I came in to this O'Reilly's store last night after calling and asking if someone could look at my car and possibly tell me what was wrong with it. I was told "sure bring it in and we'll look at it." I get there and I was told to just wait because the employee behind the desk didn't want to go out and look at my car Im assuming because it was cold. I preceed to tell the store employee what my car was doing and he says "oh I'm 100% sure its your alternator." Not once did he look at it! He could've tested it to be sure. But nope, he was too lazy to go out and look at it after telling me he would on the phone! And didnt even offer to jump start it for me either! Very poor customer service!!

It's good to have an auto parts store closer to me, I do have check to see if they have what I need online, they do have some knowledgeable people , but some of their staff have no clue.

I stopped late in the afternoon to get help with identifying what a maintenance required light on my dash of my suv meant. I didn't get the gentleman 's name who worked at O'Reilly Auto Parts that helped me, but he was very professional & helpful. He made several trips inside the store & my vehicle to determine the information I needed. He even referred me to a local mechanic near by to help me further.

Normally when I go in this store (driving the vehicle I need something for); they will help. I needed a low beam light for my 2016 kia sorento. I also had my Vin. The guy told me it could be 1 of 2. Why is it the guy I got help from before could help me and he could not. He wouldn't even go out and look at it and I was the only customer in the store AND he had another person there. I just needed the low beam light. Super disappointed in the employees today.

Great store! Everytime I've gone there to buy something, no matter who the employee is on duty; they have always been friendly and helpful. I ask lots of questions in an attempt to gain basic car knowledge so I can impress my husband! They are always more than happy to help, explain stuff. And even go out of their way to find me the best deals! I recommend the Lone Oak store to everyone!

Had a good experience. Not every employee knows what they are saying, they just mumble through it, yet try to be helpful. This trip there, the guy admitted he wasn't familiar with certain products and steered me towards those he knew about. Personally I'd rather have someone who's honest, than to try and just make a sale. I'm sure nobody out there, as a customer, wants to make an extra trip back to the store just because someone gives the wrong product or automotive part.

Of course, my car picks the coldest morning of the year to have a battery failure. After a jump start at home, I headed to OReillys on Lone Oak Road to buy a new one. They were fantastic and even changed it out as I waited inside. I know a tip isn t expected, but dang it was too cold to overlook such quick and efficient service. Thanks!!

Helpful staff. Even when a customer ahead of me was about to get the cops called on him for being seriously harsh on the Employees. Thought it was going to get violent, but Employees were super professional and handled it best they could.

When our truck broke down and the only available ball was locked the associate helped break the lock off the truck in order for us to keep our trailer going. Unfortunately they did not have the part we needed to repair truck, but we are very thankful for the assistance that we received.
