Absolutely wonderful customer service from Tim! My car wouldn't start and he offered to come to my address with the car reader and figure out the problem.He went above and beyond his job title!He didn't have to, but he even spent 3 days working on my car once we figured out why it wasn't starting. Even running back and forth to Autozone to replace parts that weren't right or faulty.After his help, it started right up, and is running better than before! I can't thank him enough.When I walked into the store, I had the intention to fix it myself, but he happened to walk by and hear what was going on and offered his service. Without his help, I'd still be lost without a running vehicle. THANK YOU, TIM!I also want to mention the speedy delivery of parts! That was a huge relief. I was worried I'd have to wait multiple days just to get the parts I needed before I could even put them on. Nope. Excellent service!

If I could give David and Tommy 20000 stars I would. Unbelievably helpful in getting my car back on the road at the best possible price. I highly recommend this particular AutoZone as great at what they do and also as great humans.

They used my VIN number to look up a thermostat housing, had it in stock, and I was checked out within 15 minutes! Great service and good prices.

Went to autozone Tim was Super helpful he went the extra mile to make sure I had the right parts and even took an extra step to fix the problem right there in the parking lot 10/10 would recommend going to them

Friendly and as helpful as they can be. When they have what you're looking for it's great. Don't believe the website. If the website says they have it in stock... That means nothing. Call first and have someone put a hand on it to confirm or take the time to go in and look.

The store manager Jacob is awesome. He got the wipers and headlight I needed and put them on for me. I offered to tip him but he refused but thank me for offering.

The staff went over and beyond to help me get me the new brakes and windshield wipers for my car. It was so nice as a woman to be treated like I was a valued customer, not just a business transaction. Thank you Sabrina, for changing the wiper blades and showing me how it is done. I will definitely be back. Awesome staff and clean store.

The employees at Store Number 1247 Irvin Cobb Drive Paducah, KY are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was able to be assisted by Sabrina. She went out her way to help me and explain things to me about my vehicle. She spoke life into me when I came to the store trying to get my vehicle ready to transport my sister to Saint Louis, MO for surgery. Sabrina, I just want to say thanks!!! Your bright smile and caring spirit help to make my day. Sabrina, you are awesome and an asset to Auto Zone.

The customer service at this store was amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure I get the parts I need, all the employees are great and the manager Sabrina is super upbeat and personable. I will most certainly be returning to this store and will recommend it to friends and family.

Very helpful. Great customer service. I had to go for my husband since he was at work. They helped me figure exactly what I needed and had no problem exchanging one of the products I got since i was wrong on the size i actually wanted.

I would like to give a big round of applause for this store. Recently was in the area for my nieces 16th birthday,and had car issues. Flat tire, check engine light. Just not a good beginning to the weekend. Tire fixed. Check engine light, miss fire,and low fuel pressure. Fuel pump. Now this is Saturday morning. It'd be two days to get a fuel pump. Explaining my situation to the parts person that I'm in town till Sunday and have to be at work 6 am Monday morning. But Sabrina the manager over heard the conversation and said she was from the same area in Illinois I'm from and made a phone call to another store I presume and had everything I need by closing that day. So to the mini-manager kudos to u.

Daemon is the young man who installed a new battery in my Jeep today. He was very careful in handling a couple of "after-market" features that had been added to the old battery. He graciously answered questions as I stood by and watched his work. If all staff in the "male domain" businesses were like him, I would no longer be made to feel foolish for trying to learn more about managing my car.

12/10 would recommend this Autozone location!I was traveling cross country with horses when I ran into some truck issues, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - they went out of their way to help me find a place to turn out my horses overnight and got me set up with a local mechanic to take care of my necessary repairs. I couldn t have asked for a better, more genuine experience!

They don't stand behind what they sell,I had new motor go down,a used motor go down and a used transmission go down,they refuse to do anything about them, about 7000 down the drain.i wouldn't recommend them for anything anymore.they use to be a good store,now with miss management and poor warrenty I'd go anywhere else.

Came in for a headlight and the store manager, Gerald was kind enough to help me. He even went out and changed the bulb right there in the parking lot. I feel like this store really went above and beyond compared to other auto part stores.

I pulled into auto zone with a burned out headlight and the gentleman with the beard Shawn was very helpful at helping me find the right light and putting it in for me. Very professional service I will be happy to go there again

No stars if i could. I was sent to this store a while ago for oil for my tahoe. My tahoe had 2 oil leaks an was bone dry. I purchased a 5 quart oil an asked the man if hed put it n my truck for me an he asked me how? he put in about 1/2 quart an said he didnt want to put too much. (he has no idea what he was doing) he placed the rest of the oil in the back of my truck. A couple weeks later i went to get it out and little did i know the lid wasnt on it all the way an oil was all in my carpet an ruining some of my things in the back including 2 12in speakers. I returned to autozone an explained to the manager at the time what happen an ask to get a new oil and he called me a liar and said i was confused, since i cant explain the man that did it i was lieing and it wasnt autozone that did it. I asked him if he could scan the bottle to see i purchased it here an he did an a date popped up then he said no that just shows the last time we sold that brand an i insisted him to check out the back of my truck. He continued to be very rude to me an treat me like an idiot. This was my only an last experience here.

AutoZone is always doing right by their customers. Went in to get what I needed to do a oil change and got a great deal. Got the oil, filter and air filter for a great price. Plus they had a deal for a drainpan paper towels and hand cleaner everything together was under $50.
