Great people, willing to jump through hoops to take care of you. I am in town for just one day, and needed specific suspension upgrades. They found the parts I needed and squeezed me in to get everything installed and for less cost than 2 other places in town. I would come back here again if I'm ever in town again.

Robert ( manager ) is the absolute best guy to do business with I have delt with in years. I bought a Decked truck bed system from them . This is how your supposed to be treated like as a customer !

I use these guys a lot. I send an average of 3 vehicles per month to them for various accessories. Brandon is friendly and knowledgeable, and eager to help with recommendations when I need to save money but maintain a high standard of quality. I would, and do, advise others tti do business with Brandon and Auto Trim Design Paducah.

We just stopped in to see what they have available in pickup truck tonneau covers, thinking ahead to a future purchase. We were very pleasantly greeted by Robert, who also does installation work. They have floor models of all the covers they sell and he took us through each one, explaining the functions and the pluses and minuses of each, and told us about what sort of customer support they have received from each supplier. There was no pressure to steer us toward any particular price range or model. They do on-site installation and as an example for one particular model that we looked at, installation was $50 on an $850 cover, which he said would take about 20 minutes.One thing that I noted that I think indicates their level of customer support was that one of the floor models was missing a knob and small bracket. He explained that a customer had lost that part off his cover so they just gave him the piece off the floor model so he could get back in service right away and wouldn't have to wait for a part to be ordered.Covers are typically available the next day after they are ordered and there is no charge until installation is completed. If a cover arrives and the customer doesn't like it, it can be sent back with no cost to the customer.

Just bought an Undercover Elite LX bed cover and a Bedrug. The guys at the Paducah location were very helpful to make sure I got everything I wanted. The staff and the service are outstanding.

The man said they Don't! ( Do shocks or any type of suspension work)I needed to go somewhere that they do shocksA little surprise since I spent a lot of money with this guy and had a leveling kit ,airbags , bedrug liner , air compressorDone to my truck over the last year there.

Buy Local! Excellent customer service during sale, installation, and maintenance/adjustments to bed cover. Highly recommend.
