I was waiting on line for the next available spot to have a full service oil change. Then someone pull in front of me and had the service done before me. I talked to someone there and he said I have to talk to management. Very unprofessional. I left my work earlier to have my car service and then that what I got. First time and last time. I wonder what else those guys do when the manager is not there . There is no good way of justifying what they did to me. I just had the service done because was Friday afternoon and I need to drive in a trip . They even didn't infected the air in the tires of my car, I had to question them. Anyway,be aware of the scam that is going on there. Very shady business, specially . And I paid top oil price and full service.

Only place in Paducah that went out of their way to service my gf Corvette. Every other quick oil change business told us no. Due to the car sitting too low. Yet it seemed a little extra effort by those competitors would of gained more than just her business. Fleet service and upkeep won't be going to any of them. Yet it will be offered to these fine people. External service, outstanding effort, everyone very kind. Not to mention the place was very clean priced reasonably and competitively. We highly recommend.

Visit went well. Full oil service and didn't have to get out my car. I really miss when you get an oil change they vaccuum your car. Then you got to the side for a free carwash.

I m going to make this short. I own a Kia Sorento 2017 it has a shield that has to be taken off to get to the oil change. In the past after the oil is changed my husband always make sure to tell them to put all the bolts back in the shield because in the past it wasn t and shield drags on the ground and rips. Once before we had to have a new one put on the car because the bolts weren t put back in at a different lube place. Well today they weren t put back again and of course it drag the highway. My husband took the car back to this place where the oil change was done today. To let them know about it and the employee told him he didn t like how he was talking and told him to get out of his place and don t ever come back. This isn t how you re supposed to treat people. This is the only place I ve gotten oil changes for the last couple of years. I will make sure that everyone I know how you chose to treat your customers.Service: Oil change

The service techs are always super friendly, and I've gone three times now and each time they've had me in and out in 20 minutes or less. I wont ever go somewhere else. Plus a free carwash afterwards! Love this business. Fastest oil change around.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had to wait in line a while but it wasn't to bad. The service was great. They get you in and out and you don't even have to leave your seat.

I am so impressed. I had a follow up visit today. The customer service inside and out was impeccable. Today when we have to look hard for good customer service, look no further. This is the place to have your full service oil change. If I could give them six stars I would.Again awesome job and impeccable customer service.

No hour and 30 min plus wait for it and no mistakes like it is everytime I try to go to the place that's closer to me. The other place's color is green for a reason, ijs. Express Lube is where it's at hands down for a quick oil change without the long wait. They also have professionals there hint hint. Have an awesome day and thnx for reading my review

We had car trouble on the highway and pulled in here, they were fantastic! Turns out when we had our oil changed at a dealership 2 days prior they broke the O ring and all the oil leaked out of our car! 300 miles from home! They very quickly showed us what was wrong, fixed it and had us back on the road in 15 min! Recommend this wonderful business to everyone!!

This is my favorite place to go for routine maintenance. The staff is well-informed and explains everything so I can understand. They have made some excellent recommendations for places to go to fix things that they dont work on, which I very much appreciate. They tell me if I don't need something that I think I need, or if I need something I don't know I need. I feel, as someone who knows nothing about cars, that they are honest and fair with me. It is a comfortable environment for me to go to alone, which is a high compliment from someone with that type of anxiety.

I had a wheel bearing problem with my boat trailer, which is not their specialty. They were very courteous and helped me anyway. You know if they are good people, they will do a good job on your car.

While the pricing is great, service is speedy, and they add a free car wash, use with caution. They've been putting the wrong oil filter in my car for months and have caused an oil leak that could've resulted major issues later on.

If you need to have your car or truck serviced this is the place to go! Very fast in and out, friendly staff and great prices. Not to mention super customer service.

Wonderful experience always they are super fast and are very informative if you have questions for now it's still on covid restrictions so the lobby is closed you don't even have to get out of your car throughout the entire oil change which is very convenient

I enjoy this car wash usually I only use their automatic wash so I can't speak on the full service. They are a bit pricey but in comparison to a self serve bay and doing it yourself, it's not too bad. The wash club is absolutely the best way to go if you wash more than twice a month. When I previously had the membership I could use it at either Park Ave or Southside which was very useful considering the location on Park has limited hours, Southside is 24-7. Another nice perk to the club is one wash is touchless(superb) and the other is conveyor style with the spinning brushes. They both do a great job, most definitely the best automatic carwashs in Paducah and I've used them all! The Park Ave location also offers a hand dry with the deluxe wash and ala-cart services such as interior windows, vacuum etc at extra cost. The only reason I rated a 4 is due to the hours of Park Ave location and the price of the washes if you aren't a club member, otherwise they are always in service and always offer the best wash in this area.

Blake did a great job with the inside of my car. I have a large white dog that goes everywhere with me and I have black interior. My car had dog hair everywhere. It is spotless now!

Called in advance to get an oil change, gave them "make and model" of my car...They told me if I buy the filter for it they will gladly change the oil.I buy the filter, I get there and they tell me they "don't have the oil"WORST PLACE EVER ! ! !

A very poor job washing our car.We have been a customer for years. We have not been satisfied for the last few times.We will be looking for another carwash.
