This collision shop is highly rated and for good reason. I had an AMAZING experience with them repairing my front bumper. I honestly think it may possibly have came out better than what it looked like before it had the damage They also detailed the outside of my car and that came with the repair which was AWESOME! My car looked brand new at pick up. THANK YOU Jason s collision center! We are so impressed with your work. Job well done

Went in for an estimate and fixed my car on the spot for a mere fraction of what I thought it would cost!Excellent customer service!!Very helpful, pleasant, and took the time to explain things to my 81 yo mother which goes a long way in my book.Thank you Jeff for all your help!

I had bad experience with this company once, but I figured I'd give them another shot they've improved since I last used them clearly. The driver was awesome and did a great job. He was in and out. Huge thanks

This place is the BEST! They helped me reattach and secure my bumper that was hanging off on a road trip FREE OF COST. Every employee I interacted with was kind and gracious and they snapped into action to help me. They have a gorgeous bathroom and a cute office Labrador. Could not recommend this place MORE! Give them the business they have EARNED!

Service was awesome! The folks that I dealt with were very helpful during a very stressful time. The work on our vehicle was done properly and in a timely fashion.I would highly recommend.

Went there to put an application in . Had a talk with them said they were hiring and in the middle of everything an old application that I had put in elsewhere came through so I took the job at the other place called them and let them know that I did maybe I can still work with them on my days off hopefully everybody there is nice and polite and willing to work with everyone if this job doesn't pan out good I will definitely be back to take up a position with their crew.

Ok I'm a little clumsy and forgetful and jaysons is the fastest road side assistance tow truck in the business with well trained drivers that got me into 2 different vehicles on 3 occasions within a 2 week period. They have always been much faster then estimated at arrival times and a pleasure to do business with.

All of the associates were very approachable and considerate. The team members catered to my individualized needs/wants. They also got the job done in a timely manner with updates on the status of my repair! This was a true definition of customer satisfaction. Will return in the future!

Just picked up my car today and I m so pleased with the work done to repair the damage from a rear end collision! Chris kept me well informed on the work and progress. Working with them was a great experience! Highly recommend!!

We had Jason s tow after we broke down. Michael was a complete life saver. He recommended an alignment shop, that ended up saving is almost 600$. Everything was done quick and had an awesome attitude. Thank you so much!!

My father had his car towed from a wreck this Sunday. The following day we went to retrieve his belongings. The staff was friendly and easy to get along with. The thing that could have turned into an issue was the large dent on the opposite side than the wreck. We couldn't figure it out at first. See a balck SUV ran a red light and hit him in the driver's side. We finally noticed a red dent in his white van matched the white dent on the red car parked beside it. Yup, they struck another car with his when unloading. We were blessed that the car was considered totaled two days later or we could have had an issue with this. So I wouldn't say don't use them. The ones we dealt with were nice... just keep an eye out in case a driver for them adds damage is all.

I ve used them and they did okay body work. Whoever did it smoked in my car and I remember that. However they have a very unprofessional employee named Junior. He is affecting my job my business and flips me off in the Jason s collision company truck. So I will never do business there again and will never recommend that business to my customers again. So at this time I can t recommend this business.Service: Body & Trim

Michael and his team at Jason's Collision have been my absolute heroes EVERY time I've had to use their services. They were sent to me though my AAA roadside assistance. From 2017 all the way up to today they have always gone above and beyond to help me. I recently had a major breakdown with my truck and during this Covid crisis money was tight. I had to be careful with every penny. Before I got it to a garage to get checked out, Michael offered to take a look at it and see if it was something they could fix. It wasn't, but they gave me a garage recommendation and helped me get it towed back and forth several times in one week. Even though my phone had been smashed, and I couldn't make calls, they worked with me by messaging through Facebook and never made me feel like I was a burden during the entire arduous process. Early this spring I got my truck and my little pull behind wagon stuck in the mud one day. The guy they sent called his family to bring their own person vehicle to get me out because the tow truck couldn't reach it safely. They are the most professional AND compassionate team! When your vehicle is in trouble, that's what you need, because for most of us having transportation is a LIFELINE! I will be sharing this on all platforms that I can because they deserve it. If you have the choice, choose Jason's Collision Center! THANKS GUYS <3

Jason , Chris and all the guys there are truly a professional group, They do awesome repairs and make my car look better then it was before. If you are looking for someone that will take care of your repairs after an accident then go to these guys, They will make sure it's done right the first time.

