Competitive pricing for local work. You can save $200 in parts and drive to Nashville or Evansville or get a quality product right here at home. Had them test injectors and pump for me. Work was done in a timely manner. Only complaint as a Quality Assurance inspector by trade the notes from the injector test were lacking. I believe they were truthful in their test results but I expected a little more detailed explanation or a decent print out from a test bench. Will do business with them again but will lay out my expectations up front more clearly. They're a professional and customer oriented group. They'll do what you ask if they are capable.

Worse place ever to deal with! Wish I would have read all the bad reviews! They told me it would be $2000 to fix my Truck and after 2 months of them just throwing parts at it they still didn't fix it they made it worse and charged me $4000 before I could get it back. They have the worse attuide and told me there's nothing else they can do for me I needed to come pick it up!!

If I could post zero stars I would. This company has zero accountability or respect for their work or customers. Disheartened after a month long ordeal of them attempting to repair my truck just to have it break down and them not honor any of their work or parts. At a loss of words at the lack of customer service. Do not trust them with your vehicle.

Stay away from this place, we got a BorgWarner turbo from them and it started leaking oil on the pressure side of the turbo a couple months after it was installed, it has a year warranty so we took it off and took it in to get it looked at they said it's fine and blamed it on the truck, first said the return must be blocked but it's all wide open and then said we must not be changing oil enough, (we change oil between 10-15k never go over)... so basically they saying that we're on our own they won't stand behind it no matter what they'll blame it on the truck or maintenance or whatever necessary to not honor warranty. We have around 20 trucks and they just sent all our future business somewhere else,stay away or get burned

I had an f250(6.0) with a misfire code was saying injector 8 so I took it to them and asked if they could run a diagnostic test on the truck and tell me what s wrong they called me Monday said it was injector 8 and would be $700 I said Ok go ahead and fix it. They called me yesterday said it was done but the injector didn t fix the problem. I asked ok well then can you run another test to see what s wrong the guy I was talking to said they were too busy and wouldn t be able to do it anytime soon so I said I ll come get it Thursday. I get there today they tell me the bill is $862.48 after tax and the truck is running the same as it was when I dropped it off. Not very happy to say the least.

Seriously cannot recommend this place enough. Dropped my truck off after hours for a fuel pump issue they got to it first thing the next morning and was out of there by noon. Thank you for the quick service and amazing customer service.

I can't thank James and Diesel Power enough!!! I was stranded in Paducah, KY for over 6 days with a broke down 2005 F-250 (6.0 Fords worst engine!!). PADUCAH FORD couldn't fix it in 3 days but charged me $5,000. AND wanted the money in cash!!! I had it towed to Diesel Power. They fixed it in 6 hours and only charged me $600.!! They listened to what we told them was happening and he used his brain and knowledge to figure out the problem. They really saved my husband and myself.

I had a very knowledgeable and helpful man named Scott that did his best to help me with my pump problems. He went above and beyond late on a Friday to get some answers from Germany on Bosch parts. I appreciated the help.

Broke down 3miles down the road. Some how it was my fault they didn't put a radiator hose back on my motor.
