The staff was very professional and courteous. I had to have a part ordered since it wasn't available within the store. I was told the part would be in the next morning, and I arrived an hour later from the time I was told the part would be in, and the part was there. I recommend O'Reilly's to anyone; they're great .

Never fun having to pull into an auto parts store when you're traveling. Logan at l this location was extremely helpful. He made sure I had the tools to replace my alternator and checked it's operation out. Great placr.

Had my alternator go out and my truck barely made it to this location running on the batteries only. Randy was very helpful! I changed the alternator in the parking lot but the batteries needed to be charged up. Randy pulled both my batteries out, charged them and put them back in for me while I had to go back to work. My truck was ready to go when I came back to get it. Great place!

Traveling home from Florida we were experiencing car problems. We called O Reilly Auto Parts and Logan said he would stay till we got there and could scan the problem codes to see what was wrong. We got there 10 minutes before they closed and insisted on staying to help us. We were very grateful for Logan and Chris. Thanks!

They have people working there that is not very knowledgeable on anything. I'm not impressed with the store and won't be back there

They are the friendliest and most helpful. Especially Melissa she is a sweetheart and knows her stuff.They've had parts in stocks for my vehicle that the other places didn't.

Went there to exchange some parts but they didn't have them in stock. The guy was very nice and gave me directions to a store that had the parts

I called several (like 8) different auto parts stores including other O Reilly stores looking for a hard to find product. They all gave me the same answer Never heard of it, so we don t have it. I wish I could remember the mans name that I spoke with that works at Jackson St O Reilly s because he was so helpful. They didn t have the product I needed but he went out of his way to find a place that carried it as I needed it right away. Y all are the best!!!

Staff is helpful but the mansplaining and patronizing way of talking to people, particular younger people, and women is completely unnecessary.

Wonderful!! Raymond performed diagnostics on my Jeep and fixed the problem. He couldn t have been more helpful!! We were visiting from out of state when my engine light came on. He diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in 20 minutes. Light hasn t come on since. Thank you, Raymond!!

They always have a staff member that knows a thing or two about the project you're fixing to get frustrated on and not once have I gotten the wrong part unlike its competitors that did/ do it every time

Employees are always helpful and polite! Although they didn't have the part I needed at that location, the guy checked at other local stores and found it.

For me, it's conveniently located near my house and they usually have what I need with no problems, but the staff isn't always as knowledgeable as I'd like them to be.
