I had a wonderful experience purchasing my pre-owned 2021 Buick envision. Peyton did a great job answering all of my questions I had, he made sure I knew what every feature was in the car and even asked if I needed assistance connecting my phone with the Apple car play! The financial guy also did an awesome job of helping me get financed and talking over my monthly cost and what everything was! Over all a great team at Larry Stovesand Buick GMC would 10/10 recommend for all your car purchases!

Peyton was the salesman that helped us. Very rude and unprofessional. Treated me like I couldn t afford the truck we were looking at. I make more than plenty to buy the truck cash, and felt nothing but disrespected my entire time there. Also, I was in inquiring about some new models that were not on the lot at the time. And he didn t even offer to help me locate one, nor spend any more of his time with me to get my info to call me when one came. I made my comment on how I felt to the salesman before I left, and all he did was smirk and noticed he flipped us off through his jacket. Will never recommended to anyone or any business ever again. Took my business down the road and bought a brand new Chevrolet just an hour after.

Robert was great at getting a resolution with my paint issues and parts ordered. Service costs are a little more than other dealers I've been to, but the shocker was when I went to pay, if I used a credit card it was a 3% charge. I've never had a service department do that. I would appreciate that changing. But really nice people working there!!

Just started using thier service department about a year ago. These guys are very friendly, and if they don't know the answer to a question, they go above and beyond to find the answer. I probably pay a little bit more, but feel more comfortable than using a quick lube. A+ guys. Keep up the great work, and I'll be back soon!

VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!! Drove down from St Louis to purchase new 2023 Sierra Denali Ultimate from this dealer. One of the salesman scratched the truck down to the metal pulling it out of the garage. They offered to paint it and take $2,000.00 off the price which I declined. Didn't feel right driving off the lot in a $90,000.00 vehicle that had been damaged before I ever set behind the wheel. In addition to that I would of had to bring it to a garage and be without for a week while it was being fixed. I found another truck outside of Des Moines, IA exactly like it. I now have to buy a plane ticket and fly to Des Moines to get my truck due to the fact the color I want is hard to find. I'm now out $150.00 in car rental, $60.00 in fuel and $230.00 in a plane ticket plus and additional day because of a carless mistake the dealership made. I called today to see if they would throw in some GM accessories for my time and they declined. Would of been extremely easy to make this right but I guess a few hundred dollars was not in their budget. If you're purchasing 2023 White Sierra Denali Ultimate make sure you get the $2,000.00 off they offered me. The back passenger side door has already been damaged!!

The customer service I experienced was subpar. There was little to no communication when it came to fixing my car. I had to call up repeatedly to check on the progress of my car. When picking my car up, I had to walk around the parking lot in the dark to find it. I will not be back.

I am updating my review as this place does not deserve 5 stars, nor any in my opinion. We were super happy with our buying experience with Luke, he was excellent, friendly and informational. Best car BUYING experience I've had. But since then Luke has left the dealership. I ordered over $1000 in accessories for my 2024 Terrain. I was informed that it usually only take a week or two to get the accessories in. Mind you this was BEFORE the UAW went on strike. After nearly a month and a half and no word from the lady I ordered the accessories through (Ellen) I decided to contact her regarding my stuff. I got a text back that said they "didn't have my order yet". She informed me that she didn't get a reason from the parts department. I politely asked her to fill me in when she had more information. Two weeks go by and I never got any information back on my missing accessories. I went into the dealership to pick up my plate last week and asked a gentleman (Michael) to check on the status of my accessories. He came back and told me that "the accessories were in and had been for a while". I was upset about the lack of comminication and lack of investigation on Ellens part because i could have got my accessories anywhere AND installed them myself, but i had such a great buying experience i was trying to do her a favor so shed get commission on the sale. Michael promptly went back and got and installed my floor liners. Being as I live nearly an hour away I was pretty disappointed that I had to make yet another trip up to get the rest of my things. I made an appointment for 9 am this morning. All that had to be done was installation of a hood deflector and in-channel window deflectors as well as new key fobs with auto start. I sat in the waiting room for nearly 2 and a half hours before I went to the parts counter to figure out what the hold up was. The parts manager told me that the car wasn't originally programmed for auto start and something had to be sent to their computer to complete the job. After another 10 minutes I was called to pay for my stuff and pick up my car. I was told "they are gonna pull it around" I stood outside waiting for my car for another 10 minutes and finally the guy who helped me Friday came and asked if I needed anything. Mind you I was visibly pissed at this point from the compounding issues I'd experienced and there were a number of employees who saw it. Not a one asked if they could help me, not a one sincerely apologized for any inconveniences, with the exception of Michael. Michael did not make a cent of commission off of me and he was the only person who acted like they gave a damn. When I did get my vehicle from the parts guy I didn't even get an explanation on how to utilize my auto start. I had to ask Michael. I am absolutely appalled by this dealerships lack of customer service AFTER they made a sale. I feel like I was lied to and BS'd around. I really have no respect for that. I guess because I didn't spend $70k+ on a new vehicle my money wasn't important. I would not recommend this location if you want any kind of customer service. I will not be back to this location for anything except for any issues with my vehicle that fall under the extended warranty I purchased.

