I come here quite often to fill up. Unfortunately I doubt I'll be back much. The credit card company has my non-chip card screwed up as a chip. Used to I could put it in 3 times and it'd fall back to swipe. They have now changed it to where if your chip doesn't work they will not accept it. So basically the money I spend here is not good enough for them. So goodbye from a Hucks Rewards member and paying customer

Was not greeted, the womens estrooms are disgusting! Two cashiers were too involved in something else as we waited to check out. The only positive thing, they had stocked coolers

The employees at this store have always been very nice to me. The service is why I keep coming back to buy food and gas. Keep up those smile and great personalities. It does make a difference.

I want to Highly Commend whomever does the Hiring for their Employees! I stopped in this Evening After a Grueling Day. I Work in Healthcare down the road. A Tall Lean Handsome Young Man waited on me at the Food Side of the Store after running the Register as well. He Appeared to be Working Alone but this Young Man maintained Everything with at least 10 people in the store. He took the Time to Answer My Questions regarding the Different Meats for purchase. He allowed me to check for Freshness in a kind and Courteous Way all while people were lining up but he showed no Anxiety and that was impressive! Then He motioned me over to the Cash Register where people were lining up and a Lady jumped in front of me. He kindly motioned for me to come to the front and rang up my Purchases. I Have been in Healthcare for 30 Years and work with the Public Consistently. This Young Man Handled Everyone with such ease and professionalism although there were many. This Again was Extremely Impressive! There are Three others, a Young Lady on Sunday Mornings and a Young African American Young Man that works the Deli and a Shorter Much Stockier Built Young Man with longer Hair. These Three other Young People Exemplify Kindness and Courteous when they are Working. I don't know these individuals by their names but just be assured that whomever Hired these Young People Must Have a Fantastic Discernment for others. Appreciatively, Laura Hicks.... Went in to simply get a fountain drink, the entire counter top is sticky and covered in various colors, all the cups are empty with a HUGE unopened box of fountain cups just sat in the floor. 3 different employees I seen with Hucks gear on Chick at the counter is laid over the count top on her phone, Goofy looking guy that's always there is smoking out side and then come in on his phone loud enough that everyone can hear it, and the third guy keeps following what I assume is his friend around. This place has gone way down hill and I feel like I need a shower just walking in there because it was Filthy.

This is a pretty consistent store location. It is very conveniently placed close to town, but outside of the Mall area chaos.Their donuts are great, their Godfather's Pizza is a whole other story I shared on another post. If you haven't signed up for their rewards app, you are really missing out. The app is amazing....lots of savings and lots of free drink and snack opportunities.

What s the point in having a drive thru if no one answers it. Just sat here for 20 mins and employees just walking around staring at me with the window wide open. This happens every time I try coming through here. This place sucks

Huck's is truly blessed. You know how you can get something , say to drink and it tastes so much better from one place than it does the other, when they serve the exact same thing? This is how you KNOW a place I blessed, bc the food and beverages tastes so good. Everything is so much better at Huck's. In my opinion. You get more food for your buck as well. It isn't JUST about the taste but the price. Huck's shares their blessings as well, and I like that. Kudos!!

I hit them up on my way home from work on occasion. It's usually an in and out operation. I get the wraps if I grab something to eat and I would rate them about a 6/10. They could be better

My wife and I are regular customers. We usually get good service when we are there. Tonight, I went in to pick up Pizzas for my family. The cashier, I believe her name was Janet, seemed less than friendly. She seemed to have an attitude and was very condescending. Most of the time, depending on the time of day, the employees usually are friendly. It was as though she was stiff and surly. The pizza was great though.

The employees do not deliver customer service at all. I used to manage a large country wide truck stop for 15 years and have never seen such poor customer service than this location. Expired coffee for 6 hours or more and when you request fresh coffee they refuse to make any and give you attitude saying it's company policy, which I doubt as the health dept would say otherwise. Used to get all my fuel, drinks, and beverages there everyday sometimes three times daily. I'm taking all my business down the street to five star at least their product is fresh, the establishment is clean, and they are very friendly.

The restrooms are always dirty. I come in almost everyday and I've seen the bathroom floor never gets mopped. They are always out of something or out of order. The staff is too lazy to clean the restrooms. I mean there is toilet paper all over the floors and just plain nasty. Please make sure your staff cleans the restrooms everyday. Other than that, the staff are friendly.

I only have 1 negative comment for this location. When I am en route to work they usually don't have coffee ready between 3:30 and 4:00 am. Other than that this place had great staff, is clean, and had a good amount of stock.

This is ridiculous, breakfast is never made , given the casheiers are usually polite but the floors and equipment and drink machines are always dirty, my husband went in there this morning at 430 to get me a snack before I dropped him off the the cheesecake he grabbed me had no date and the worst fowl smell after I opened it. This place is right by the mall I can't see why this place is so horrible, someone is definitely not doing there job when every morning I come it there's no food, no toilet paper, the windshield cleaner is dirty , I'm getting over charges for drinks since they dint have normal cups in stock and now I've almost been poisoned. I will officially be taking my business elsewhere having to drive out of my way. This is the absolute worst gas station in Paducah. I've been to old broke down gas stations on south side that are luxury compared to this far below average disappointment. For the nice neighborhood that this store is in with all the businesses around ? Below average , I expect better from a hucks in that nice and busy of a location .

Some of the females are nice but majority of the employees are so dam rude. I've always had problems with the men at this location, it needs better staff members or to be shut down, it's a good location and have good food but they're absolutely ridiculous the way they speak to people. Absolutely rude, don't recommend this gas station to travelers or anyone.

Women's restroom completely put of TP, soap, and hand towels. When I brought it to the attention of the clerk the response was, "we're trying". Uh? dude....no one is in the store. There are two of you. Go put a couple of rolls of TP in the bathroom. Not rocket science.

Quick in and out used the pay at the pump option. No interaction with the employees. The parking lot was clean and spacious.

Like all other hucks, it is just above par on service provided and every one the employee interactions are helpful, making the experience worth looking for the next Hucks that in on your travels.

I BEG YOU ALL PLEASE DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM HERE. Was getting a couple Quiznos sandwich and as im watching the ladys make our sandwichs, cus it's hard not to while you are waiting for it standing there, and I'm seeing these girls with there gloves on that they plan to wear and use to make my sandwichs. I start to see one lady scrach her nose with her intex finger, I see scraching oh the head and them both just fiddelimg with there clothes, one moved a garbage can out of her way, then the last straw, one girls sticks her index finger down the back of her pants no not on the outside, inside. Yep I and the gentleman behind me asked for our money back. I am not going to get any cross contamination or any deathly sickness from there. I've worked for Subway for a long time my stomach was turning I'd never ever do that to another human. ewwws just eww..

Wanted a LG. Cup of ice, the charge .73 cents. The cup with ice and soda .94 cents. 5 star on the other hand is .37 cents for a LG cup of ice. Sry Hucks you just lost my business, 5 star from now on.
