Over all they are a fair bunch of People and conduct a decent business.Prices are fair no complaint there.Parts are a bit scares as they DO NOT have the part I need 70% of the time.I am the owner of Ralf's Automotive and am always looking for something, I use allot of salvage parts. I think over the years they might have got a bit lazy almost to the point where it is starting to feel like they don't care if they sell a part or not.I would give 3 1/2 Stars if possible.PS: If you are a non smoker be prepared to walk into a room full of smoke. Good awful in there, but that is none of my business.

I've owned a car business in Clarksville, Tn and dealt with a ton of different companies. I love dealing with Lane Road. Good parts and fair prices. Wish they were closer to us! Integrity Auto Sales says go here if you are anywhere near them!

Everyone there is great but the guy that's bald with no eyebrows, sort of like a body builder guy, he's a moron, an he thinks he's a know it all, but there prices are extremely fair, an great service.

This was a wonderful place, we were helped by Steve and he was so awesome! He was honest with us and very helpful. Being that I am a woman, it's hard to trust people but he was nothing but helpful! Will absolutely use this establishment in the future if we need anything for our vehicles. We ordered a new part BTW so if you have a need for new parts they get them at a discounted price and had the best price, by far, that we were able to find. Thank you Steve for all of your help!!

Fair pricing and good parts. If I'm ever needing a part from a scrapyard I call these guys first. I included pictures of my parts run today was able to find a dash fascia for my impala in near perfect shape and matching color. (Hard to do they tend to break very easily)

They have a huge selection of almost anything you need. Prices are great also. When I was pregnant about a year and a half ago I went to get just a simple gas cap for my car and they found an impala and pulled it for me free of charge. They've always been so nice every time I've done business with them and help however they can.

Terry saved me a couple of fenders for my car from one he had that was going top be crushed. I could not get to the shop for a couple of weeks as I live up north, they were sitting there when I arrived and were perfect, included the liners! Thanks Terry! BTW very reasonable pricing.

Was sold two cars and one of them made it 2.4 miles to the gas station and blew up. Was told they d make it right by either giving me an engine or giving me my money back for the car and that was as far as it went.

What a great feeling to know there are still many decent people in this crazy world we live in today . I can personally tell you there is a bunch of them at Lane Road Auto Salvage . They were nothing but helpful and professional and I am so glad I have had to do business with them and will do so again in the future . I highly recommend doing business with larry , Paul and his entire staff there .

Told me a week out they had my part same color the day before pickup they inform me they have the part but different color so get the part it's in bad shape clearcoat peeled off to much work involved so take the part back in 2 hrs charged me 15.00 re stocking fee....A friend of mine goes the next day to pull a part and he sees the exact same vehicle as mine in good shape with all 3 of the parts I orginally called for....Never get me again....

They didn't seem to know what vehicles they had or what parts they may have available on the vehicle if they did have requested vehicle and pretty much didn't know where the vehicle might be located if they did know any of the prior information. I think business must be good for them to show no more interest in helping a customer whom they don't know wouldn't bring them plenty more business were they worth the investment.

I got a 2006 White Chevy Aveo from here about a year and half ago, VERY nice car and in great shape. Looking for a license plate light replacement right now hopefully I can find one there. I recommend this place if you are looking for car parts for your vehicle.

Good guy's running this place. Really good guy's working here pulling parts and fixing cars. They've always been fair with me on parts and on buying my salvage cars. I call them first always if they don't have it they usually can tell you who does.

Great place for auto parts. They were very helpful and helped me get what I needed for my jeep. Great guys for sure. Will use them for any jeep parts in the future. Highly recommend this place.

Just bought.a set of aftermarket wheels and Michelin tires 65% tread for $100It pays to look around and ask prices when ppl will work with you and are fair up front and honest ppl.I will.be going back again

I really wish that I didn't even have to give them one star. The service guy who answered the phone told me they had 3 parts that I need and it would be ready by Saturday. My husband and I drove from Illinois to find out they only had one part and it wasn't ready . The guy who answered the phone apparently doesn't listen or write important stuff down . This is such a bogus business it's hard to believe they have been open 25 years .

Had the part pull the part and was ready to stay open just a little bit after closed so I can get that part best place to go for your salvage needs
