Very kind and even let me take the systematic computer analyzer home to check out my car. But when I returned to get the 2 items it spit out to me. But no one could direct or assist me to the item so after 45 min I'm the store I left with nothing but wasted effort. But they are very nice staff on that day.

After my first review of this store they have gotten better, Jessica helped me out and she knew what I needed and very personable,she knew where to find the product out on the floor

Ordered online out in the parking lot, (b/c of a 25% coupon) and when I walked in the door they already had my order ready for me to walk out with! Impressive! Clean store, friendly staff! Good Job AAP!

Went into purchase part. One attendant was outside with customer i saw two attendants inside store discussing personant matters. No one asked if i needed help after i waited for their help. I then left store and proceeded to.auto zone store where i received immediate help. Never go to the southside advance auto store again. Unfriendly help and lazy.

South side location awesomeI drive across town if I need somethingBryan is great bought 10 5 quart jugs of oil and 10 filters. He took the time to look up the correct filters for all seven different trucks.Thank you Bryan

Super awesome customer service!! Had a windshield wiper fly off on the highway and the super nice man inside helped us out by putting on the new one.

The guy working the desk quickly ran some tests on my vehicle and determined it needed a battery and the alternator was working correctly.He replaced the battery without extra charge and I was back on the road.

I was looking for a specific automatic transmission fluid and they had it in stock and they were the cheepest. All the other auto parts store wanted more and it wasn't on sale. The service was great.

Employees are clueless when it comes to auto parts, and apparently to lazy or incompetent to operate a computer. I work, so I asked my wife to take a jeep altinator to AA and get a new one. They sent her home with an altinator with the plug in wire pigtail. I sent an altinator with the two wires bolt on. Ok, so I just need a replacement altinator wiring pigtail and they dont have them according to employees

Good customer service and helpful with information and know how. Sometimes they dont have the parts at the store but can usually get them pretty quick.

Really good at ordering the parts you need only down side is they don't stock a lot parts for older cars

Friendly, had what I needed and even changed the wiper blades in the rain. I went to the competitor for wiper blades and they claimed not to have the correct hooking mechanism for replacing my blades. I highly doubt that since wiper blades come with exchangeable clamps inside the box.. I'll use Advance Auto from now on.

It was good. They repaired something they broke. All is good.
