They do a great job and are fast.... they used to be a five star place. The reason I dropped to 4 is now they make suggestions on other products for your car(just like the chain lube places.) They have suggested an air filter the last 3 oil changes, the last time, it was as white as the day they last replaced it!

I've been taking my vehicles here for over 7 years now, never had any issues. I work for a small business here in Paduach they sent me to Havoline with 55 dollars for an oil change. Well that was not enough the oil change was 57.12 which is fine whatever but it just so happened I didn t have my wallet to pay the extra 2 dollars and 12 cents but I did have winning scratch off ticket instead of letting me drive my work car leaving the 55 dollars cash with them and bringing back $2.12 they made me walk to the store over 2 dollars great customer service.Service: Oil change

I would not recommend for any woman or man who doesn't know enough about automotive vehicles to patron this establishment. Not only do they rack up your bill ,but they also start a job they know they cannot complete because they are not trained or well enough equipped to finish a simple oil change on a European or exotic vehicle . I would expect to be notified before the oil is drained and replaced that the establishment cannot remove the oil filter or even have a new one in stock. And rather finish the job, reset the oil light and charge me with out a sincere apology or to even take responsibility for the misinformation and poor service. Pretty disappointing, I'm sure they would not wish for their family members to be offered such service. Clearly not a sincere family owned establishment .

I've been taking my car to the BMW dealership for maintenance, thinking they surely would take care of my car properly. Evidently I was wrong! The guys here showed me my air filter..it was the original one from 2003!!!! It was falling to pieces. They changed my oil, changed my wiper blades, and added coolant. I was going to get a tire plugged there as well but unfortunately the kind of tires on my car can not be plugged safely. They showed me my options of purchasing some, but I'm shopping around before I make a big purchase. They were very friendly, very professional and very informative. And they were lot cheaper than the dealership!! I'll be returning for sure and highly recommending them to others!!

Amazing service every time. I call 5 minutes ahead, and pull right in for an oil change. Only takes 10 minutes and they also wash the windshield. Free popcorn in the waiting room and the workers are so friendly. I always changed my own oil until pressed for time and brought it to Havoline. They do it for only a few more dollars than it costs me myself and 20 minutes faster and I don't get dirty. Always go to Havoline for any auto maintenance!

If u want to be lazy and don't care how much u spend on an oil change $$$$, then thus is the place for u. They are quick....just tooo pricey...I'll stick to my little ma and pop places, at least I'd be able to get my oil changed and still get a meal with the amount I paid today.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We were recently on a trip from Florida to Wisconsin when Our vehicle battery light went on. We barely got off the exit at Paducah when the car died. The AAA tow truck driver determined it was probably an alternator issue and recommended we take it here for repair. They got us right in, found a replacement alternator, installed it and had us back on the road within a couple of hours. This father and son operation provided us with a very positive experience. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Nice experience, friendly people. I wasn't in a mood to drive elsewhere as it was hot outside, but wished they had offered to match a competitive coupon or something for me even to ask about it. Ended up spending 100 with them.

Agree with the comment below. My wife went in their for an oil change and she knows nothing about cars and she came out of there with $188 bill. This included oil change, windshield wiper blades, and air filters. I blame myself cause I let my wife go there b herself, but these guys are crooks. And if your wondering.... nope the windshield wiper blades were not magical and did not make rainbows appear off in the distance when using them. Everything that was done to the car was standard. This wasn't even synthetic oil.

So pricey, they don t tell you how much before the do the job, I change oil in other places for 45$ they charged me 85$ for the same service

They work fast but didn't care they spilled oil on my engine causing it to smoke till it burned off it was days of smell
