We were on our way to Lake Cumberland and lost out brake and turn lights to our camper. We pulled in and we're given help immediately . Our serviceman kept working to find the problem as it was not an easy diagnosis as several issues were going. He was so kind and helpful to our family and would not quit until all of our issues were fixed. He was able to repair all of our problems and put us back on the road within an hour to continue our trip. He showed great concern for our daughter and wanted to make sure she was okay while waiting and we were all safe on our trip. If anyone needs service in this area I would highly recommend going to Hudnall's...awesome people!!

If I could give them negative Stars I would have. They are horrible at customer service and they do shotty mechanic work. They over charge for everything. The owner Dan is a poor excuse for a human and thinks because he s an ex cop that he is above the law and can do and speak to you any way he feels. He is completely disrespectful to women and just flat out ridiculous. I would not ever recommend anyone going there for anything you will not be happy and you will pay more out in the end because you will have to take your vehicle somewhere else to fix and redo what you had already paid them to do.

This is about the piss poorest place to get a car worked on. Took it in for a minor ignition coil problem and charged over $160.00 dollars to replace a wire back on the coil. Then I had them do the back brakes and after I went North on 127 to I-71 North and traveling at 70 mph, the caliper on the brake came off and lodged between the rim and the rotor and send me into a death defying spin that about got me killed !!! It shook the car SO hard that it bust both rear struts. They fix the car that night and arrangements was made to do the rear struts at their costs.. which is ANOTHER day off of work. I drove to Columbus, Ohio to go to my cancer doctor and low and behold the car would not start AGAIN !!! JUST 2 days after they supposely fixed it. They would not come get the car in Columbus and tow it back to their place. I spent 200 dollars for a towing company to take my car home to Loveland, Ohio, I suggest VERY strongly that you NEVER ever take you car there for service. AV0ID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!!