Above and beyond service. ALL employees happy and smiling. Positive interactions with staff while waiting during service. Price point for services are perfect. Explaining your vehicle s rendered services or needed service is a personalized and positive experience. The mechanical technicians are expertly trained. My vehicle has never ran better. Allowing me to enjoy my driving experience with confidence of repair, upkeep and maintenance.

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I came in looking for a new truck and they had exactly what I wanted. The use car manager Chris Thompson gave me a phenomenal price on my trade in while the new car manager Tripp Purdom gave me the deal of the century. Tiffany in finance got me in and out and explained everything perfectly. She couldn't have done a better job. Outstanding service!!! Why go anywhere else when you have a dealership like Larry Stovesand's. Everybody was so friendly there. Luke Braden and Nick Rolens kept me entertained while I waited. Very friendly staff. Would give a perfect 11/10 if Google would let me. Don't go anywhere else. Come here first! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you staff at Larry Stovesand BUICK GMC!

I have a 2003 Tahoe, the 4 wheel encoder motor was faulty, they charged me $450+ for OEM part. The part had Dorman printed on it, after market part. Looked it up .. $200+ at AutoZone and O'Reilly's. Charged $600 labor.... excessive about of labor. Had my vehicle 7 weeks, had to stop twice and get answers. Would be nice to get some of my labor charges back. I received the ultimate customer service from Luke that anyone would want to receive when doing something as stressful as shopping for a new car. Not only did Luke have knowledge about vehicles in general and the vehicle I did end up purchasing, He also interacted with my 13 month old son, which shows his character and how much he cares about his customers. I couldn t have been more pleased or received better customer service anywhere else. I from now on will continue my business here and want to Thank Luke again for everything!

Bought a Toyota Highlander about 2 weeks ago, and I m still in love! WAYNE was my car salesman and he was perfect! My mom and I had driven All around that day looking at vehicles and we hadn t come across anyone that really seemed like they wanted to sell something to us! I had my sights set on this particular vehicle and he showed me literally everything. Every bell and whistle, he went over the whole car! I was honestly impressed with how much he knew about it. I just wanted to get on here and brag about him and let you all know, you have a great worker on hand. I also am impressed by the lifelong car washes btw

We could not believe the wonderful experience we had in purchasing our 2023 Buick Envision. From buying through text and email messages with Ellen and Chris through the in-person visit to complete the transaction, the whole experience was exceptional! I had an upper and lower radiator hose replaced and coolant flush. I was aware of the cost of the coolant flush and requested it. However I was not aware that the upper hose would be 200 dollars. That s a 30 dollar hose at any parts store . You upcharged me on the hose and to add insult to injury you charged 2.5 hours labor while you were flushing the system. 745 dollars . This should have been discussed with me Pryor to the repair. I m not happy with your new service manager. Your Pryor manager would have discussed this extravagant price. Admittedly this type of practice makes you more money but looses loyal GM customers.

Went in for an oil change and I would give five stars every time but I always have oily hand prints all over my steering wheel and driver door panel. This time, I had it on my seat also. Literally takes 1 minute to wipe it off.