Paducah Resident2009 Black Audi A8August 2015 and December 2015I have done business with Jason's Collisions on two occasions and I have come away more impressed after each experience independently and collectively. First I would like to provide individual recognition to, Chris. Chris seems to have his hands in every aspect of the business operations at Jason's. Chris is honest, straight forward, extremely knowledgeable about his industry, and what they can and cannot do. What I admire the most about Chris is his integrity and his commitment to not overstating the expectations. Chris has been my primary contact on both jobs completed by Jason's and I will not hesitate to rely on his expertise in any future circumstances requiring their services and skill-set.My first encounter with Jason's was for a simple patch job that really was not a very big deal, but again, this is where the integrity comes in. Chris and his peers probably could have looked really hard at the vehicle and due to their trained eye, found several little issues that could or could not have been related to the actual concern of mine and written a very expensive estimate, $300-$400, to fix this issue. Instead Chris examined it, for a few minutes and told me on the spot, "not a big deal we can have it fixed by the afternoon when you get off work." Cost me less than $100. I told him I would never forget it and the concern I had over the vehicle was for naught. It looked like new.My second experience with Jason's was shortly after Thanksgiving 2015. Someone backed into my car, 2009 Audi A8, and caused some minor to mid level damage to the rear-bumper and tail lights. I knew immediately after seeing the damage that if Jason's was willing to take the job that they would be doing the work. I took the car to the shop the following Monday after Thanksgiving. Spoke with Chris and got the ball rolling. Now between dealing with the other parties insurance company and rental car company, my stress levels were higher than they typically are at work, and my job stresses me out to no end. Chris instead of showing frustration with me, as I was struggling to gather information from the insurance company on what exactly they were doing; instead Chris showed patience and exorcised understanding and empathy to my situation. The process took longer than anyone would have wanted for reasons beyond Jason's control but I never doubted that when I received the car back, it would look fantastic.Sure enough, after nearly three weeks of being without my "child" Chris let's me know that the car is done. I returned to Jason's the afternoon of December 23rd to see that the job completed by Jason's exceeded my expectations. Not only did they repair everything that was damaged, but some work that they could have charged extra for, specifically re-tinting my tail lights, they did not charge extra for and made them look better than before. They also replaced a burned out day time runner in my front without charging me extra.I have given Chris the lions share of credit throughout this post, and he has earned it; but the truth is that everyone who was involved in getting me back into my vehicle on both occasions deserves credit for an outstanding job. As long as I am in this area, Jason's will be my first choice for any work needed on my vehicles, specifically the opinion of Chris.Before you go anywhere else, talk to Chris or the people at Jason's. IF you have already spoken with someone else; talk with Jason's before signing the line. You are doing yourself a disservice by not giving them the opportunity to have an opinion on your vehicle concerns.Thank you, Chris and to the entire team at Jason's!

Absolutely horrible service. I called at 8:45 a.m. and was told the tow truck would be there at 9:30 a.m. and they did not show up until 11:30 while I had to sit there in the heat of the day. No one from the business even bothered to call while I waited the entire time. I would've and should've called a different company such as Randy's Body Shop towing and then the driver of the truck had an attitude the entire time. Go somewhere else for your service

I m from Florida come through Paducah Kentucky ivery unhappy with these people Said they would be here at seven called AAA and mike told the lady 8 o clock is now 8:10 No-show no call what a business If I could I give them a rating of zero very unsatisfied
