Bought the vehicles about a month and a half ago. Drove roughly 2 hours. On the way back the check engine light came on which was the first red flag. Had it checked and it was the evp valve which was roughly $180. Had several wiring issues that cost me around $150 to fix. Well today I was on my way to Branson to propose well long and behold a ticking started. I pulled over and vehicle shut off. One more thing I d like to add is the oil sticker said oil change at 106k I m currently at 104k. After an $80 dollar tow we find out there was zero oil in the vehicle. Another $30 dollars just for a clicking to start. The rod is completely gone. I now have to get a new motor or have someone rebuilt it which will cost anywhere from 5k to 10k for a vehicle that shouldn t cost that much. So in total anywhere from $21,240 - $26,240 will be spent due to this companies ignorance. I warn everyone do not buy form Croft auto you ll regret it. One last thing I d like to add it took them over a month to send off the title. Worse experience with a dealer ship I ve ever had!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CROFT AUTO SALES. Taylor Croft does not take any pride in offering quality vehicles or being transparent about their condition.I drove 12 HOURS to look at a vehicle at Croft Auto Sales. Taylor knew that I was coming from this far. He said the truck was mechanically sound, in great shape, just needed a set of tires. He provided great service to get everything arranged ahead of time, and I was convinced that he had my best interest in mind with this truck. Once I arrived, I immediately realized that this was NOT the case. There was a lot more cosmetic damage than I knew about, which I could have dealt with, but the amount of blatant mechanical issues were a deal-breaker.The "Service Trailer Brake System" warning popped up on the dash throught the entire test drive, steering rack was junk, the truck had an awful vibration at 55mph (more than what just a set of tires would cause), none of the climate control settings worked, and even the seat belt didn't work. Along with who knows what else.I didn't want to drive 12 minutes in this truck, let alone 12 hours, so I drove all the way back home empty-handed. Taylor acted like he had NO idea about any of these issues, and offered no explination. Don't bring your business to someone so disrespectful.

I highly recommend doing business with Croft Auto sales! Taylor worked with us on getting the right price on the vehicle we were interested in and to top that they stand behind the vehicles they sell. I would do business with him again.

Rude. That truly sums up the interaction. Went to check out one car seen online- when that was not as expected, would have considered other possible suggestions, but obviously this dealership is less concerned about customer service and more concerned with what seems to be an ego that apparently got struck the wrong way simply by not being interested in the first vehicle asked for. Wes immediately turned to return to the office without so much as a word. I asked, with his back to me, how much another vehicle on the lot was listed for, spouted price without even looking back, not even pausing for my reply, and proceeded to his safe space in the office. I would never consider visiting or shopping with this business certainly wouldn't recommend others to consider it, because customer service is CRITICAL when I'm planning to drop thousands on a product at a single time. No thank you...

So let s add this also once again the truck is back in the shop again so I am just wondering how much Croft auto sales is paying people to give a good review or what kinda deal he is giving them on car sales or maybe they just haven t had their car that long ok so here is the real deal on Croft auto sales and no I will not change my review again this time it will stay posted. The only reason I changed it was cause he said if I changed my review that he would get my moms in truck in shop since it was having problems that she told him about from time she got the truck. Well the warranty ended up paying for most of it but the small amount that was not cover he said is on my mom because of loaner car he gave us. Which he would not have to have done if he would have had truck fixed right the first time my mom started telling him about the problem. Let alone the loaner car he gave us stalling out at traffic light and semi that was to close to us ended up rear ending us because of car stalling. So no I would never buy nor send anyone I know to Croft auto sales or recommend there business to any one nor will I agree to change my post again for them because he they do not honor a word that comes out of there mouth so watch out for the lemons sold on Croft auto sales lot

Very Bad Business! Do not buy a used vehicle from them. Broke down 30 days after buying, Croft will not fix or refund, very unsatisfied with this business and have reported to BBB!

cant give zero or I would be sold a lemon next step is bbb then court I have only had the vehicle since December and it s been in the shop over half of that this guy is a crook do not do business he talks a good game but when he knownly sells a pos don t believe anything he says sorry I ever listened to anyone that said he was a decent car salesman not when you sell a lemon
