Jacob was wonderful to work with. What started as a simple oil change turned into several repairs needing to be made. Jacob kept me informed and did everything he could to help reduce the cost. He made sure my car was ready for my incoming trip. Thank you again!

Bluegrass BMW handled my appointment today with top notch service. There were no loaners for me to drive out for a doctor s appointment, but they willingly let one of their drivers take me and returned 3 hours later when I was ready to be picked up. If you want top notch service, ask for Jacob in BWM service, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Jacob for your great service today and allowing me to return home in my freshly washed BMW X5!

I didn t start out trusting service departments at auto dealerships and for Watermark s Bluegrass BMW to gain my trust they really had to earn it. Between Jacob in the service department and Aimee in sales they have done just that. Even though I bought my vehicle when I lived in Texas, they have treated me as though I bought it there. I don t mind paying a little more to get excellent, consistently reliable service but I don t have to with Bluegrass. They have competitive prices and aren t shy about telling me if I don t need to do something. I drive an hour to have my 540i serviced by the team at Bluegrass because it s worth my time to get it done right the first time.

The service advisors, Jacob Sams and Anne have always treated us as the most important thing that they had to do for that day. Lately, we have dealt more with Jacob and he has always kept us informed of the repair process and given helpful information. He is always polite and courteous. Anne has also been very helpful over the years that we have been customers of Bluegrass BMW. Highly recommend each of them.

This visit was for my first 2 scheduled services (oil change & brake fluid change) and it was a problem free experience. Service on a BMW is not cheap but I definitely prefer to have service on my ultimate driving machine performed by certified BMW technicians. My experiences with Bluegrass BMW include my initial purchase and I have been happy each visit

Anne in customer service was outstanding as well as the service crew. I had a minor problem with my sunroof and they went out of their way to make sure it was fixed correctly to my liking. They were all very patient and understanding in trying to determine the problem and they got it corrected. This is a very good team at the Paducah facility.

Very professional group of folks, we felt at home as soon as we walked in. David took us over to the mall while our vehicle was being serviced and he was an excellent ambassador for the dealership. Bluegrass BMW picked up my car and left me a loaner. The service was complete on schedule and my car was available when promised. My car had been washed and detailed when I got it back and the price for the service was less than I anticipated. Very pleased to be treated as a valued customer. Absolutely Shady and terrible service.I went for a simple tire change. My car had a little dent see pictures when I picked up the car I was shocked!!The front of the car completely wrecked there is a new evidence of crash on the car see pictures they said they didn t know what happened and the guy who worked on my car was not working today.They refused do anything about it or even apologize for their actions. My car is brand new and haven t even completed a year.Terrible and unacceptable behavior . Don t take your car hereService: Auto tire replacement

Over the past 7years I have used Bluegrass BMW for all my BMW needs. They do a great job. They are always able to pick up my car /drop off since I live about 50-60 mins from Paducah.Loaner car services are available upon request.I recommend them for sales/service.

I took my car in for its 30,000 mile service job. Jacob Sa told me it would be just over an hour. At 1 hr and 45 minutes I checked status with him. I was told they were cleaning it. At 2 hours and 15 minutes, I was told they were just wiping it down. I went outside and saw my car in the lot. It hadn t been cleaned, not vacuumed and the windshield was still dirty.I informed Jacob of this and he finally let me have my car keys. This is bad business practice.They also had an unknown phone number, address and email contact on my invoice. Overall, I would say this is sloppy work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Blue Grass BMW after 14 years of service blew it on this service job.Did not seem prepared for my visit.Took way to long for an oil change and diagnostic.Washed and detailed the car after finishing even after I had said to skip it to save time up front.
