Broke my tire pressure sensor and then lied about it. Would not have cared if they had told the truth and offered to fix it, but instead had to argue with the service manager who kept trying to deny responsibility.

Well they screwed up my wheel lugnut key by using it on an impact but we're very professional to fix what they messed up. The manager replaced $150 worth of lugnuts with OEM lugs and paid to replace the key. I was overall satisfied with the work, professionalism, and assertive action!

the people who work in the automotive department don't know what they are doing, they will lie to your face.

I took my car in at 9:30 AM for a standard oil change. The attendant told me it would be a couple of hours, and it was not ready til sometime after 2. Once I stopped in to pick it up they said I was next in line, and then 45 minutes later when I went back to get it it had still not been taken back because they had to redo someone else's they had messed up on. During all this time not once did I receive a phone call saying it would take longer than they said or an apology for the long wait.

I needed a flat tire repaired and knew they were busy so I asked and the gentleman told me 2-3hours. No problem...I checked in 3 hours later and I was next in line. OK I can live with that. 3 additional hours after that. I walk in assuming surely it s done and it wasn t but instead they were closing shop. Yay me!

Wanted to Thank Austin and Gary for their outstanding customer service!! I pulled up right at closing time and asked if they could help be out putting a new battery in. I would of understood if they said no we are close because I know how it is wanting to go home. But instead he said I don t mind let me ask the other guy. They helped me and my family out very much. Terrible customer service. Dropped my car off after 1 and didn't get it back until 7:30 with the job still not done. Manager was very disrespectful and refused to take ownership for their mistakes. By the way it was a simple headlight replacement. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there try Frederica Street if you want to give Walmart your business.

I went to purchase a tire and no one came to help me. I was there about 15 minutes with no one even greeting me. They weren't busy, they only had 2 customers and about 4 employees.

This automotive/tire & lube department is a JOKE... Oh and complete liars! Was told yesterday by one person & again today by another person that, because of a new corporate policy, they only change tires by appointment only. So I called every other Walmart in a 50 mile radius and they are literally the ONLY Walmart tire & lube who does "by appointment only". I used to work for Walmart & Walmart doesn't make a corporate change to one store and no other stores. Total BS! I will be investigating more and reporting this to Walmart corporate.

Started using Walmart for tires a few years ago to benefit from national network. All interactions have been painful to varying degrees. Latest episode: Tire damaged unrepairabe by curb impact. Walmart led me to believe covered by road hazard. Been running on emergency spare for 2 weeks waiting on tire. Now at store am told I have to pay for tire. Been here 3 hours waiting for car. I'm finally done with Walmart auto!!

They didn't vacuum my car like they said they did. They didn't put up my next thing on my windshield saying when I need the next oil change. I will not be back there to get my oil changed again. And they got my name wrong also.

Great job I had a tire that was about the pop and they were over booked for the day but still managed to get me in before closing for an emergency tire replacement and it only cost me $70 labor and material

They really need to hire more people. My last appointment took 4 hours. I went back to have a tire changed and was told even with an appointment, it would be at least a 2 hour wait before they could get my car back. I rescheduled instead.

They were great, I had a screw in my tire wall they pulled my vehicle rite in, put on another tire, 30 minutes and I was out and back on the road

They stole my air filter and right turn signal bulb. Will never use walmart for an oil change again.
