I recently bought a 24 Camry hybrid and drove 8 hours from Iowa to pick it up. There was no surprises or markups of any kind once I got there and the people were all knowledgeable and welcoming. Would highly recommend the road trip to buy a car from them.

Nicholas McDowell was the sales consultant we communicated with. When I first reached out, I made it clear that we were only considering a vehicle. He was patient with me, seemingly understood our predicament and answered every question I had no matter how silly they seemed to me. Never once did I feel like he was guilting me into making or purchase or hassling me to make a purchase. When I finally gave him the word that we were officially going to buy a vehicle, I gave him specific financial perimeters we needed and explained the importance of the warranties available to us. He went above and beyond finding exactly the right vehicle for us with everything we needed warranty wise and fitting our finances. We only looked at one car that s how well he listened and understood. The buying process couldn t have gone any smoother. We absolutely love our car and definitely will be life long Toyota customers.

Nick McDowell treated us like family, delivered an amazing truck and made the experience one that will definitely make us repeat customers. In for oil change. Service technician apparently didn t like my floor mat and said it wasn t factory so he just threw it in the back floorboard up against the back of my driver seat. Also tried to charge for the oil when my husband supplied it. Big hassle to correct ticket. Husband asked how much for brake pads and they were DOIBLE from what another dealership quoted. Been using them for years but no more.RESPONSE TO REVIEW. No they DID NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING except how much the break pads were. No conversation about the floor mat! Husband noticed the floor mat was missing when he got home. I was in the car by then and saw it in the back floorboard up against the front seat. Get your story straight.

Bought a $56,000 suv. 6 months later, still don t have the promised key fob. New vehicle doesn t come with custom mats any longer I guess. Told they could order them for me to purchase out of my pocket. Never told interest rate on my purchase. Pretty sure that s illegal. Having oil change let s have sensor checked on rear door-$155 to diagnose the problem. Will never buy from Coad Paducah. Definitely down hill since Mike Smith.Sad!

Because of an unseen incident, we had to buy a new car. After research on type we wanted , we decided on RAV4 XLE. We went to Coad Toyota in Paducah. We meet with Josiah Johnson. From walking into the dealership with a friend (I had no intention on buying a car) to leaving committed to this beauty, my experience with Richard and the COAD Toyota Paducah team was more than I could wish for. No pressure to buy, just good advise, suggestions and exceptional customer service. And Richard, the tinted windows are the icing on the cake - Thank You! I can't say enough about my experience. Long story.....I have been looking for a 2013-2017 Honda Accord Ex-L for about 2 months. Wanted one with lower mileage, one owner, carfax verified no accidents for around $15,000. Michael (sales manager) posted one on FB marketplace last week. Messaged him about it and it checked all the boxes ($15990 price). Had several pictures of vehicle but only from a distance. Was told this was an extremely clean car and had over 50 people messaging him about it but I was first to message him. Put a $500 deposit on it and agreed to meet this past Saturday 1-28-2024 bringing a cashiers check. Drove 3 hours one way from St. Louis and got to bank at 9:00 and got cashier check. Got to dealership and got told I would be dealing with Josiah (salesperson). Walked to car inside seperate garage space (it was raining) and my wife immediately noticed the bumper was hanging off the front end and several scratches. Crawled underneath front end and noticed subframe was damaged in several places and rusted. Bumper was missing several clips and was barely hanging on. I was EXTREMELY SHOCKED AND VERY MAD!!! I immediately asked for my $500 deposit back which initially they tried to lower price by $1000 but I declined and they did give my $500 deposit back. Wasted 7 hours of my day, $40 in fuel and $10 for cashier check. To have this done by a national branded dealership is beyond infuriating and extremely disappointing and unacceptable!! After my wife and I left, I looked at FB and the ad was back up but now showed the front bumper being popped out but only said "slight paint damage"!! If I would've been showed the damage pictures beforehand I would've never even drove 3 hours one way to come look at the vehicle! Be forewarned buying a used vehicle from Coad Toyota of Paducah especially if Michael is selling it! I hope Toyota reads this message and see what kind of dealership is representing them.

Hello all. I want to tell you I love Coad Toyota Paducah. I've been a Toyota customer for a very long time. (71 here) I've had five Toyota vehicles and the one I just purchased makes six. I now have a 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. I LOVE IT. Love, Love, Love it. I signed my papers on Valentines Day and am calling her my "Cutie Pie". I ordered my car on 11.27.23 and it arrived on 2.12.24. B Z Duwe was my Salesman, and he was very professional and always kind and put up with my calling once in a while to find out the status of my car. This was the very first time I had ever ordered a car and he was a gentleman and walked me through the process. Craig in Finance was his right-hand man. I will always go to Coad, but I can say once on vacation I needed my oil changed and went to the Dealership in Flaggs Staff, Az and it felt like I was home. Toyota picks the best people to represent them and B Z Duwe is at the top of the list.

