The staff there have always been courteous, have listened to my instructions & questions without responding in a condensing manner. The tires are a good value & good quality. The services have always been completed promptly & in a timely manner. Due to now living in a rural location I have gotten the road side hazzard protection which is only an additional $10 per tire. For me this has been a great service as I have needed repairs now multiple times. Which they have done a great job on. There is a small waiting area with a couple of benches or you can go shopping while you wait. Small purchases can be rung up there in the service area or you can ring up large amounts up front & then exit the building thru the service area so you are closer to your vehicle. They will text you to let you know when your vehicle is ready. Location is on the backside of building on west side closest to Fredericka behind the garden center. The door is on the south side of the service bays closest to the main building.

They rush and do not check fluids or filters for oil change.went to Valvoline for my next change and thankful I did. Workers are rude and seem like they don't want to be there or be bothered to help someone.

Everything went well, they took off my old tires. They mounted and balanced my new tires. They made sure each tire had 35 pounds of pressure. Then they torque wrenched down each lug to spec. The only small detail they forgot was one value stem cap but I had extras. Excellent job

Got there early! They were done in 40 minutes. I was the third customer in line. Tires balanced & old tires discarded. Associates were very helpful.

They're very helpful! They can always fit me in, they always get the job done, and they're always quick about it! The workers are very good about keeping me updated! They're very fair with pricing and are good at helping you figure out what you need and not pressuring you to add on a bunch of unnecessary stuff.

So I had them check my tires and they did a very thorough job. But I wasn't sure where to park when I got there, and I guess I parked in the wrong place, there's this guy knocking on my window telling me a can't park there so I asked him where and he pointed his finger over there. Not polite at all. So everything else was OK. The young man inside was very polite, he told me that other guy is quitting. So he apologized for the other guys bad behavior. I'd go back

The cashier was so nice. There was a little bit of a wait because they only had 2 technicians but it was ok because we had shopping to do.

Called @6pm on a Sunday to get a flat tire replaced. Was told they don't take tickets after 6pm on Sunday since they close at 7pm. There was one car being worked on when I arrived at 6:30 and only 2 mechanics on duty. Talked to an assistant manager, Rocky, and he said the same as the cashier. Have never been turned away before at a Walmart TLE, usually buy our tires from Walmart but not going to anymore.

I came in with a flat on a Sunday.The sidewall was too damaged for it to be repaired, so the clerk ordered a new one ($65, a fair price). He told me it'd be in the following day. I called then to check on it and a different clerk had trouble finding my order. When I said I ordered it on a Sunday, he told me that meant it'd be in on Tuesday. I tried calling them multiple times on that Tuesday but got no answer. Whenever I was able to talk to someone, they, too, had trouble finding my order. I was then told it might not be in until tomorrow. That's when I told them I'd be buying my tire elsewhere.

It is a Walmart service center, doesn't require any real vehicle training/experience. If you take your car here, I wish you luck on surviving. If you are smart enough to read reviews, then you have saved yourself. Take your car anywhere but a Walmart.

Fastest oil change walmart in owensboro(compared to the 54 Walmart location). I ve never had to really wait. Longest wait was an hour but was understandable due to everything I wanted done. Great customer service!

I went here to get a tired fixed, it was ripping apart and I barely made it there. They were no help at all, and they told me they were to busy to help me. They were closing in two hours, but wouldn't do anything for me, I do not live around here and they let me stranded with no help. I finally found another place who would help me after I had my truck towed there.

I waited until 2pm this afternoon to get my oil in my car checked and they told me that they don't check brakes and then they announced that they were going to close the auto Dept down at 4 pm because two employees didn't show up
