I pay unlimited for best wash each month and it never is clean! I just left got on the highway straight home on a beautiful day walk around my car and this is how it looks! Pitiful job lately every time for the price of the best wash they have! Pretty sad I m a single older woman on limited income who just wants a clean vehicle! Bug guts nasty wheels scratches from the tire shine section in my wheels headlights dirty fender welds etc can go on !!!!

I am beyond upset that I spent $25 and drove away with my car looking the way it did. I was super excited because this is my new car & I wanted to go above and beyond with the wash.. but this is so disappointing. I will never return here. The more I look at my car, I get more upset. I dont expect perfection, but I do expect to get $25 worth of a car wash, and this is as if I went to an old raggedy place with no extras.

I never have any good luck with this car wash I accidentally signed up for unlimited washes and they wouldn t help me unsubscribe. Then it ripped my tire cover off and no one will answer there phone. No one wants to work anymore and they just want free money from us

When they brushed your grill and window it helped 100% to have a chance of a clean front end. However, they don't take pride in their service anymore and it shows !Downsizing has been their downfall and Southside Paducah management has gone backwards since the new management took over !I used to give these establishments 5 stars but, with all businesses, cut backshave lowered their standards !Sorry but truth is offensive to most but training and hiring could really benefit all businesses today !Pictures are after 2 washes back to back !

Customer service was fine (employees are friendly) but the QUALITY of the car wash system and services is extremely poor. I paid $12 for a wash and it didn t remove anything the rain did a better job at washing my car. The only positive out of the entire experience is knowing where not to go anymore for a car wash.

We use this car wash often. Staff always have a smile on their face and work hard. We purchased the $30.00 a month wash club. It is well worth the cash!I can go through once a day and vacuums are free. They also supply free cleaning products and towels.I highly recommend using this facility if keeping your vehicle clean is a priority for you.

Their employees working outside who assisted us paying for our carwash, intentionally signed us up for continuous monthly unlimited carwashes 3 times WITHOUT permission! Each time I requested the $10 basic wash + $5 unlimited for the next 30 days only! They offered us a $5 off coupon, which I accepted, but when they entered our selection on the kiosk, they selected $17.99 monthly reoccurring WITHOUT asking us or telling us on 3 separate occasions!!First I contacted the company and no reply. Next, I went back to Paducah and talked to the supervisor twice, where all 3 of these unauthorized charges occured. He confirmed the charges on his computer and turned in a request for the refunds, at our first meeting.This has been going on for months, still no refunds and no reply from anyone!Check your statements!My patience is running out very fast!!

Will never return! The car wash doesnt get your car clean and it ripped off my taillight cover and they would not fix it. I know several people who have had damage from this car wash and they didnt pay to get it fixed. Only reason they got 1 star is because 0 isnt an option. Be prepared to pay when their equipment damages your car

Never get my car clean, especially the back. Pay for the manager's special, but the equipment doesn't even work half the time, so you're not getting what you pay for.

Paid $21 12-29-23 for a car wash, tire shine, etc the only thing semi clean on the car is the doors the rest is just as dirty as when I went. Tires were not touched.

Car still had dirt marks all over after using the wash. Pretty much had to use their spray and towels to hand wash my car in the parking lot. Had to move to several different vaccuums to find one that works. Do better!

Scratched all the way down my truck and dented passengers side and my mirror was scratched on the face. I made a claim and was never contacted. I called today and within an hour they said they reviewed the footage and they didn t do the damage. Because the way their brushes turn it couldn t have scratched it. The attendant said it happens often was probably a small piece of metal stuck in the brushes. I was assured it would be taken care of and it was not.

A little busy and a little expensive. $25 for a one time car wash seems steep. Bottom price is reasonably cheap but you get much less. Even with the expensive package it left a lot of water on the car and dried into water spots.

Love this place its tops. I use to be a monthly customer but the monthly prices, although if you use it often is cheap overall but for a few times it's not worth it

The people and general experience is good. The vacuums are much better now that they have new ones. 2 people can vacuum at the same time! Air fresheners are available for free, alongside window and all-purpose cleaners and microfiber cloths. Get the monthly package and you can get your car washed as much as you want. My 4 out of 5 stars is because the entire cleaning system always misses the license plate area of my car and the overhead dryer misses drying the windshield.