VERY positive experience here. I am glad I jumped at the opportunity to get the truck I wanted after learning the hard way to act fast as vehicles are not seeming to sit on lots very long right now. However, I am very glad that I was lead to COAD Toyota as this was the best I have ever been treated at a dealership. I've seen salesmen and finance managers work to get me "a vehicle." The effort to get me into the EXACT truck I wanted was unprecedented. Being in a unique situation with a fairly recent change in employment, they were undeterred when it came to getting me the vehicle I wanted. That dilligence taken in consideration with a GREAT price, kind people, and outstanding service; not only am I glad I did business here, it will be my first and only choice in years to come. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Ask for Josiah Johnson and he'll take great care of you!

Let s start with the fact that I paid for a multi-point inspection and they failed to realize on the first time that my running light was out, my oil was not full nor my windshield wiper fluid (that they marked full on my report) along with the fact they marked my transmission fluid as full when I have a SEALED transmission so it was not checked. I also called and asked to have the oil changed and windshield wipers replaced as well. Upon picking my car up, the services I asked to be performed were not done and they over-charged me $83.00 but claimed it could not be refunded. They then offered a complimentary oil changed and new wipers , complimentary being that they get to keep the $83 they over charged me and lose $67. When my vehicle was dropped off today, they ran another multi-point inspection as well. In 3 days difference, apparently my air filter went from good to needing to be replaced today and my battery health went from good to needing to be replaced today. Oh, they also missed the headlight AGAIN until I brought it to their attention. Literally wouldn t trust them as far as I could throw them with my vehicle nor my business.

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Coad Toyota! From initial communications (we aren't local), to the paperwork, price negotiation, all the way to the actual purchase, it was hands down the smoothest, easiest, and most transparent experience we've ever had at a dealership. Which is saying A LOT considering what some dealers are doing in this pandemic market. There was no shady business regarding timelines, price markups, or unnecessary add ons to mark up the price, etc. Everyone was super kind, and straightforward. You can tell they take pride in being a trustworthy business. We traded in a car and purchased a new Sienna, which we are very happy with! We will definitely be coming back if we are ever in need to replace our second vehicle!Special shoutout to Maria Moore - she was absolutely amazing through this & is the reason we got the van we wanted. She was upfront about what they had available, but also put in some work through dealer trades to get us exactly what we asked for. She was responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and if she didn't have an exact answer at the time she didn't just make something up, she made sure to do her due diligence before getting back to us - a very rare but important trait not many salespeople have these days!Thank you for being a trustworthy business during this hectic car market!

Many issues with this place, it was not a happy experience at all. Only good thing out of the deal was the sales person Maria. The managers there are only good to you before you buy the vehicle, soon as you are signed up the mood changes....Vehicle did not have a oil change there I had to take it to my local Toyota dealer, then Coad paid them directly but still, who forgets to change the oil before the sale??2 days after purchasing my 2018 4runner I washed the vehicle and noticed the rear bumper was out of line a little. I followed the trim to the wheel well and noticed 3 DRYWALL screws holding that side of the bumper to the vehicle. I immediately reached out to Maria who was my salesperson (who was very helpful) Hoping since the vehicle was just purchased the Manager Jason would help and get this fixed the way it needed to be. Unfortunately he didn't think it was that important to make a customer happy and only offered to pay 500.00 towards the repair. (Which was only half)It took about 3 weeks to finally get the check after repeated emails/calls to the dealer.Fast forward another 2 weeks notice pink fluid on my garage floor.... I called Coad to let them know (since it was under their warranty my sales person said)Come to find out, Coad warranty does NOT cover that part. Thank god Toyota powertrain warranty covered it but is a water pump going out at 30k miles something to thank god about???.Then the biggest blessing of them all was being in a rear end collision that totaled this curse of a vehicle out. I got my money back and went to a total different dealer and bought a newer model.Now Jason and Jordan, since you were not helpful with the first time around you did not receive my 48,000$$ for the second purchase.Obviously others had good experiences here but mine ..... not so much. It was a total waste of time and headache.But Maria was good, hopefully she will leave and prosper somewhere else.

We recently bought a new Rav 4 Hybrid from Maria Moore at Coad Toyota. It took awhile to actually get our car but we had heard on the news about the shortage of new cars so we weren t surprised. But Maria regularly was in contact with us with any updates on the delivery of our car.But delivery day did come and we love our new car. This was our first hybrid and we were unfamiliar with many of the new features on this car, but Maria helped us with hybrid driving techniques and using our new gadgets.Thanks to Coad and Maria for making this purchase a pleasant experience. We love our car.
