These guys are awesome. Our truck decided to not start after we filled up at a station down the street, and it looked like we were going to need a new battery (and we had just put in a new one recently). My husband walked over to this Auto Zone, and a nice gentleman named Bill not only gave my husband a ride back, but once at our truck, diagnosed and fixed the real problem on the spot (loose connections), and got us going again. Thank you!!

This is one of the most ethical, honest, kind places I have ever been in my life. We had an issue with our suburban and Mike went out of his way to spend some time with us and diagnose the issue. If I lived closer I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great Service by Salesman Chuck Goode! He was Awesome! Kind and Professional and very patient with me...Also, there was a Gentleman named Cliff who was knowledgeable as well and helpful...I cannot Convey enough how stressful times like this can be therefore their time and help was Sincerely Appreciated! What great workers at AutoZone. Engine light came on my daughter s car while I was driving it. They are out of town and I live out of state. Called AutoZone and they said bring car down. They did a quick diagnostic check. Not good news on car but so helpful for me to know not to drive the car any distance.

Just stopped here to get a check engine code. The gentleman was so kind and knowledgeable. Helped teach me some little tips to go easier on my transmission until we can get it serviced. A+++ customer service!
