15 dollars for a battery that costs less than one dollar. This is ridiculous. I'm sure they are great for speciality batteries...but for fobs, just go to Amazon.Responding to their response: It is a cr2032 battery...you aren't installing missile guidance. I will definitely try your store again if I need a speciality battery.

Had battery replaced in my iPhone. Good price. Quality work and fast service. Done in 1 hour. Also can find hard to find batteries and bulbs. Highly recommend! My phone battery is lasting all day now. Was only working a few hours.

Best prices on emergency lighting batteries. I also have purchased one of their car key fobs. It is the type that must be programmed to start your car. It has been flawless for the last 4 weeks. The manager is super nice and very knowledgeable about what they sell. My father had his cellphone battery replaced there, iphone6. It went from not lasting a day to only needing charging once every 3 days. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

They had my phone over a month. Said parts were on backorder and gave it back leadingme to believe it could not be repaired, unless I took it to a data extractor for 1000$ or more.i took it to fix iPhone in lone oak the had the parts. In three days w the phone fixed. I would never recommend this company to anyone

I needed 1 Lexus key cut and 3 Lexus keys programmed. The owner, Josh, did that for me a few months ago, and then, this week, one of my keys stopped working. The immobilizer in the key kept my car from starting. Had to get a new key. Josh worked patiently to trouble-shoot my problem, and get all 3 keys programmed once again, at no charge. Can't tell you how rare it is to get this kind of service and support. Thank-you Josh for going above and beyond in customer service!!

Customer service was awesome and 399.00 for screen repair was cool especially since just got the phone from att 2 months before and drove a hr(ate chucky cheses waiting) all cool but now my camera only works through secondary apps and wifi refuses to turn on now.

I brought 5 porter cable batteries in to be refurbished with new batteries. I made the mistake of ordering new from the internet. One out of 6 worked. I got back 5 and one working. From the internet. I had to be hospitalized and my warranty nall.

They are always fast & do a great job. They ve replaced two phone screens at a reasonable cost. Once we thought we had issues on the charging port so we took it in to be replaced. The technician looked it over first & found a pebble embedded in it (my husband works construction so it was bound to happen). He got it out & cleaned the port at no charge in a couple of minutes. I offered to pay him but he wouldn t accept it. I appreciated that so much & so they re who we choose to do business with and who we recommend to everyone.

They need to fix their online scheduling. Had an appointment to fix my iPhone screen at 10:30 am today but when I walked in they said that their repairmen won t be here till 11 am today. So I have to wait an extra 30 mins now. If he s not going to be here till a certain time don t have schedule times before that!

My brother recommended them and I saw all the great reviews, so I went there to get my battery replaced. My phone battery isn't dropping 10% after using it for 2 minutes! THANK YOU! The guys were professional and fast! I will definitely recommend and will use them again!

Excellent service! I took my iPhone in for a glitching and unresponsive screen. Josh fixed it for me in less than 20 minutes and a very responsible price. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you Batteries and Bulbs!

I have gotten my iPhone screen fixed here twice. Both times the screen has cracked again with a screen protector and case after being dropped less than a foot off the ground on carpet. I understand the way the phone hits can really determine damage, but i really think the quality of materials they use play a large part in it. I got my phone fixed a month ago and they offer no warranty. It s not worth it to fix your phone here if you re in planning on keeping it for the considerable future. Go to a store that uses better quality materials and offers a warranty. My sister had the same issue.

I came in today to get a new battery for my four wheeler. Thankfully Brian and Josh helped me to get the right battery. They were very helpful and made sure that I left there with the correct battery. They were very knowledgeable and had great deals on their batteries. I will definitely be going back for any batteries or light bulbs I need. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Again thank you Brian and Josh for your great help.

If I could leave a 0 star I would.I had taken IPhone 6s plus there to have the screen and battery replaced and had a decent experience, but not this time around.After I had paid $95 for them to replace my screen, it had popped out. I went to take it to them to fix it because they told me that there was a 6 month warranty, when I got there they said there wasn t anything they could do about it.So I took it to MikeiFix and he said they used a cheap screen and superglue to put it in.I m just super unhappy with the experience.

I love that I ordered product online, got discount for doing so. And did curb side pick up. I ordered a ignition key, they came out to my car, and my original key to be copy, and brought my newly cut key out to me. I didnt have to go inside with a rowdy toddler

Ask for Josh! Had 2 iPhones repaired and Josh went above and beyond! - Also compared to other businesses in town that we checked with prior to having them repaired, their price was the best by a significant amount! Very pleased.

The cell phone battery replacement performs no better than my old bad battery. In fact, I'm not even certain the battery was actually changed. That is how bad this new replacement battery performs. On a positive note the employee was very polite and helpful. Got me right in and work was done about an hour later. But it doesn't really matter how helpful the employee's are and how quick the turn around is, if they are selling junk replacement cell phone batteries.

Awesome local ownership that cares about the community they live in and serve. When I hear them advertise on the only local radio station in town (Rock 98.3 WJLI) it fills my heart with pride. Yes the prices are good, and the services are great but there's something to be said for someone that lives, breathes, and promotes LOCALLY.

Phone was actually working before I had them replace a cracked phone screen and they gave me a phone back that didn't work at all plus charged me 130$! Blamed Verizon for a faulty upgrade and said I should take it up with them! Ended up having to replace my phone and they couldn't even refund my money because they wanted their screen back off the phone I had to swap in. I guess they wanted it to put on someone else's phone so they could double their money on it! Pitiful service if you ask me,. Save yourself a lot of money and headache and try another store!

When I called, she was friendly, reassuring and most accommodating!! When I arrived, I received the same! And when I picked up the gentleman was kind, even though I got a bit confused! Lol all was great! I will definitely recommend this business to MANY!!! And THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!

They were very courteous, helpful and knowledgable of the problem with my phone and were able to provide a solution. A new glass was required, tbey ordered it. It came in a couple of days. Dropped the phone off and it was repaired in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend them.

Went to them several times and spent several hundreds for them to fix my girls phones many times. When it came to them fixing one of their mistakes on a iPhone screen I purchased I was refused the replacement for the faulty screen they provided. They inspected the phone to find a reason they could use against having to honor the warrenty even though I was a repeat customer that had done buisness with them more then 4�. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a professional place that honors loyal customers and appreciates your hard earned money used to keep them in buisness. I suggest I-fix by the mall for any of your phone repairs. Batteries plus made me spend way more money getting their problem fixed but now its done right and I'm very happy with what I payed for.

Product was easy to find and order on website with all details listed (unlike lots of other sites). Pickup was quick, had it ready at the counter. Came home and switched out batteries and mower fired up without hesitation. Now lets see how long it lasts

Stopped in this morning with need of assistance to UNLOCK a phone. I had acquired a unlock code from my carrier, but did not have a non-primary carrier SIM card. Randi, Lili and Neal were able to supply a temporary SIM and unlocked my phone. Replaced my carrier SIM and I was on my way. This is the second time I received EXCELLENT service along with tremendous personality. Definitely RECOMMEND.

Okay. So they took my phone to try and get an aux cord out of the headphone jack and they used glue to get it out and glued the whole thing in place and couldn't get it out. They recommended another repair place and they tried and failed as well because of the glue, I now have to buy a new phone because of josh who decided to put glue in my phone without my consent.
