My 2006 RAV's motor blew up Nov 2020 and it's been sitting in my driveway since then. It was the the first new car I ever purchased and couldn't bear to sell it for scrap. Buying another motor is expensive so I waited until I could afford it. During the 2+ years in my driveway the tree sap was pretty thick on it. In Feb we called Mike to see if he could find a motor. He did and it only had 84k miles on it. Mike ordered the motor and had the Rav towed to their shop. We pick it up last week and it's running great! We love dealing with Mike and Tony and have only had great experiences. BTW...when we picked up the car it was CLEAN. No tree sap and the inside looked beautiful. Just a little extra TLC they gave to my RAV. We love these guys and will continue giving them our business. Actually both of our boys took their trucks to Mike and Tony about the same time our RAV was in the shop. The Thompson Family loves Mike's Automotive Repair!

I just moved to the area and my car started acting up, my schedule is very tight, I called them, drop off the keys after hours and they fixed the car for me. I did not have to stress, they are amazing. I dropped off the car twice, even though they checked the car the first time, they didn't charge me for anything. They only charged me when they bought a part and installed it in the car. With my busy schedule, this place was the best for me. They are also kind and friendly people. I highly recommend this garage. Thanks for working with me!!

Tells customers brand new parts are old and worn out tries to lie and claim they already have the vehicle taken apart like i dont get an alert on my phone everytime it moves and was never even started up

My husband and I have used Mike's automotive for years. He is our vehicle repair man, we keep our vehicles for years so they see him often. lol. Mike and his team are very professional and have fair pricing. He always calls to let us know what is going on and the costs before doing the work. My elderly fathers ac blower motor died over a weekend during the summer heatwave. Every repair shop in Paducah said it would be a week or more to get to it. Mike's auto took it on Monday and had it fixed same day for a very reasonable price. Cannot recommend them enough for fast friendly and cost efficient service. They also have a lovely Irish doodle that will greet you at the door for pets. A++Service: Air conditioning

From the time I dropped off my key at Mike s to the call with the diagnosis, one hour to the minute had passed. He told me he had found the issue and what the cost including parts, labor and tax came to. I was apprehensive as a fairly young woman going in to a mechanic alone. You always hear stories of people being taken, but that didn t happen here. I got great service, communication every step of the way, and a fair price. My Truck lost all the coolant and took it in. Told me what the issue was and that at this shop he couldn't get that done on a F150 but his bigger shop in draffenville can, advised me too check with Ford on Recalls to see if it was covered. It was, My wife was so insistent that ford wouldn't fix it etc and so i never called and made me take it elsewhere, boy did I pick right the right shop. Now I have it scheduled with the manufacturer to fix it. An honest shop is a rarity in these days. Plus you get to pet lovely doodle pups.

I've known Mike for years and he's one if the most honest mechanics in town. He does great work at a reasonable price. If you want your vehicle fixed right he's the man to call. Thank Mike and Tony for a great job my truck. It drives great.

My wife and I had a great experience a Mike's. Repairs and maintenance were done on a very timely fashion along with a sense of follow up on their work. I would definitely stick with their services as long as they're available.

I have been a customer of Mike's for 20 or more years, and have always found Mike to be extremely fair and competent. I always feel confident that when he advises a repair, that I can rely on its being done correctly at a fair price. He is strictly a straight-shooter.

Went to set up an appointment on a Friday....he did not make an appointment then. Told me to bring my vehicle in on Mon or Tues morning. I went back Mon. evening to leave it to be worked on for Tues. He said he would get to it if he had time. Said it may be Thurs. I said I don't want to just leave it sitting in your parking lot that long, I might need before then. He said just bring it back Thurs then. I said how about I just go to someone that wants the work. I will not be going back. He used to be more professional when I first starting going a few years ago. Too independent now I guess.

We were travelling through, on our way to eastern Tennessee, the day before Thanksgiving, when all of our car lights came on. After a quick diagnosis at O'Reilly's, we called around in order to find a mechanic willing to replace an alternator. The first four mechanics that we called were unable to accommodate us. The attendant at O'Reilly's recommended Mike's Auto Repair. After explaining to Mike our situation, he took our case and had us back on the road in two hours from the moment we pulled into his garage.Mike and the staff were quite friendly. It was a perfect experience, with the exception of one thing. When the vehicle was returned to us, it smelled like cigarette smoke. We do not smoke ourselves and the smell was uncomfortable to endure until it dissipated after the use of air fresheners. But other than that, it was a good experience and we were thankful that Mike was willing to fit us in so quickly.One more thing, my husband was dissapointed that he was not allowed to buy the alternator from O'Reilly's and just pay Mike for the labour and service. This would have allowed us to save some extra money. However, since we were in a pinch, we did not see a possibility to haggle down the price or find a place that would allow us to save the extra cash by purchasing the part. I don't know if this is common practice in repair shops, but my husband felt that this would be the only change that would have made it a more positive experience.

Mike kept my sons old Saturn running after he wrecked it or it tried to die of old age...mike fixed it for great price everytime...will definately use him if my car needs repair in future....highly recommended

Sent my truck there 2 times cost me 500 and still not fixed. It's a simple sensor that cost $82. Totally heartbreaking

The service and mechanics are a level above any factory dealership in town. I highly recommend this place for any of your automotive repairs. I don't trust just anybody with my vehicle's and I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my families cars here!

Our wheel bearing went out on our suburban coming home from Colorado. Mike got us right in and fixed and on our way! Very friendly and great prices!

Went in with an antifreeze leak, left with a new 325 dollar water pump and the same leak. Said it sprang a new leak after putting on the new water pump and would be another 1000.00 to fix it. Will not be going back!
