Teala Owens surprised me Friday night as I was looking at vehicles. I thought the dealership was closed. Explained to her we were looking but had no definite timetable. She kindly said that if you decide tomorrow that you would like to look again I ll be here. No pressure, no can I have your name and phone number . Just gave me her name and asked that I ask for her should we return. Called Saturday morning to make sure vehicle was still available. Was told it was. When returned Saturday morning it was not parked with the other Pathfinder s as it had been. Suspecting it had sold we drove back around the lot. As we approached the showroom, Teala met us smiling. It s over here she said. It was sitting by itself so we could give it a good look over. Nothing blocking our view. She offered the keys. Gave us a quick rundown of the basics and said I ll see you when you get back. When we returned she began to answer questions and go over many more of its features. She then asked if we were interested. Upon saying yes she invited us to her office. Offered a snack and obtained enough info to make us an offer. When she returned, she had in hand an offer that my wife and I agreed was acceptable. She made the whole experience very comfortable. We love our new Pathfinder. Thanks to Nissan of Paducah and of course Teala.

Took my car in on warranty. Has a drive shaft making loud vibration. Mechanic said he drove it but didn't hear anything. My appointment was at 2:30pm, they close at 5pm. I think he didn't drive it all, probably didn't want to deal with it.

Bruce was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful in distinguishing between the packages for the Rogue, and ensuring my dad had a smooth transaction. Definitely worth the drive and would absolutely buy another car from him.

I bought an Infiniti QX60 in May and 4 months after I bought it I had to have $2,300 worth of work done to it at the dealership. I bought it used for like $18,000 and today I traded it in and got a whopping $9,500 and I haven t even had it a year. I will never do business here again.

They are amazing ,we had major car issues and was towed there to be fixed and there service depart was closed for the weekend,Bruce the salesman was great at keeping us calm we had been thru total heck and he helped us get a new car and back on the road,we are from Iowa and just wanted to get home once again thank yall for what you did for us

Very friendly staff. Very attentive salesman, Ben. Explained features very well as he was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I chose. The whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.This is our 9th Nissan product since 2004. We have owned 2 Rogues, 2 Murano's, 2 Titan's and 3 Pathfinders (including this purchase). Nissan is a great product and have recommended it to many people over the years.

My service advisor, Maria, was very helpful, both in person, and when I called. She quoted me the amount of the work I needed done, and the actual cost was below what she quoted. Thank you for that.

They wiggled me in last minute for some diagnostics when I was broken down ten hours from home! Super grateful for the fast, friendly service and general willingness to help me out with what I needed. I didn't end up hiring them to repair my vehicle because of the estimated cost but their customer service was excellent.

Everyone was very good at getting my car fixed and kept me informed throughout the process. They even helped me with the cost of the repairs but not overcharging me. I will definitely come back when I need to have service done on my vehicle again.

There was a senior lady who came in to get her oil changed. A few minutes later the service dept lady came in the waiting area. She informed the senior lady that her car was not due for an oil change. It only has 1000 miles on the last change. The senior lady said that her road in front of her house was getting torn up and is very dusty. The service lady assured her that that would not effect the oil in any way. I was so happy to see a business that is honest and caring. The girl in the service dept deserves a pat on the back. When I left I told her so!!

My first encounter at Nissan of Paducah was with Bruce. He was very nice and professional. I wasn t able to talk with him on the day that I popped by the grab a pic of the car because I was on my way to work. I told him that I could come a couple of days later. He gave me his card and I contacted him via text. He wasn t there that day but he contacted another salesman named John Plumley. I will say that I am very untrusting of car salesman and dealerships as a result of some poor experiences in the past but I did not have that experience with John. He is obviously a seasoned veteran that made me feel very comfortable with him. He wasn t pushy or overbearing as I have experienced before although not at a Nissan dealership. The process was simple and clean. I love my new Altima!