Visited the car wash as normal last week, when they left their podium unattended right next to the gate with incoming cars. While waiting for the car in front of me to pull forward, said podium falls over on my car resulting in deep scratches. 5 days later their incident department comes back stating that it was an "act of god" and they will not cover any damages but stated I was welcome to take them to small claims. After the company sent me an email I attempted to contact their customer service to discuss, only to find my number blocked. I reached out via 3 other phones on the same plan to confirm. Hopefully small claims will cover my supplies to wash at home from now on.

I always enjoying cleaning my car at finish line but they scheduled a mowing company at 4pm on a Saturday, while I was cleaning my car grass was flying in my car. I moved spots repeatedly and still had grass fly in my car while I was cleaning it. Made no sense to schedule a mowing company on a busy Saturday in the middle of the day. Had to leave in the middle of cleaning my car, how convenient.

Used to be great. Now the vacuums are messed up half the time or nasty. Pay $20 for their best wash which is supposed to dry your car with rollers are the end. It hasn t the past 2 times. 1st time I went thru twice. Second time for free. Worker said it wasn t working. I saw it working today, still didn t dry my car. Idk what I m paying for then.Service: Vacuuming

Finish line is a good place to wash your car however there are time when I don't get everything that I pay for. For instance I have the Gold package and I don't always get the tire shine. Previously gave 5 stars but recently they have stopped using a power washer on the front and back end of the vehicle. The wash is no longer as good as it once was due to this change. I will still use their services but this is disappointing...

I love coming here because of An employee, named Sasha. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and is such a happy person! People don t realize that this is a hard, HOT , physically draining job-always in the heat-humidity and standing on your feet. I was Blessed one day to speak with Sasha for a couple of minutes and she shared the reason that she is this way - she is living her promise to God! I am a member of the unlimited car wash as well as my husband. Love Love Love!!!!

My white car was super filthy! I was very impressed with how clean it was able to get my car. It's not a bucket wash, but way better than what I'm capable of at a car wash. I would definitely use them again.

I went through with the manager's special and my car was still dirty. For the price, I was totally surprised. The free vaccuum is a nice feature but I would like my car to be clean as well. I want to get the Membership but not if my car won't be clean. I went again and I had to go through a second time because my car wasn't clean.

Lots of work to do after you go through the wash if you own a truck. Might as well just hand wash it. Uncertain why they "only" pre-spray driver side for bug removal. Not all rotating brushes touch the vehicle due to poor maintenance or alignment. Won't clean all of tailgate or running boards. At end of wash never understood why rotating dryer brush has never touched top of truck in 3 visits. Also be wary, they distribute your email addy...

This location has kinda gone downhill this year. They no longer manually spray vehicles, and there s always a delay getting in (which I know isn t their fault). The last couple times I ve gone through I had to go clean my windshield again because the machines didn t get it clean. But the car still looks nice and it keeps the mud and road grime from building up too bad.

Works but does not get the vehicle entirely clean.Reply: I been thru there twice and still had bugs on the Windshield.Backside of Pickup is never cleaned any good. I've had the Platinum Package for a long time but it is kind of a waste of Money.

Usually my experiences are positive but this one was not. I spent $30 on the car wash (Manager's Special plus Ceramic). One of the rolling brushes on the passenger side was not working. The dry and shine was not working either. The whole reason I purchased the Manager Special wash was for the dry and shine. The workers should have informed customers about the broken equipment.

My last 2 experiences have been questionable to the point of taking my business to another service. The latest is very concerning as the Bronze Package did not remove solid bird droppings. I will try again at a higher priced service, but not expecting a difference, no scrubbing oh the hood, roof or truck areas.The other was poor service as instead of an employee removed a bit of ice under wipers I was instructed to pull to an area to remove it myself?Additionally #3 the Wipe and Shine brush on the driver's side is always gone and inoperable.The staff is alright though!
