Only thing good about O'Reilly's here in Paducah. Clean and smelled like a store. The worst is the store inventory. Every single sale item listed inside the store is 75 cents to over 25.00 more expensive than competitors

Been loyal to this chain for two decades probably. Always have staff that's more knowledgeable than anybody at AutoZone and their aftermarket parts are better quality as well. On this particular trip there was a woman there that was kinda mouthy and rude but it was kinda funny I guess. At least she wasn't the one helping me but sure loved to be all up in the business. She might wanna tone it down as everybody isn't as easy going as we were LMAO

Take it form someone that should have bad feelings about O'Reilly. I still shop there because I know I get good parts at a good prices. Most of the staff are very helpful in finding what you need.

The customer service person was very helpful, I was traveling and needed a part for my truck.They had everything I needed in stock and gave me plenty of advice to help me make the repairs

If I could give this store a negative 5 stars I would! People are rude, disrespectful, worried about hanging out with their maybe boyfriend whatever! A young man named Josh comes from the back just to help me. These girls are terrible! No people skills and just plain lazy! The young man that helped me look so upset because he asked them to help customers while he ate lunch and they didn't care! This young man needs a raise to put up with disrespectful employees that are supposed to be working not hanging out and having play time with others other than doing the job they applied for! Get real! This use to be my good to auto parts business, your employees are making me change my mind!!!!

All around great experience. A young man named Haze went above and beyond to help us. He used the code reader and found that my gas cap and one of my sensors had been the reason my check engine light was on. We purchased the new gas cap and the sensor and my check engine light is now off!! Customer service should always be this pleasant! Bravo Haze!! Thank you young man!!!

First time visitors! Definitely, not our last! I especially loved the bread. It wasn't thick like all the other sub shops. It was delicious and soft, but I could taste all the sandwich fixings! Will definitely look for other locations

Joseph was a great help. He ordered my part yesterday and had all my parts ready when I came in today. The service is always great. I've only had an issue with one employee not knowing her job otherwise 5 stars!!

As usual, the guys at O'Reilly Auto Parts were awesome!! Friendly & knowledgeable staff, great customer service, clean store. Well lit and litter free parking lot. They went out of their way to make sure I easily found exactly what I needed and even helped me put it in my car!

I visited this store a week ago looking for a headlight bulb. I was told the only one that they had compatible with my car cost $130. I passed on that, saying that I would shop around. One of the employees said "everyone else will tell you the same thing." Now here's the kicker, I got back home, pulled out the bulb, and checked their site. The bulb they were trying to sell me wouldn't have fit my car and cost $100 more than the right one. They also had the bulb I needed in stock (from multiple brands as well). Advice to the employees, your lookup tool doesn't replace basic research, knowledge, and competence.

All I needed was some oil for my crazy oil burning 1973 lawnmower....sorry environment....I'll retire it very soon. Went in O'Reilly auto parts, the guy was very helpful. Told me how O'Reilly bought out one of the big oil brands and how the store brand was really good for a good price. I bought to 4 quart jug for a little over 13 bucks. Nice visit. Friendly. Pleasant experience to an otherwise stressful day.

Have gone here for awhile. They are very knowledgeable about the vehicles your working on. If by any chance they don't have the part on hand at the store they look around at the other stores and find the one that's closest to you so you get it the fastest way. If you never been I recommend you look there and give them the opportunity to help you service your vehicle.

Was there right at 7 when they opened for a new battery. Had it changed and on my way in 15 minutes!! Guy was super nice and helpful wish I would have got his name!!

I went to get some parts for my truck and they either couldn't or wouldn't be able to get them I never had a straight answer and then they were trying to tell me that I can reuse old parts even after I spoke with Ford and Dana Spicer and they said absolutely not due to the serious problems that it would cause so I was better off not to consider the idea

Bought an alternator and the main bearing stripped in three weeks. They replaced the alternator but it left us stranded and broke our belt and they refused to replace a measly belt that their default part caused to rip and half. Stop buying cheap parts from China where they take advantage of their workers just to make a cheaper buck. When your part breaks something on someone s vehicle it s YOUR FAULT. Your suppose to test parts before you sell them. They dont care if it s their fault they are just about that buck

Started buying all my parts here a couple years ago. Counter people are more helpful and are gearheads. Much more than the other chain stores. Seem to have a better availability of parts also.

Almost everytime I need something they have it in stock if not they have it brought in by that afternoon very nice gentleman working there I will continue to do business with O'Reilly's
