We were in the process of relocating Walker Stone and had a trailer loaded with granite. The truck driver brought the granite to our new location on Old Mayfield Rd and because it was after 5 he decided to leave the loaded trailer for us to unload later. Minutes after he left the trailer leg sank into the pavement. These guys came to our rescue and lifted the trailer up and stayed with us holding it up with slings until we got it unloaded. They were so nice and saved us! Not one slab was broken!

Stopped by to see how quick they could replace my serpentine belt. I live down the road. I told the man I probably couldn't drive it there since there was no power steering or much battery life because of the broken belt. About 45 minutes later a mechanic from there showed up. He had a new belt and a bag of tools. 15 minutes or less the new belt was on. Vehicle runs great. Nice owner and employees. Thanks

While I've never actually had any work done there, I've had some level of business dealings with several people that work there and they're all solid people. They seem to be booked on a constant basis, which is good. People don't leave their cars at mechanics that don't do the job right. I would recommend them. Tell them the ice cream truck driver sent you.

Don't waste your time dropped my truck off they kept for a week never opened the hood never called me to tell me anything don't waste your time with these people they lie!!

Awesome service and they got me in fast to change my alternator belt, when no one else could get me in. even gave me a ride home instead of having to wait a couple hours. Felt like family there ..I appreciate the good help. Just waiting to get a call to go and pick up my car. Def will be back to give them my business

I don't have a van because of these "mechanics". They put too much oil in the engine which caused it to throw a rod. Very negligent and lazy "work" to stand behind. Would give zero stars if I could.In response to the ownerYou said there was an oil leak which gummed up the alternator. So you didn't put oil in it knowing there was a leak? Both times you worked on it, it was towed in because it wasn't drivable, unable to start so how was there a knock? And if you knew there was a knock why didn't you call and tell us? You didn't call us and tell us you hear a knock like you advertise. No only when you were told the van left us all 3 (my son included) stranded on the interstate did you say anything to us about the engine not sounding right. What happened to the so called "warranty" you also advertise? Or is that just what you say to callers get business?

This place is awesome!!! Has fixed my car more than once and didn't even charge me a couple times. When I first got my car the security system kept locking up on it, it was towed to this shop twice and fixed with no charge! Another time I took it to fix the muffler problem and was done within a couple hours and hardly charged anything!!!! Will recommend highly! If I have any future problems they will be who I take my car too!!! I even had my lawn mower towed there to have fixed

My son's car was mistakingly towed to Harper's garage by anothother towing company. The owner and mechanic was a big help, they mover car so it could be accessable for us to pick up later and help get into nutral when it was stuck in gear. When I offer to pay for there time they would not take it. We need more repair shops like this

I was very pleased with the service I received. They have replaced and/or serviced brakes, headlights and numerous other things on my vehicles. They are always prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced. I will continue to take my vehicles to them.

Lynn and another mechanic came over within minutes of calling them. They diagnosed it then towed it for us. We are out of town so kinda stranded but Lynn gave us his number if we have any issues while in town and he also gave us a ride to the hotel. Very kind people and will go out of their way to help you!!

My boyfriend and I had broke down and was living in our truck 340 miles from home we didn't know what we were going to do or how to get home. We simply did not have the funds to fix the truck or haul it back. Harper's Truck and Auto was a savior for us. Out of the goodness of their hearts they had donated a replacement rear end and some parts as well for us to get it moving down the road again. They also let us bring our truck by the shop put it on their lift to finish making it roadworthy and safe. They put shop time, employee hours, parts in it for us. The only thing they wanted was to help out and see us be able to make it home. We are now home and am ever so greatful and could never be able to show enough thanks. I recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with an honest and compitente company who sees people through to the end. Working with them has restored some of our faith in mankind and has made us realize that not everyone out there is just for themselves. A HUGE thanks to Harper's Truck And Auto, your the best. Amazing group, they got my car done sooner than expected and a great rate. They earned my trust, though I hope I don't have to use them too much but they will have my business for life if I ever do need work done, GREAT JOB GUYS and GAL!!!

Hard to find a place that stands behind their work anymore. This place is one of the few left, very friendly, knowledgeable, and up front about what's going on. I highly recommend them if you need a tow or a repair done to your car or truck they will take care of you.

My name is lorrie and my husband is Jimmy's. We were headed to Colorado in October of last year. When our alternator went out on our F150 xl pickup truck. If it wasn't for the man and his employees were would have been stranded for several days. They did the most amazing thing by helping us.

Went to pick up a U-Haul. Had to wait 20 mins as they were not open on time. The man was rude and complained the entire time he was doing my paperwork.

On February 1, 2023 there was a ice storm one of the trucks pulled up a guy asked me did I need help I said yes please he said I m gonna go up this hill and help the person who called and then I will be back to help well it took him a hour I saw him and he left called the company she told me he had to go around cause there was other cars at the other end well long story short that was at 11:25 a.m when I called and they still haven t showed up and it s 8:11 p.m horrible horrible service

Last week my daughter accedently put diesel on her vehicle and we had to call several shops and nobody wanted to do it but Harpers were the only ones that would do it and the service was fast and friendly we recomend it. Thank you satisfied custumer 100%

The guys down at Harper's went above and beyond to help us get back on the road after we had a bad experience at another shop in metropolis we can't thank them enough for al that they did for us . Hats off to Len Harper and his crew. If you are in need of a Mechanic and in the Paducah Kentucky area Harper's is the best place to go

I was having trouble with my A/C in my car so I pulled up and the guys took care of the problem by depressurrizing the system on the spot. Works prefect and it's colder than ever-white charger-
