I was traveling from out of town. I needed a head light for my car. I specifically asked for a low beam and he sold me a high beam. I still need a head light for my car and I'm out about twenty bucks. Not worth the return trip.Signed, I live three hours away!

Bill went above and beyond with his customer service skills when my husband was in a bind with a dead semi battery he came to the rescue. Need more employees like Bill.

They got the right team up in here my dog . Homie put me on the right fix the first time for my issues and made me feel like family . Very knowledgeable employees that all made my Christmas card list this year

Terry and the other guy (can t remember his name) were amazing in assisting me and my family this morning on our move down to Georgia trying to find the right part. Granted it ended up not working the way I needed it to but nonetheless excellent customer service, overall an outstanding job well done and we made it safely to Georgia tonight.

I had bottle locking gas cap and it was defective so I took it back and had them walk out with me to the car with the next new one and try it and it was effective too. Ended up going to advance Auto and finally found a locking gas cap for my 2005 TrailBlazer that actually worked like it was supposed to.

Very friendly and competent folks employed here. They double checked the battery and alternator to confirm both were good on my wife's car rather than make the easy sale of a new battery.

Ordering online and picking up in the store is a breeze. They get you out very quickly and sometimes there is a discount for ordering your items in advance. I think this store is a hub store so they have more items readily available. Great experience.

Awesome, friendly group of folks here. VERY helpful! I learned how my wiper blades are 22" and 21" but only if they are RainX brand. All others say they are both 21". Interestimg huh? Anyway, come see these fine folks and tell em baldy sent ya!

Have what I need most of the time. I became a member as they give discounts all the time. Also use the online ordering to get more discounts and just pick it up. Friendly and fast.

The young gentlemen who works there at the Paducah store and his uncle who helped fix our windshield wiper motor after store closed in the pouring rain. We thank you alot. We are from Iowa and traveling to Florida

The gentleman who helped me seemed put out to show me where the trailer lights were. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but needs to have better customer service. Decent pricing.

Sold me the wrong battery for my truck than refused a refund saying it was used. Of course it was used, I installed it & it wouldn't start, because the battery was the wrong size. I suggest going somewhere else for your auto needs.

Rude employees. Bill was short when asked questions. Asked to read my ob2 check engine light or seemed to be a complete bother. Asked to clear codes he refused. Asked if I could informed me sure what ever it takes you to get out of here. Amazed how this place is open. Refused to look up code and told me to google it. Go to autozone or any place out. Don't send you wife . If you want to be treated rude this is the place for you.

Expensive, but the gentlemen working in the establishment were very helpful. Put the windshield wiper blades I had bought on my vehicle for me immediately after purchase.

Smart guys work here. Unfortunately, as some employees get, warrantys have to be faught for here. Manager argued with me over replacing a part that failed after only a week of use... :(

No one comes out from the counter to help, they stare until you ask for help then they just shout to you over the counter in between their personal conversations. I've never had a good experience at the one on Hinkleville Rd in Paducah KY

When asked if the would put a air filter on they told me no that's not there job. When asked where it goes he told me to figure it out. Glad O'Reilly's is building a store down the road. Will never get my business again.

I went in for a refund and to purchase new turn signal lamps. I received both and the employee was helpful and courteous.
