.The fuel pump was in the engine and was bad, which further caused more issues in the car. This wasn't the only issue. It took me two weeks to get the car into Paducah Ford, it took a week for a mechanic at Paducah Ford to get into the car and diagnose it, and it took over a week for Paducah Ford to get the warranty in place plus another week to fix it.A doctors office is faster than this and they want me to be fixed and want my money the same day. Another odd issue was how I made a previous review about this and was told it took 3 days to obtain the warranty, though the writer confused me for another customer. The other Ford dealer that fixed my car had fixed the issue well before contacting the warranty company for a reimbursement. This tells me it should have been done sooner despite our calls. In total, it took us half the time and stress than what Paducah Ford did in their time. Looking back at the service report, the mechanics at Paducah Ford "test drove" the car before I received it. The drive was only one mile, but the car could have easily rolled over a mile while moving the car into the shop. A real test drive could have spotted out the issue before I even get into my car to drive again which no doubt would have been seen. This amount of distrust could have costed me much more than the new car I got and had Paducah Ford look at in the beginning. More issues are still being seen like the lying and incompetence we were given or even like rude comment that was left under my last review. No words can help fix this. We are still investigating these issues and will find a way set this right. A serious issue occurred and we felt very unvalued or cared for.

Wanted to buy a listed vehicle that was posted. After a few calls I explained financing was taken care of on my side. The rep told me he couldn't do the deal unless I financed through them... "Cash isn't king" is what he said.I asked a few question questions because I'm confused??The main question I wanted an answer to was is there a prepayment penalty?I was told no. They had multiple banks they deal with.Conversation proceeded and I made arrangements for the two hour journey.I did call before leaving home and asked did we have time to look at the vehicle, I was told yes.About half way down the interstate my phone rang, the rep asked me to pull over and fill out a credit application. I explained that wasn't going to happen, plus was unsafe.After arriving at the dealership, the rep came out and introduced himself. We looked at and drove the vehicle.Upon returning I asked about the prepayment penalty three more times before I was finally told that I would be locked into their financing for multiple months. I politely exited the dealership and headed home.Honestly and integrity gose a long way. I was honest with them, and wanted to do the deal. Unfortunately dishonesty cost them a sale on this one.

Used to be a very reputable company, bought 10 vehicles from them over the years between myself and mother, went to get approval for an 11th vehicle. Explained to Mike that what I had as far as proof of income and residency was what I had and was told that it would work. After waiting a couple days, I called to check on the status and Mike was very rude, telling me he had already told me what I needed and to bring it in if I wanted to deal. After sending him the screenshot of his own message back to me explaining that my proof will work, he switched gears completely and starts berating me, telling me they don't finance anyway, he was just trying to get a customer. Take heed, and take your business elsewhere. Or at the very least, don't let Mike treat you like he did me.

Service Department...Arron, our service advisor, and Jason, our tech, we're both wonderful. They got us in right away and took great care of us. We're traveling and had to get our batteries replaced. They were great to work with.

My family has bought cars from here for a long time but after the way the recently treated my parents I would recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE. After being talked into purchase the scam that is a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty for a used Volvo my mom noticed the center vents and a part of the touch screen had stopped working. They looked it up and it was still covered so they wanted to bring it in. During the sale of the car as part of the upsell the man who sold them the car promised a loaner if ever work needed to be done. However when my dad called him about a year later he denied ever saying anything about a loaner car, accused my dad of calling him a lier (which he was doing cause the guy is) and hung up on my dad. Can you imagine the insecurity and childishness of this employee? Can you understand how terrible the rest of the management must be that this man still has a job and is protected despite horrible behavior? Despite a lot of complaining and bad treatment they at least honoured the warranty and took it to a Volvo dealer to have fixed. I don't know if they just think picking on older people is safe cause they don't have the technical savy to leave reviews... but as they now know their children certainly do.

I found a listing on the website for a 18 Mustang i fill out the info. I get a call later in the day asking for my VIN, pictures, Mileage and if there was any damage to the body on my trade . I did all of that. I know i was upside down on my trade. Last i get a text saying the car was sold an hour ago that is real customer service there.

After having an unfortunate experience with a dealership in Peoria, IL I needed to upgrade my vehicle I bought last September. I arrived at Paducah Ford in KY and met Mike Felker. I can't begin to put in to words how wonderful he was to work with. I was blown away by how well he took care of me in every aspect of the purchase. I just purchased a 2018 Ford Edge. I found it online and completed the deal over the phone. Paducah Ford was extremely, helpful, transparent, and professional. We live over 200 miles away from the dealership and they even set up a delivery of the vehicle to my job. Mike Felker was a pleasure to work with.
